Each hair dye composition was applied to 5 cm of the middle part of the hair, rinsed with lukewarm water, dried, and then the friction coefficient was measured using NEO-TRIBO FCMS170 equipment to evaluate the conditioning effect of the hair. The friction coefficient was measured 5 times, and the average of the three friction coefficient values excluding the highest and lowest values was calculated.

On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 10 in which steatrimonium chloride and behentrimonium chloride were replaced with cationic surfactants commonly used in the art, and in Comparative Examples 11 to 14 in which one of steatrimonium chloride and behentrimonium chloride was excluded , and friction coefficients were all measured as high as 0.085 or higher, confirming that the hair conditioning effect was not good.
