반도체라인의 천정에 구비된 이송레일을 따라 반송물을 이송하는 캐리어 이송장치에 있어서,
벨트를 승강 구동하는 본체부; 및
상기 벨트에 의해 승강 구동되며, 반송물을 파지하는 파지부를 포함하고,
상기 파지부는, 상기 본체부로부터 무선전력을 전송받아 저장하는 제1 전력저장유닛 및 제2 전력저장유닛을 구비하는 전력저장부와, 충전제어부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 전력저장유닛 및 제2 전력저장유닛 중 어느 하나는 주 전원공급원으로 사용되고, 나머지 하나는 예비 전원공급원으로 사용되고,
상기 충전제어부는,
주 전원공급원의 상태를 판단하고, 판단결과 주 전원공급원의 수명이 일정한도를 초과한 경우, 예비 전원공급원을 주 전원공급원으로 교체 사용하도록 제어하고, 상기 수명이 일정한도를 초과한 전원공급원에 대해 충전을 수행하지 않고, 교체 사실을 사용자에게 통지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 이송장치.
