Claims (1)

모바일 단말기에 결합되는 거치장치에 있어서,
상기 거치장치의 상면에 배치된 상판;
상기 상판의 하부에 구비되고 신장 및 수축하는 몸체부;
상기 몸체부와 결합되고, 상기 몸체부와 결합된 부위의 반대면 일면이 상기 모바일단말기의 일면에 탈부착되는 하판; 및
상기 상판의 상부에 구비되는 결합부재를 포함하고,
상기 상판은 상면, 하면, 및 측면으로 이루어지는 원형 또는 다각형 형상의 판재이고,
상기 상판의 하면에는 수직으로 돌출되는 돌출부가 구비되고,
상기 결합부재는 일면에 상기 상판이 수납되도록 안쪽으로 파여진 수납부가 구비되고,
상기 상판은 상기 수납부에 수납된 상태로 상기 결합부재와 끼움 결합되고,
상기 수납부는 상기 상판의 상면과 대향되는 안쪽상부면, 및 상기 상판의 측면 및 하면의 테두리부와 대향되는 안쪽측면으로 형성되고,
상기 안쪽측면은,
상기 안쪽상부면의 끝단에서 수직으로 절곡 된 제1절곡부; 및
상기 제1절곡부의 끝단부가 내측방향을 향하도록 절곡된 제2절곡부를 포함하고,
상기 제1절곡부는 상기 상판의 측면에 맞닿고,
상기 제2절곡부는 상기 상판의 하면 테두리부를 감싸도록 상기 상판에 결합되고,
상기 상판의 상면 테두리부를 따라 수직으로 돌출된 누설 방지부를 더 포함하고,
상기 상판과 상기 결합부재 사이에 형성되어 접착제의 흐름을 유도하는 홈을 더 포함하고,
상기 누설 방지부는 상기 접착제가 누설되는 것을 방지하고,
상기 결합부재의 직경은 상기 상판의 직경보다 크게 형성되고,
상기 몸체부는 상면은 개방되고 하면은 밀폐되어 내부 공간이 형성되는 깔대기 형상으로 형성되고,
상기 몸체부의 측면에는 복수의 가이드라인이 형성되고,
상기 몸체부의 측면은 상기 가이드라인을 따라 탄성적으로 접힐 수 있도록 굴곡 구조를 형성하고,
상기 몸체부는 탄성을 갖는 재질로 형성되고,
상기 상판의 직경은 상기 몸체부의 상부 외경보다 크고,
상기 상판은 상기 몸체부과 제1결합수단에 의해 끼움 결합되고,
상기 몸체부는 상기 하판과 제2결합수단에 의해 끼움 결합되고,
상기 제1결합수단은,
상기 돌출부의 측면부로부터 돌출된 결합돌기; 및
상기 몸체부의 상단부에 형성되고 상기 결합돌기를 수용하는 결합공을 포함하고,
상기 결합돌기는 상기 돌출부의 외주면을 따라 측면부에 적어도 하나 이상 형성되고,
상기 제2결합수단은,
상기 몸체부의 하면으로부터 돌출된 제2결합돌기; 및
상기 하판에 형성되고 상기 제2결합돌기를 수용하는 제2결합공을 포함하는, 휴대 단말기용 거치 장치.In the mounting device coupled to the mobile terminal,

Further comprising a leakage preventing part vertically protruding along the upper edge of the upper plate,
Further comprising a groove formed between the upper plate and the coupling member to guide the flow of the adhesive,
The leakage preventing unit prevents the adhesive from leaking,
The diameter of the coupling member is formed larger than the diameter of the upper plate,
The body portion is formed in a funnel shape in which the upper surface is open and the lower surface is closed to form an internal space,
A plurality of guide lines are formed on the side surface of the body part,
The side surface of the body part forms a curved structure so that it can be elastically folded along the guide line,
The body portion is formed of a material having elasticity,
The diameter of the upper plate is greater than the upper outer diameter of the body portion,
The upper plate is fitted and coupled to the body portion by a first coupling means,
The body portion is fitted with the lower plate and a second coupling means,
The first coupling means,
a coupling protrusion protruding from the side surface of the protrusion; and
and a coupling hole formed at the upper end of the body and receiving the coupling protrusion,
At least one coupling protrusion is formed on the side surface along the outer circumferential surface of the protrusion,
The second coupling means,
a second coupling protrusion protruding from the lower surface of the body; and
Formed on the lower plate and comprising a second coupling hole for accommodating the second coupling protrusion, a holding device for a mobile terminal.
