Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an engine assembly for a ship, and more particularly, by providing at least one drive shaft of a main drive unit, the main drive unit can transmit driving force to a radiator and a pump, and the drive shaft connected to the radiator transmits driving force to the pump. As it is provided to be able to deliver, it can be provided with at least one pump, it relates to a marine engine assembly that can further improve work efficiency when working using a pump.
In general, marine pump driving devices used for small fishing boats, leisure vessels, etc. use devices with very low engine output and easy overheating, such as small gasoline engines.
For this reason, there are disadvantages in that washing and spraying pressures are insufficient due to insufficient power generation, and contaminant removal is not satisfactory.
Here, when the driving device of the pump is provided with a high engine output, the loadability of the ship is reduced, and the ship's operation efficiency is very low.
In addition, fishing boats should additionally have a device for washing fishing gear such as fishing nets, and when reusing fishing nets with foreign substances attached, the fishing nets are used without removing foreign substances such as mud powder and various bacteria and meteors. However, the removal of foreign substances from fishing nets is an essential task.
Conventionally, in the case of a fishing boat among small vessels, a driving device provided to drive the fishing boat, a pump for removing foreign substances from the fishing net, and a driving device for driving the pump or a fishing net washing device are necessarily provided.
As a result, since the number of parts loaded on the ship increases, the maximum load capacity of the ship decreases, and as the weight of the ship also increases, the fuel efficiency of the ship becomes very low.
However, when a ship drive device and a fishing net washer or washing pump and a pump drive device are all provided, the efficiency of the ship is reduced, and when a pump drive device with low engine output is provided, the fishing net is not completely removed. should be reused
Therefore, in addition to the adverse effects of polluting the clean sea area, it is difficult to catch fish, which may cause a problem of lower income for fishermen. For reduction, there is a need for a device capable of improving the fuel efficiency of a ship while reducing the number of parts loaded in the ship.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and through a pair of drive shafts connected to one main drive unit, cooling the main drive unit and at the same time cleaning the fishing boat, fishing net, fishing gear, etc. The purpose is to improve the efficiency of navigation by improving the loadability of the ship by having one or more pumps.
In addition, since two pumps can be provided based on one main drive unit, rather than one pump per engine, two users can perform cleaning work at the same time, so maintenance of fishing nets Its purpose is also to improve convenience.

It characterized in that it further comprises a buffer member provided between the frame and the inner frame.
As the marine engine assembly according to the present invention includes a frame, a main driving unit, a pump unit, a driving force transmission unit, and a position adjusting unit, when washing the fishing net provided in the vessel, it is not necessary to additionally provide a washing machine for the fishing net.
In addition, as the ship engine assembly is provided in the ship, it is possible to effectively wash the fishing boat, fishing net, and fishing gear without being restricted even on a ship of a certain height or higher or under sea conditions with a large tidal difference.
In addition, the main drive unit includes a cooling unit, the drive shaft includes a first drive shaft and a second drive shaft, and the number of pump units corresponding to the number of drive shafts is provided and connected to the drive shaft through a drive force transmission means. Accordingly, the marine engine assembly may include two pump parts based on one main driving part.
As a result, when cleaning the fishing nets and fishing boats, etc., two users can perform the cleaning work at the same time, so the work efficiency is improved.
In addition, as the first drive shaft and the second drive shaft extend in opposite directions, and the drive shaft is connected to the pump unit, the pump unit may be provided to correspond to the number of drive shafts.
Due to this, when the user uses the pump unit, since at least one pump can be used as one main driving unit, work efficiency is further increased.
In addition, since the driving force transmitting unit includes the first driving pulley, the second driving pulley, and the driving belt, the main driving unit and the pump unit can be coupled, and a plurality of driving pulleys can be interconnected with the driving belt. When the separation distance is varied by the position adjusting unit, more flexible variation is possible.
In addition, since the position adjustment unit includes a support member, a rotation member, and an angle determination member, when the drive belt of the drive transmission means is loosened and tension adjustment is required, the rotation member to which the driving force transmission means is fixed may be rotated with respect to the pump unit. .
Due to this, the drive belt can have a uniform tension, and the pump unit can be smoothly driven through the main drive unit through the drive belt having a uniform tension, as well as the speed of the main drive unit and the rotation ratio of the pump unit can be rated. It can be easily adjusted with use.
Also, since the angle determining member includes the sliding groove, the rotation unit may perform a sliding movement along the sliding groove of the angle determining member.
In addition, since the angle determining member includes the sliding groove, the movement radius of the pivoting means is constrained by the sliding groove to restrict the movement of the driving force transmission means, so that the pivoting means can be prevented from being separated from the positioning unit. .
In addition, as the sliding groove has a predetermined curvature, the pivoting member can slide along a predetermined angle of the sliding groove.
Due to this, since the pivoting member is slid and moved at a predetermined angle, convenience is improved when the sliding groove is moved more than the sliding groove provided to be perpendicular to the floor.
In addition, since the rotational member includes the stopper, the stopper can move and fix the position along the sliding groove, so that the tension of the driving belt can be more accurately adjusted, and cost can be reduced due to the simple structure.
In addition, since the support member includes the first fastening means and the second fastening means, it is possible to improve the bonding force between the angle determining member and the rotation member, so that the load bearing capacity of the positioning unit is increased.
In addition, since the position adjusting unit is not deformed or damaged by the load transmitted from the pump unit, the device reliability of the marine engine assembly is further improved.

More specifically, the first driving
Here, when the
And, as the
Therefore, since the plurality of first and second driving pulleys 410 and 420 can be connected to each other with the
More preferably, the driving
Next, as the
Due to this, since the driving

More specifically, the first fastening means 511 is provided to be fastened to the side end of the
For this reason, as the
Therefore, the load bearing capacity of the
In addition, the use time of the
Next, the
Here, the pivoting
More preferably, the coupling surface of the
In addition, when the tension of the
However, it is not limited to this, and an operation display output device such as a separate button is separately provided in the
In addition, the
Next, the
Here, the
More specifically, the sliding groove (H) is characterized in that it has a predetermined curvature.
For this reason, as the
In addition, since the movement radius of the pivoting
In addition, since the sliding groove (H) has a predetermined curvature, the pivoting
Due to this, the sliding groove (H) is more flexible than the sliding groove (H) provided to be provided to be perpendicular to the floor, when the rotating member is rotated can be rotated more flexibly.
In addition, the pivoting
Here, since the pivoting
Due to this, the tension of the
