The present invention relates to a building interior and exterior composite insulation material with semi-noncombustible performance, and more particularly, it can be used in a flat or three-dimensional installation section such as a ceiling or wall of a building, and has excellent flame retardant and moisture-proof performance and improved energy efficiency. It relates to composite insulation.
Architectural insulation is used for interior and exterior walls of buildings, ceilings, and each facility. Insulation materials for construction should basically satisfy the performance requirements of various building-related laws and regulations. In particular, it must satisfy the thermal transmittance rate based on energy-saving standards. However, the thermal transmittance applied at the time of designing a building is simply calculated based on the initial thermal conductivity of insulation materials and components.
Organic and inorganic insulation materials show a temperament of change over time, in which the thermal conductivity increases as time passes and the insulation performance deteriorates as the material is foamed and the composition of the air layer is modified when exposed to temperature changes and moisture.
Insulation performance deteriorates with time-dependent change, leading to energy loss and condensation, which may cause corrosion, mold and bacterial growth of building structures and structures.
Thermal bridging refers to the movement of hot and cold air through the broken insulation in the form of points, lines, and planes, leading to energy loss. Most of the insulation materials are treated with urethane foam or sealant to compensate for the thermal bridge phenomenon at the joint during the installation process. The sealing performance of urethane foam and sealant is destroyed over time, and in the end, thermal bridges cannot be prevented in the long term, which leads to deterioration of the building. In order to prevent thermal bridging, it is necessary to eliminate gaps in the lamination seam of the insulation.
One of the performance required at the same time as insulation performance in interior and exterior materials for building is flame retardancy. Since fires in apartment houses, distribution centers, and multi-use facilities cause many casualties and property losses, flame retardancy is an important factor. As for the flame retardant performance, the existing test evaluation is carried out as a new announcement is made on the building law enforcement ordinance, standards for flame retardant performance of building finishing materials and fire spread prevention structure standards (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, etc.) The cone calorimeter method and toxic gas test, which was conducted where the method consists of a heat-dissipating sheet, metal steel plate, graphite sheet, and gypsum board layer on the surface of the organic insulation material, are now stipulated to be conducted directly on the insulation core material, and semi-incombustible performance More performance is required. According to the new notice, ordinary organic insulation materials lead to ignition, excess calorie generation, and generation of harmful gases in the core material test without surface treatment, making it difficult to achieve more than quasi-non-combustible performance. In particular, for buildings of 22M or more or 6 stories or more, an insulating material that satisfies the semi-non-combustible performance as a core material must be used as a result, and the final finished material must also satisfy the semi-non-combustible performance or higher.
On the other hand, energy transfer occurs to the place where the thermal insulation performance is destroyed, and at this time, the movement of water vapor is accompanied. Thermal bridges cause dew condensation, which causes corrosion, mold and bacterial growth of building structures and structures. Inorganic insulation materials such as glass wool and mineral wool have an open structure and their joints are also open. Therefore, thermal bridges are observed when installed as insulation or sandwich panels, mold and bacteria grow due to dew condensation, causing odors, sanitation problems and buildings aging and energy loss. Polyurethane-based (hard, soft, and spouting) thermal insulation materials increase thermal conductivity according to the change with time, and thermal bridging is observed at the joint. In the initial stage of spraying, it is installed without a seam, but cracking and detachment can be observed due to changes over time. In the end, dew condensation affects hygiene. In the phenolic foam insulation, thermal bridges and dew condensation are observed at the joints, and thermal conductivity increases due to changes over time. When exposed to condensate and rainwater due to condensation, Phenolic Acid and VOC are eluted, and it can corrode related metal structures and members.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop an interior and exterior composite insulation material with semi-noncombustible performance that can prevent thermal bridges while maintaining insulation efficiency of grade 'A' or higher for building energy saving standards, have moisture-proof and sanitary performance, and secure statutory standards. the current situation.

The composite insulation board for construction according to an embodiment of the present invention satisfies the quasi-noncombustible performance in the flame-retardant performance and fire spread prevention structure standards of the building finishing materials of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Notification No. 2020-1053.
