Description
The present invention relates to a wire spacer, and relates to a wire spacer capable of adjusting the distance corresponding to the distance between various wires.
Distribution lines are divided into overhead distribution lines and underground distribution lines.
An underground cable is a method in which underground cables are buried in the ground using a conduit.
An overhead distribution line is a method of supporting an overhead wire by using long poles (complete iron) for supports such as steel towers, iron poles, and electric poles.
An overhead distribution line consists of multiple (usually three) wires, and the wires are spaced apart by a long pole.
In the case of overhead distribution lines, wire sheaths can be damaged due to long spans, inclination of supports, twisting of steel, and contact with trees.
In this way, when the wires are damaged, when the wires are moved by strong winds in a state where the separation between the wires is not sufficiently maintained, mutual collision occurs between the wires, resulting in damage to the coating of the insulated wires and eventually disconnection of the wires.
Therefore, wire spacers are used to reduce electrical and mechanical fatigue between wires by maintaining a sufficient distance between wires under any circumstances.
However, conventional wire spacers are integrally formed, making it difficult to apply to field conditions requiring separation of various wires.
Therefore, in consideration of field conditions, wire spacers of numerous specifications capable of separating various wires are required.
1 shows a conventional wire spacer.
In a conventional wire spacer, an
Accordingly, the
By the way, in the conventional wire spacer, the position where the wire is installed is fixed, that is, the
In addition, there is a difference in the distance between the lines depending on the form of the line (normal, created, or deleted). As the power of holding the wire in the wire insertion part decreases due to the horizontal tension between the wires or the vertical tension caused by gravity or wind power, the wire breaks away. And, there was a problem that the function of the wire spacer could not be provided.
The present invention has been devised from the above background, and it is possible to adjust the spacing corresponding to the spacing between various wires, so that it can accommodate the characteristics of distribution lines in which the wire spacing varies according to the field conditions and the shape of the pole, so that it can be applied to the actual field. Its purpose is to provide a wire spacer.
In addition, there is a difference in the distance between the lines depending on the type of trajectory (normal, created, or deleted).
