컨베이어가 설치되는 컨베이어프레임(10)의 양측에 위치되는 배치프레임(100)과,
배치프레임(100)을 컨베이어프레임(10)에 장착시키는 프레임장착부(200)와,
배치프레임(100)에 형성되어 안전펜스(20)가 장착되는 장착부(300)와,
배치프레임(100)에 형성되어 장착부(300)에 장착된 안전펜스(20)를 구속하는 안전펜스구속부(400)를 포함하고,
안전펜스(20)는 사각형태의 프레임 및 프레임에 설치되는 메쉬로 이루어지고,
배치프레임(100)은 상하로 길게 형성되는 판으로 구성되면서 양측이 후방으로 절곡되고, 상부에 일정간격으로 이격되는 원형의 관통홀(110)이 형성되고, 하부에 일정간격으로 이격되는 사각형의 장착홈(120)이 형성되고,
프레임장착부(200)는
컨베이어프레임(10)에 걸리면서 배치프레임(100)의 관통홀(110)을 관통하는 볼트부재(210)와,
볼트부재(210)에 결합되는 너트부재(220)를 포함하고,
볼트부재(210)는 양단이 동일한 방향으로 절곡되어 중간부분에 컨베이어프레임(10)에 걸리고, 양단에 나사산이 형성되는 샤프트로 구성되고,
장착부(300)는 배치프레임(100)의 장착홈(120)에 일단이 삽입되어서 고정되고, 안전펜스(20)가 걸리도록 타단이 상부로 절곡되는 판으로 구성되고, 일단의 양측에 형성되는 걸림턱(301)이 장착홈(120)의 양측에 걸려서 지지된 상태로 용접으로 고정되고,
장착부(300)의 일단이 장착홈(120)에 삽입되면 걸림턱(301)이 장착홈(120)의 양측에 걸려서 지지된 상태로 고정되어, 장착부(300)의 타단이 배치프레임(100)의 외측으로 돌출된 상태가 유지되고,
안전펜스구속부(400)는
배치프레임(100)에서 측방으로 돌출되는 나사축(410)과,
나사축(410)이 관통되어 나사축(410)에서 회전되어서 안전펜스(20)의 상부를 가압하는 가압편(420)과,
가압편(420)의 가압상태를 유지시키도록 나사축(410)에 결합되는 너트(430)를 포함하고,
가압편(420)은 일단에 나사축(410)이 관통되는 홀이 형성되고, 타단이 하방으로 절곡되어 안전펜스(20)의 상부를 가압하고,
너트(430)는 손으로 회전시키도록 나비너트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨베이어용 안전펜스 장착장치.
