Currently, the amount of garbage generated in the house is controlled to some extent through the use of volume-based bags. However, the number of online shopping and delivery food users is increasing as the time spent at home increases due to the spread of the untact culture due to an epidemic such as Corona 19.
Accordingly, delivery and single-use container waste has increased, making it difficult to control the amount of waste.
In particular, when fresh food that needs to be kept in temperature is delivered, the accompanying ice pack maintains the refrigeration effect better than ice, so it plays a role in maintaining the temperature in the ice box where the new food is delivered.
Although these ice packs can be reused many times, it is difficult to treat them because they are not often used again at home.
The contents of the ice pack are made of a type of plastic, a super-absorbent polymer and water. The super-absorbent polymer does not burn with heat, so it cannot be incinerated, and it takes more than 500 years to decompose naturally.
These superabsorbent polymers change into microplastics and affect the human body, and there is a disadvantage that the sea flows and contaminates water quality.
Ice packs can be reused many times, but most of them are delivered to homes, so they are difficult to handle and are often thrown away.
Accordingly, there is a need for a smart recycling collector that can collect ice packs and provide them to companies that sell and deliver fresh food at a lower price than before to prevent environmental pollution and recycle ice packs.

2. Preparation of coating layer
Typically, an experiment was conducted using aluminum, which is a metal material that easily corrodes, instead of the

1. Evaluation of surface appearance
Due to the difference in viscosity of the coating composition, after the coating layer was prepared, sensory evaluation was performed on whether a uniform surface was formed. Whether or not a uniform coating layer was formed was evaluated, and evaluation was performed according to the following criteria.
Formation of a non-uniform coating layer
When forming the coating layer, when the viscosity is less than a certain level, flow occurs on the surface of the frame part, and after the curing process, it is difficult to form a uniform coating layer. Accordingly, there may be a problem in that the production yield is lowered. In addition, even when the viscosity is too high, it is difficult to uniformly apply the composition to form a uniform coating layer.
2. Measurement of corrosion properties
In order to confirm the corrosion characteristics, an aluminum plate without a coating layer was used as a control, and corrosion resistance tests were performed using an aluminum plate with a coating layer of TX1 to TX5.

If the generation of hydrogen gas is confirmed with the naked eye, it will mean that corrosion occurs, and it was confirmed whether corrosion occurred until 24 hours had elapsed.
Corrosion
No corrosion
As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the control aluminum plate was placed in a beaker and hydrogen gas was generated shortly thereafter, and copper was precipitated in less than 1 hour. In the case of TX1, hydrogen gas was generated after 3 hours, and copper precipitation was confirmed after 6 hours.
In the case of other coating layers, corrosion did not occur even after 24 hours had elapsed, and it was confirmed that there was an excellent effect in preventing corrosion.