In the above notice, semi-non-combustible material means 10 after the start of the heating test according to the Korean industrial standard KS F ISO 5660-1 [Combustion performance test-heat release, smoke generation, mass reduction rate-Part 1: Heat release rate (cone calorimeter method)] The total amount of heat released per minute is 8MJ/m2 or less, and the maximum heat release rate for 10 minutes does not exceed 200kW/m2 continuously for more than 10 seconds, and after heating for 10 minutes, harmful cracks, holes and melting In this case, there should be no melting or disappearing of the core material), etc. In the case of composite materials, the above conditions are satisfied and some melting and contraction of the core material (when the core material of the specimen melts or shrinks and the steel plate on the bottom surface of the specimen is visible) say) should not exist.

In the present specification, the quasi-non-combustible or quasi-non-combustible performance refers to the quasi-non-combustible performance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Notification No. 2020-1053 of the building finishing materials and the fire spread prevention structure standard, unless otherwise specified.
As will be described later, the composite insulator for interior and exterior of a building having semi-noncombustible performance according to an embodiment of the present invention satisfies the semi-noncombustible performance.
The first
In the case of phenolic foam (PF) board, it is to secure thermal insulation performance, and phenolic foam (PF) board has a thermal conductivity of about 0.020 (W/mk). Insulation board made of phenolic foam (PF) is also a material that minimizes changes over time due to changes in humidity and temperature. Therefore, it is possible to realize a composite insulation material for interior and exterior buildings with semi-incombustible performance that can minimize changes over time.
The phenolic foam (PF) board used as the first insulating
In addition, phenolic resin, which has a self-extinguishing temperature of 480 degrees, is one of the most excellent flame retardant materials among organic materials. The excellent fire-resistance performance of inorganic insulation materials and the thermal insulation, dimensional stability, and water resistance of organic insulation materials are materials that can be provided in combination.
The second insulating
The second
This second insulating
NBR is a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene produced by emulsion polymerization, and is an oil-resistant rubber.
Magnesium hydroxide is an inert gas generated during combustion that blocks oxygen in the combustion part, and plays a role in suppressing the generation of toxic gas during combustion. In the present invention, magnesium hydroxide is preferably added in an amount of 40 to 50 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. When the amount of magnesium hydroxide added was less than 40 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, it was confirmed that the flame retardancy was rapidly reduced. Conversely, when the amount of magnesium hydroxide added exceeds 50 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, there is a problem in that heat shrinkage occurs and dimensional accuracy decreases.
It is preferable to use a powder form of sulfur. At this time, sulfur is crosslinked by heating heat treatment to change the properties of the rubber. In the present invention, sulfur is preferably added in an amount of 1.5 to 4.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. When the amount of sulfur added is less than 1.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, it is not completely cross-linked, which may cause a problem in which physical properties are unstable. Conversely, when the amount of sulfur added exceeds 4.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, there is a problem in that the elongation is rapidly reduced due to excessive crosslinking.
Adipic acid ester is preferably added in an amount of 1.5 to 3.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. When the amount of adipic acid ester added is less than 1.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, flame retardancy is not sufficiently ensured. On the other hand, when the addition amount of adipic acid ester exceeds 3.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, the elongation is increased, but the tensile strength may be rapidly reduced.
Diaminodiphenylmethane is preferably added in an amount of 1.5 to 3.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. When the amount of diaminodiphenylmethane added was less than 1.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, it was confirmed that the thermal conductivity did not reach the target value. Conversely, when the addition amount of diaminodiphenylmethane exceeds 3.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, there is a problem in that only the manufacturing cost is increased without any further effect of addition.

In the present invention, zinc oxide is preferably added in an amount of 15 to 25 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. When the amount of zinc oxide added is less than 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, the above effects cannot be properly exhibited. Conversely, when the addition amount of zinc oxide exceeds 25 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, there is a problem in that only the manufacturing cost is increased without any further effect of addition.
