상기 화장실(10)밖 통로에 연결되게 설치되는 하나 이상의 CCTV(20)들;
상기 측면패널(11)들의 감지센서(11a)들, CCTV(20)들과 무선 통신망을 통해 통신접속되어 감지센서(11a)들의 감지 유무를 전달받아 CCTV(20)를 제어하도록 한 감시서버(30); 및
상기 감시서버(30)와 무선 통신망을 통해 접속되어 감시서버(30)의 알림을 전달받도록 한 보안단말기(40);를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 감시서버(30)는 보안단말기(40)를 소지한 관리자들의 인적사항을 저장하되, 감지센서(11a)들이 측면패널(11) 상,하단 빈 공간으로 넘어오는 몰래카메라 감지시, CCTV(20)들의 촬영정보를 저장하도록 제어하며, 촬영정보 삭제시, 삭제를 요청하는 보안단말기(40)를 소지한 관리자의 인적사항을 요청하여 기 저장된 인적사항과 비교하여 승인시, 삭제 가능하되, 승인된 인적사항을 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 감시서버(30)는 1회 삭제 승인시, 삭제승인으로 알림하되, 삭제하지 않으며 2회 삭제 승인시, 삭제되는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 인적사항은 이름, 생년월일, 주소, 연락처인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장실 몰래카메라 방지시스템.
