매칭 모듈(40)의 선택에 따라 관리를 위한 콘텐츠를 생성하는 멘토/멘티 콘텐츠 모듈(11); 및
선택된 멘토와 멘티의 멘토링 과정을 모니터링을 위한 모니터링 모듈(50)을 포함하고,
멘토의 멘토링 과정을 미리 시험하는 가상 멘토 시험 유닛(414); 각각의 멘토의 특성을 결정하는 멘토 조건 설정 유닛(415); 및 시험 및 특성에 따라 멘토 코드를 생성하는 멘토 코드 생성 유닛(17)을 더 포함하고,