It is preferable to use talc having an average particle size of 3 to 6 μm. In the present invention, talc may be added in an amount of 4 to 7 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR.
The blowing agent serves to form a group of fixed cells in the rubber. The blowing agent may include at least one of N'-dinitroso-pentamethylenetetramine (DPT), azodicarbonamide (ADCA), diazoaminobenzene (DAB), and benzenesulfonylhydrazide. In the present invention, the foaming agent is preferably added in an amount of 2.5 to 3.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. When the amount of the foaming agent added is less than 2.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, the foaming rate may be low. Conversely, when the amount of the foaming agent added exceeds 3.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, there is a problem in that only the manufacturing cost is increased without any further effect of addition.
The foaming aid serves to lower the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent. As the foaming aid, at least one of salicylic acid, phthalic acid and a metal salt may be used. In the present invention, the foaming aid is preferably added in an amount of 8 to 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. When the addition amount of the foaming aid is less than 8 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, the foaming rate may be low. Conversely, when the addition amount of the foaming aid exceeds 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, there is a problem in that only the manufacturing cost is increased without any further effect of addition.
In addition, the second
Diaminodiphenylsulfone is preferably added in an amount of 0.2 to 1.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. When the amount of diaminodiphenylsulfone added is less than 0.2 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, sufficient tensile strength cannot be secured. Conversely, when the addition amount of diaminodiphenylsulfone exceeds 1.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, flame retardancy may be reduced.
Trimethylol propane triacrylate is preferably added in an amount of 1.5 to 2.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. When the addition amount of trimethylol propane triacrylate is less than 1.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, sufficient tensile strength cannot be secured. Conversely, when the addition amount of trimethylol propane triacrylate exceeds 2.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, the elongation may be rapidly reduced.
N-isopropylmethacrylamide is preferably added in an amount of 10 to 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. When the amount of N-isopropylmethacrylamide added is less than 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, sufficient tensile strength cannot be secured. Conversely, when the addition amount of N-isopropylmethacrylamide exceeds 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, the elongation may rapidly decrease.
The NBR rubber foam insulation applied to the
(1) Raw material mixing process
In the raw material mixing process, magnesium hydroxide, sulfur, adipic acid ester, diaminodiphenylmethane, zinc oxide, talc, foaming agent and foaming aid are mixed in an appropriate ratio.
Specifically, the raw material is based on 100 parts by weight of nitrile butadiene rubber, magnesium hydroxide: 40 to 50 parts by weight, sulfur: 2.5 to 4.0 parts by weight, adipic acid ester: 2 to 4 parts by weight, diaminodiphenylmethane: 1.5 to 3.5 Parts by weight, zinc oxide: 15 to 25 parts by weight, talc: 3 to 6 parts by weight, foaming agent: 2.5 to 3.0 parts by weight, and foaming aid: 8 to 15 parts by weight are preferably mixed.
In addition, the NBR rubber foam insulation is based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, diaminodiphenylsulfone: 0.2 to 1.5 parts by weight, trimethylol propane triacrylate: 1.5 to 2.5 parts by weight, and N-isopropylmethacrylamide: 10 At least one selected from ~15 parts by weight may be further added.
(2) Aging process
In the aging process, the raw materials properly mixed by the raw material mixing process are aged. This aging is preferably carried out at 10 ~ 80 ℃ for 1 ~ 12 hours. If the aging temperature is less than 10 ℃, it is not economical because a lot of power is consumed to keep it at a low temperature. Conversely, when the aging temperature exceeds 80° C., the viscosity of the mixture decreases, resulting in severe stickiness and difficult handling. On the other hand, if the aging time is less than 1 hour, the residual stress generated during the mixing process with the rubber is not completely removed, which may cause a problem of increased shrinkage during the crosslinking process. Conversely, when the aging time exceeds 12 hours, there is a problem in that only the process time is increased without any further effect.
