Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a roof repair method in which a new metal plate roofing material is installed and repaired without breaking and removing an old corrugated slate plate roofing material such as a factory.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When slate plate roofing materials such as large factories, warehouses, and gymnasiums become old, if they are removed and new roofing materials are installed, operation in the factory or use of warehouses, etc. becomes impossible during the construction period. Therefore, without removing the existing slate plate roofing material, a new roofing material is placed on top of it.
[0003]
In this case, a new metal plate roof material is overlaid on the existing slate plate roof material, and a long drill tapping screw is passed through the metal plate roof material and the slate plate roof material from above to support the slate plate roof material. When tightened and fixed to the main building, construction waste, garbage, dust, etc. fall into the building. Therefore, large-scale curing is required, such as setting up tents to prevent falling objects in factories in operation, warehouses in use, and gymnasiums. Moreover, drilling and tightening with a drill tapping screw may cause cracks, cracks, chips, etc. in the existing slate roofing material.
[0004]
Then, the roof repair method which can install a new metal plate roof material, without drilling in the existing slate plate roof material is proposed (for example, refer patent document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-146974 A (FIGS. 1, 2 and 3)
[0006]
The construction method described in Patent Document 1 is to install a new metal plate roof material on an existing slate plate roof material via a clamp metal fitting, as shown in FIG. The clamp fitting 2 is formed by using the W-shaped clamp fitting 2 formed with 21 and straddling the mountain portion 11 of the existing slate plate roofing material 1 and supporting the left and right leg portions 22 on the valley portion 12 of the slate plate roofing material 1. Installed on slate roofing material 1. In this case, the upper end of the hook bolt 5 that joins the slate plate roofing material 1 and the main building 6 and the upper end projects through the peak 11 of the slate plate roofing material 1 and protrudes upward is formed at the central top end of the clamp fitting 2. By inserting the leaf spring nut 8A around the upper end of the hook bolt 5 as shown in FIG. 6 and pressing it against the top end of the clamp fitting 2 as shown in FIG. The clamp fitting 2 is fixed to the slate plate roof material 1 via the hook bolt 5. A long metal plate roof base material 7 is installed between the seating surfaces 21 of the plurality of clamp fittings 2 fixed in this way, and is screwed and fixed with a screw member 9a such as a drill tapping screw. A new metal plate roof member 4 is placed on the plurality of base materials 7 and fixed with screw members 9b.
[0007]
According to this repair method, no holes are made in the existing slate plate roofing material 1 and no driving work is required to attach the clamp fitting 2, so there is no inconvenience associated with drilling or driving.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional repair method has the following problems. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, when the clamp fitting 2 is attached over the overlapping portion 13 of the existing slate plate roofing material 1, one of the left and right leg portions 22 corresponds to the thickness of the overlapped slate plate. However, the clamp metal fitting 2 is inclined and a difference in height is generated between the left and right seat surfaces 21. When the inclined clamp fitting 2 is present in the plurality of clamp fittings 2 that support the metal plate base material 7, the seat surface 21 on the lifting side is pushed in from above and the clamp fitting 2 is bent to screw the base material 7. The work must be tightened, and the work becomes unreasonable. Further, even after the base material 7 is attached, a large reaction force acts on the base material 7 from the seating surface 21, causing a problem in the mounting stability of the base material 7.
[0009]
Further, after the construction of the metal plate roof member 4 is completed, it is necessary to remove some of the clamp fittings 2 by attaching a ventilation device to the roof or damaging a part of the slate plate roof material 1. There is. In this case, if the clamp fitting 2 is fixed via the hook bolt 5 by a generally used leaf spring nut 8A having a circular plate outer periphery, the clamp fitting 2 can be removed without breaking the leaf spring nut 8A. There is an inconvenience that it cannot be done.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention provides a roof repair method in which a new metal plate roof material covering the existing slate plate roof material is installed via the clamp fitting, and the clamp fitting is attached over the overlapping portion of the slate plate roof material. However, it is an object of the present invention to perform roof repair using a clamp fitting in which the base material can be supported and fixed without hindrance, and the support state is stable.
[0011]
In addition, the present invention can be firmly tightened to the clamp fitting via the hook bolt, and can be easily removed from the hook bolt when it is necessary to remove some of the clamp fitting after the metal plate roofing material construction is completed. An object of the present invention is to provide a leaf spring nut that can be used.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a roof repair method in which a metal plate roof material covering the existing corrugated slate plate roof material is installed on the existing corrugated slate plate roof material, and a clamp that supports the metal plate roof material so as to straddle the mountain portion of the slate plate roof material A bracket is installed, and as the clamp bracket, a seat surface portion that covers the mountain portion from above, and a leg portion that extends downward from the left and right ends of the seat surface portion and has a lower end that is curved along the valley portion of the slate plate roofing material. Provided integrally, the seat surface portion is provided with a step at the left and right intermediate portions, and the left or right portion of the seat surface portion is a high step seat surface portion, and at least the upper step seat portion side of the left and right leg portions The leg portion is extended vertically downward from the high-level seat surface portion, and a clamp fitting provided with a through hole in the lower-stage seat surface portion of the seat surface portion is used. The clamp fitting is attached to the lower ends of the left and right leg portions. In the mountain part of the above slate plate roofing material The upper end of the existing hook bolt protruding from the peak portion is inserted into the through hole of the lower step seat surface portion, and the lower step seat portion is engaged with the upper end of the hook bolt by a locking tool. Stop and fix the clamp metal fitting to the slate plate roofing material, and attach a long metal plate roof base material to the upper seat surface part of the clamp metal fitting which is fixed across the plurality of mountain parts of the slate plate roofing material. It is installed and fixed to the upper seat surface by screwing, and the metal plate roofing material is placed and fixed on the fixed base material (Claim 1).
