Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a ventilation pad that is applied to seating means such as bedding, chairs, sofas, and automobile seats to provide a ventilation function, and a ventilation pad system including the same.
It is common for a user to feel uncomfortable because the surface humidity of bedding, chair, sofa, etc. increases due to moisture discharged from the human body while sleeping on bedding such as a mattress or sitting on a chair or sofa. In particular, when the temperature and humidity are high, it is common for the bedding to become wet, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. In addition, in the case of a reclining patient lying in bed for a long period of time, the surface in contact with the body and bedding is blocked from outside air and a large amount of sweat is discharged. Insects such as pests inhabit may cause odor and various skin diseases. When a skin disease occurs in a state where blood circulation is insufficient due to continuous pressure on the patient's body, it develops into necrosis of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, resulting in pressure sores. As such, high humidity of bedding is the main cause of bedsores in bedridden patients.
Accordingly, in order to provide a comfortable environment to the user while the user sleeps on a bedding such as a mattress or sits on a chair or sofa, a ventilation mat is used. Some of the ventilation mats known in the prior art use a blower to inject air into the mat to be sprayed into the body through a plurality of discharge holes provided on the mat. However, in such a conventional ventilation mat, the exhaust hole is easily clogged in the mat part in contact with the human body or the part where the body weight is loaded, so smooth ventilation is not achieved, and there is no bypass discharge path for air, so the air flow on the human body contact surface is sharply decreased or blocked and thus failing to achieve the intended purpose of the ventilation pad. In addition, the conventional ventilation mat has problems in that it is difficult to obtain sufficient air volume and flow rate due to flow loss, and the blower device becomes large and the blowing noise increases. In addition, it is difficult to use the conventional ventilation mat for seating devices such as bedding or chairs because of its large volume because a nozzle or a pipe for blowing is inserted therein.

5 is a flow velocity distribution analysis result of a ventilation pad made of a disk array of uniform size. 6 is a pressure distribution analysis result of a ventilation pad made of a disk array of a uniform size. The flow velocity distribution and pressure distribution shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 are results of analysis of plane flow characteristics in the case where air is blown at a flow rate of 5.6 m/sec to the ventilation tube connection part of the ventilation pad.
When disks of uniform size are regularly arranged to support the human body and form an air flow path, the flow is concentrated in the center and the flow velocity is uneven due to edge outflow, so the flow velocity and pressure distribution are not uniformly formed on the ventilation pad. can be seen from FIGS. 5 and 6 .
That is, in the case of a ventilation pad in which disks of uniform size are regularly arranged, the air ejected from the ventilation tube connection part is discharged through the central part of the pad, and at this time, the ventilation effect can be expected from the front of the ventilation pad due to the uneven flow velocity distribution. The area is limited to a part. The non-uniformity of the flow velocity distribution and the pressure distribution may not only reduce the ventilation effect, but also increase the blowing resistance, which may cause air loss and noise generation.
7 is a flow velocity distribution analysis result in the case of blocking the periphery and the side of the ventilation tube connection part with a wall in order to block the side discharge path of the ventilation pad. 8 is a pressure distribution analysis result in the case of blocking the periphery and the side of the ventilation tube connection part with a wall in order to block the side discharge path of the ventilation pad.
7 and 8, in the case of a ventilation pad having a disk array of uniform size and blocking the periphery and side surfaces of the blower tube connection part with a wall, the flow velocity distribution is relatively uniform, but the pressure around the blower tube connection part and the surrounding area is increases, and the blowing resistance is greatly increased. As such, when the blowing resistance increases, the burden on the blower increases, making it difficult to blow with low noise. In particular, when used indoors, such as bedding, low-noise ventilation is a very important factor.
9 is a flow velocity distribution analysis result of a ventilation pad to which a diameter-controlled disk array (flow control array structure) is applied to solve the blowing resistance problem. 10 is a pressure distribution analysis result of a ventilation pad to which a diameter-adjusted disk array is applied to solve the blowing resistance problem.
3, 9 and 10, the ventilation pad shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is the first diameter D1 of the
In addition, the second diameter (D2) of the second disks (144a, 144b, 144c, 144d) of the
Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10 , in the case of a ventilation pad to which a disk array whose diameter is adjusted while blocking the periphery and sides of the ventilation tube connection part with a wall, the flow velocity distribution is uniform, and at the same time, the blowing resistance around the ventilation tube connection part It can be seen that a very favorable condition for low-noise blowing is formed by lowering the pressure and decreasing the pressure.