(3) Extrusion process
In the extrusion process, the aged raw material is put into the extruder and extruded. By this extrusion process, the aged raw material can be extruded to a desired size and shape. In this step, the outlet temperature of the extruder is preferably maintained at 90 ~ 110 ℃. If the outlet temperature of the extruder does not maintain the above range, the vulcanization time may be changed, which may greatly affect the change in product density.
(4) Foaming process
In the foaming process, the raw material extruded by the extrusion process is foamed.
The foaming process can be subdivided into a vulcanization step in which the extruded mixture is vulcanized, a pre-foaming step in which the extruded raw material is foamed, a foaming step in which the extruded raw material is foamed, and a foaming aging step.
The vulcanization step, the pre-foaming step, the foaming step, and the foaming and aging step are heated to a predetermined temperature, and the heating temperature may be gradually increased from the vulcanization step to the foaming and aging step. However, it is preferable to control the foaming aging step to be heated to a lower temperature than the foaming step.
In the vulcanization step, the extruded mixture is vulcanized, and in the pre-foaming step, the mixture not vulcanized in the vulcanization step is further vulcanized, and a part of the vulcanized mixture starts to foam. In the foaming step, the mixture is foamed, and in the foaming aging step, the unfoamed portion in the foaming step is foamed.
It is preferable that the vulcanization step be controlled at 100 to 115° C., the pre-foaming step at 120 to 135° C., the foaming step at 140 to 180° C., and the foaming aging step at 150 to 170° C.
In the vulcanization step, when the vulcanization temperature is less than 100 ℃, it is not preferable in terms of productivity because the vulcanization time is relatively long as well as not properly vulcanized. Conversely, when the vulcanization temperature exceeds 115° C., there is a high possibility that foaming starts before vulcanization is completed.
On the other hand, in the pre-foaming step, when the pre-foaming temperature is less than 120 ℃, the vulcanization step may not be made, but the foaming, conversely, if the temperature of the pre-foaming step exceeds 135 ℃, the foaming proceeds rapidly and evenly There is a problem that it cannot be fired.
In addition, in the foaming step, the foaming temperature may be adjusted somewhat depending on the type of the foaming agent. In the foaming step, if the foaming temperature is less than 140 ℃, there is a problem that the time required for foaming becomes too long. Conversely, when the foaming temperature exceeds 180° C., there is a problem in that the foam is deteriorated due to the high temperature.
In addition, when the foaming aging temperature is less than 150 ℃ in the foaming aging step, it is difficult to expect the effect of foaming the non-foamed part. Conversely, when the foaming aging temperature exceeds 170° C., there is a risk that the NVR extruded product is thermally changed.
Each of these steps is made while the extrudate passes through the heating tunnel, and the heating tunnel may be partitioned into a vulcanization zone, a pre-foaming zone, a foaming zone and a foaming aging zone.

On the other hand, when the second insulating
Therefore, there is a problem that the flame may be exposed to the opposite side of the insulating material according to the embodiment of the present invention. To prevent this problem, the flame-
Expanded graphite is made by acid-treating graphite, and nitric acid or sulfuric acid is added to the crystal structure of the acid-treated graphite. The added material is heated and increases in volume, which allows the expanded graphite to expand vertically. The vertically expanded expanded graphite blocks flames as it expands in volume, and the voids created during expansion improve thermal insulation performance. In addition, as the expanded graphite expands, it blocks external air to form ash in the adhesive. Therefore, even if the second insulating layer is deformed due to the difference in the shrinkage rate, since the volume increases and swells by the expanded graphite, there is an advantage in that it is possible to remove the gap caused by the shrinkage rate difference.
The density of the expanded graphite used in the present invention is 2.0-2.4 g/cm 3 and the particle size is 150-200 μm. The content of the expanded graphite is preferably 30 to 70 vol%. If the content of the expanded graphite is less than 30 vol%, sufficient expansion effect cannot be seen due to the small amount, and if the content is more than 70 vol%, even if the content of the expanded graphite is increased, the expansion effect can already be sufficiently achieved, and the flame-retardant adhesive The manufacturing cost of the

As shown in FIG. 2 , the second insulating