When mounting clamp metal fittings across the peak of the slate plate roofing material where one of the valleys on both sides is the overlapping part, one leg on the upper seat surface side is not overlapped If it is supported by the other trough, one leg is slightly tilted from its original vertical position, but the upper and lower positions of its upper end change very little, and the upper seat surface part of the upper end is a part of the entire width of the clamp fitting. However, since it is narrow, there is very little difference in height in the width direction due to inclination. Therefore, no trouble occurs when the metal plate roof base material is screwed to the upper seat surface portion.
[0013]
As the clamp fitting, the leg portion on the high-level seat surface portion side extends substantially vertically downward from the seat surface portion, and the leg portion on the lower-level seat surface portion side faces downward to face the leg portion on the upper-level surface portion side. A clamp fitting extending in an inclined manner so as to spread is used (claim 2). Since the clamp fittings can be stacked one on top of the other, a large number of clamp fittings can be stored and saved when transported.
[0014]
As the locking tool, a ring-shaped leaf spring nut in which a plurality of leaf spring claws protrude from the inner periphery toward the center is used, and the upper end of the existing hook bolt protruding from the lower seat surface portion of the clamp fitting is penetrated. The leaf spring nut is pressed against the lower seat surface portion, and the tip of the claw is locked to the screw shaft at the upper end of the hook bolt. By using such a leaf spring nut, the clamp fitting can be fixed to the slate plate roof material with good workability.
[0015]
As the leaf spring nut, a leaf spring nut having a square ring shape on the outer periphery, having a flange standing on the outer periphery, and having a plurality of leaf spring claws projecting in the center from the inner periphery is used. . The outer periphery of the leaf spring nut has a square shape and is provided with an upstanding flange so that it can be rotated by being engaged with the flange using a tool such as a wrench. It is.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the existing corrugated slate plate roofing material 1 is placed on the purlin 6, the lower end engages with the purlin 6, and the upper end penetrates the mountain portion 11 of the slate plate roofing material 1. The nut 50 is fixed to the purlin 6 by tightening the nut 50 through the nut washer 51 and the packing material 52 to the upper end of the hook bolt 5 protruding in this manner.

The new metal plate roofing material 4 has a clamp metal fitting 3 fixed on the slate plate roofing material 1, a metal plate roof base material 7 is installed on the clamp metal fitting 3, and is installed on this base material 7.
[0018]
The clamp fitting 3 is a steel plate having a thickness of about 2.0 to 2.5 mm and formed into a substantially trapezoidal cross section straddling the mountain portion 11 of the slate plate roofing material 1. There is a step 31, and one side in the width direction forms a flat upper seat surface portion 32 and the other side forms a flat lower seat surface portion 33. The end portion of the upper seat surface portion 32 is bent at a substantially right angle, and the first leg portion 34 extends vertically downward. The end portion of the lower seat surface portion 33 is bent at an obtuse angle, and the second leg portion 35 extends downward so that the facing distance from the first leg portion 34 is increased. Both lower ends of both leg portions 34 and 35 are curved in a shape along the valley 12 of the slate plate roofing material 1. A through hole 36 is formed in the lower seat surface portion 33.
[0019]
The clamp metal fitting 3 is installed by supporting the lower ends of the first and second leg portions 34 and 35 to the valley portions 12 on both sides of the mountain portion 11 so as to straddle the mountain portion 11 of the slate plate roofing material 1. At this time, the upper end portion of the existing hook bolt 5 protruding from the peak portion 11 is inserted into the through hole 36. The through hole 36 is formed at a position corresponding to the hook bolt 5 when the clamp fitting 3 is installed.
[0020]
The clamp fitting 3 is fixed to the slate plate roofing material 1 via the hook bolt 5 using a leaf spring nut 8B. The leaf spring nut 8B is made of a spring steel plate, and a plurality of claws 82 project obliquely upward toward the center from the inner periphery of the ring portion 81 as shown in FIG. The outer peripheral shape of the ring portion 81 is hexagonal, and a standing flange 83 is formed at the periphery. The leaf spring nut 8B is inserted into the upper end of the hook bolt 5 protruding from the peak 11 of the slate plate roofing material 1 and pushed in, and the leaf spring nut 8B with the claw 82 engaged with the thread groove of the hook bolt 5 is inserted therein. A hexagon wrench is fitted and tightened on the outer periphery and pressed against the lower seat surface 33 of the clamp fitting 3, so that the lower end of the leg portions 34 and 35 of the clamp fitting 3 is pressed against the valley 12 of the slate plate roofing material 1, Securely and firmly fixed. The hook bolt 5 is cut at a low position when the tip position is higher than the upper seat surface 32 of the clamp fitting 3.
