Description
The present invention relates to a method of preventing life span shortening and combustion air hole closure due to wear of the end of the grate occurring in the process of relative sliding motion between a movable grate and a fixed grate constituting a plurality of grates disposed on a stocker of an incinerator. .
A stocker-type incinerator is operated as a method that is harmless and can reduce the volume and convert waste heat obtained during the incineration process into energy.
The grate is installed alternately on the movable and fixed ends of the stocker installed inside the combustion chamber and agitates the combustion products through periodic reciprocating movements of the movable end to achieve complete combustion. The grate mounted on the fixed end is called a fixed grate, and the fixed grate and the moving grate are alternately combined in a step shape so that the flow direction of the waste as a whole is downward, and the moving grate becomes a pusher to perform reciprocating motion. Allow the waste on the stocker to advance downward and agitate while repeating.
In Korea, the stocker type incinerator is generally used in waste treatment. The cooling of the overheated grate during waste combustion using high temperature and high heat is an air cooling type that cools the grate with combustion air, and a water cooling type that cools the grate with cooling water circulation. . Combustion air supplied for combustion of waste is supplied and injected so that it passes over the grate located on the lower side through between the alternately mounted grates. .
During the movement of the air-cooled grate system, the friction between the end of the moving grate and the upper surface of the fixed grate causes a phenomenon in which the lifespan is shortened. do.

It may be preferable to set the hardness of the wear block at the end of the grate to be lower than the hardness of the upper plate of the second grate, which is a pulsating grate. For example, the wear block part of the mobile grate is made of SS400 having a hardness of 150 to 155, while the upper plate part of the fixed grate is made to have a hardness of 200 to 250. make it
