Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a high-pressure spray channel cleaning device for an endoscope scope, and more particularly, to a high-pressure spray channel cleaning device for an endoscope scope channel cleaning device.
In general, an endoscope is mainly used to easily perform an image inspection or collection and removal operation using a camera without cutting or incision for a very narrow part or interior that is difficult to observe with the naked eye of a facility, a mechanical device, or a human body.
The endoscopic scope is used to remove liquid inside the human body during use or when using work tools. The channel pipe of the endoscopic scope used in this way is in a contaminated state, so it must be cleaned and disinfected for safety.
The current channel cleaning method of the endoscope scope removes foreign substances by penetrating the cleaning brush from the channel inlet to the outlet, and circulates the organic matter remover into the channel to remove the organic matter that may remain in the channel of the endoscope scope. And finally, the pipe is circulated with washing water to wash and dry.
For example, in the channel pipe of the gastroscope scope, the enzyme cleaning solution is sucked in, the wire with a brush is inserted to clean the brush, the enzyme cleaning solution is put in to clean again, and the chemical agent is directly or diluted with a dedicated sterilizer A method of sterilizing using sterilization, adding ethyl alcohol to cleaning again, and then removing and drying the internal liquid is performed.
The conventional cleaning method of the channel pipe of the endoscope scope as described above takes a lot of time and has a problem in that it is not possible to sufficiently remove the foreign substances deposited in the channel even after washing.
That is, in the conventional cleaning method of the endoscope scope, the biofilm generated inside the current endoscope could not be effectively removed due to the structural characteristics of the channel pipe of the endoscope scope.
On the other hand, as existing technologies related to cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection of endoscopes, refer to the semi-automatic endoscope cleaning system disclosed in Patent Registration No. 10-2026105 and the device and method for disinfecting the inner channel surface of the endoscope disclosed in Patent Registration No. 10-1784213. can
