방호복의 외부에서 상기 헤드장치에 마주하게 조립되면서 제어부의 전기신호에 의해 배터리에서 공급된 전력으로 작동되는 열전소자가 상기 헤드장치의 냉온판과 열전도되게 연결하여, 상기 내부순환팬이 작동하면서 방호복의 내부공기 온도를 감소시키거나 증가시키는 백팩냉난방기를 포함해 구성되며,
상기 헤드장치는,
방호복의 설치구멍을 통해 내측으로 삽입되는 등받침부와 홀더체결부 및 방호복의 외면을 지지하는 실링압착부가 연속 형성된 헤드하우징과;
방호복의 설치구멍 테두리를 따라 구비되는 실링부재와;
방호복의 내부에서 헤드하우징의 홀더체결부에 조립되며 실링압착부와 함께 실링부재를 압착하며 헤드하우징을 고정하는 헤드홀더를 포함해 구성되고,

방호복을 마주하는 일측면에 홀더마그네틱이 구비되고, 상기 홀더마그네틱과 대응하는 백팩마그네틱이 백팩냉난방기에 더 구비되어, 상기 방호복을 사이에 두고 홀더마그네틱과 백팩마그네틱이 부착되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 웨어러블형 방호복 냉난방장치.
