상기 사용자가 부동산 실거래가 정보 조회자인 경우, 상기 사용자에게 상기 제2 부동산 실거래가 정보를 제공하는 단계; 및
상기 업로드되는 부동산 매매계약서의 품질을 평가하고, 상기 평가된 품질에 따라 리워드가 사용자에게 제공되도록 처리하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 리워드가 사용자에게 제공되도록 처리하는 단계는,
상기 부동산 매매계약서가 업로드되면, 기등록된 전문상담사의 단말을 통해 전문상담사에게 해당 부동산 매매계약서를 전송하여, 상기 업로드된 부동산 매매계약서의 진위여부를 확인하는 1차 검증 및 부동산의 거래일로부터 30일 이후 공개된 국토교통부의 부동산 실거래가 정보와 상기 부동산 매매계약서의 거래가 정보의 일치 여부를 확인하는 2차 검증을 요청하는 단계;
상기 1차 검증이 되면, 상기 리워드로 책정된 금액의 미리 설정된 일부 금액이 상기 사용자의 은행계좌에 입금되도록 처리하는 단계; 및
상기 2차 검증이 되면, 상기 일부 금액의 나머지 금액이 상기 은행계좌에 입금되도록 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부동산 실거래가 정보 제공 방법.