[0021]
In this way, the clamp fittings 3 are arranged and fixed at linear positions in the direction perpendicular to the ridges 11 every several rows of the ridges 11 of the slate plate roofing material 1. And the metal plate roof base material 7 is arrange | positioned to the clamp metal fitting 3 arranged so that it may span over these. The base material 7 is a long body having a substantially Z-shaped cross section. The horizontal surface 71 on the upper surface of the base material 7 is placed on the upper seat surface portion 32 of each clamp fitting 3, and the tapping screw 9 a is screwed on the base material 7 to clamp the base material 7. 3 fixed on top. In this way, the plurality of base materials 7 are arranged in parallel with each other at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the peak portion 11.
[0022]
A newly installed metal plate roof material 4 is placed and fixed on the base material 7. Fixing is performed by screwing a drill tapping screw 9b into the base material 7 from the top of the peak portion 41 of the metal plate roof material 4. In this case, a washer 91 is interposed between the head of the drill tapping screw 9b and the peak 41.
[0023]
However, according to this roof repair method, a new metal plate roofing material 4 can be formed without making a hole in the existing slate plate roofing material 1 and without giving an impact to the slate plate roofing material 1 when the clamp fitting 3 is attached. Can be installed. Since the clamp metal fitting 3 has left and right leg ends 34 and 35 supported by the valley 12 of the slate plate roofing material 1, the load is dispersed, and the valley 12 is supported by the main building 6. It will not be damaged by the load applied to it. Further, the base material 7 serves as a working scaffold when the metal plate roofing material 4 is installed, and the base material 7 is installed linearly in a direction perpendicular to the mountain portion 11 of the slate plate roofing material 1. The screwing operation of the material 4 can be easily performed.
[0024]
A slate plate roofing material 1 such as a factory or a warehouse is composed of a plurality of slate plates, and these adjacent ends are overlapped. And the clamp metal fitting 3 straddles an overlap part for the convenience of arrangement | positioning, and one leg part may be supported by the valley part 12 overlapped. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the clamp fitting 3 supports the second leg portion 35 on the lower seat surface portion 33 side on the valley portion 12 that is overlapped.
[0025]
As a result, the second leg portion 35 is lifted by one slate plate, and the first leg portion 34 is tilted. However, the first leg portion 34 originally stands in the vertical direction. There is very little vertical movement. In addition, since the upper seat surface portion 32 at the upper end of the first leg portion 34 has a narrow width, the height difference between both ends in the width direction due to the inclination of the first leg portion 34 is extremely small. Therefore, even when a part of the plurality of clamp fittings 3 on which the base material 7 is placed has the inclination as described above, when the base material 7 is screwed to the upper seat surface portion 32 of the inclined clamp fitting 3, the seat surface portion Although there is a slight gap between 32 and the base material 7, the screw tightening operation is not hindered and the stability of the base material 7 is not impaired.
[0026]
In the above-described embodiment, the clamp metal fitting in which the second leg portion 35 is inclined in the opening direction with respect to the first leg portion is used as the clamp fitting 3, but the second leg portion 35 is the first leg portion 34. Even when a clamp fitting extending in the vertical direction in parallel is used, the same effect as described above can be obtained. However, the former clamp fittings 3 are advantageous in terms of space because they can be stacked one on top of the other when storing and transporting a plurality of clamp fittings.
[0027]
In the above embodiment, the leaf spring nut 8B having a rectangular outer shape and the flange 83 formed on the outer peripheral edge is used as the leaf spring nut. However, as shown in FIG. Can also be used. However, when the former leaf spring nut 8B is pressed against the upper end of the hook bolt 5 and pressed against the clamp metal fitting 3, the clamp metal fitting 3 is fixed more firmly by rotating and tightening with a tool such as a wrench. Can do. In addition, after repairing the roof, if it becomes necessary to re-repair part of the roof or to remove the clamp fitting 3 in order to install a ventilation device or the like on the roof, the screwed leaf spring nut 3 can be replaced with a wrench or the like. It is advantageous in that the clamp fitting 3 can be easily removed by rotating it with a tool and extracting it from the hook bolt 5.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
According to the roof repair method of the present invention, since the existing slate plate roofing material is not perforated, and the clamp fitting and the slate plate roofing material are not impacted when the clamp fitting is attached, the work is easy, and The building can be used even during the construction period.
[0029]
In addition, even when clamp fittings are installed across the overlapping parts of the slate plate roofing material, the displacement of the seating surface part that supports the base material of the metal plate roofing material is extremely small, and the base material is stably fixed to the seating surface part. be able to.
[0030]
Also, by using a leaf spring nut with a square outer periphery as a leaf spring nut for fixing the clamp fitting to the slate plate roofing material, the clamp fitting can be firmly fixed, and if necessary, the clamp fitting can be easily Can be removed.
