Abstract
AN IOT BASED SYSTEM FOR SECURITY AND DOOR ACCESS CONTROL
The present invention relates to an IOT based system for security and door access control. The
object of the present invention is to restrict the entries of unauthorized person in the secured area
without permission of the admin. The proposed system comprises of advance microprocessor
which is used to perform image processing on captured images via programming outside the
house and verifying it with images stored in database, if the images are matched and admin
provide access then a person is allowed to provide access and entry in house but if admin denies
access of particular person then the voice message convey the person that access was denied and
if the person tries to get forceful entry in house then the video of that person is sent to nearby
police station and neighbors for security.

Technical field of invention:
Present invention in general relates to computer engineering and more specifically IOT based door access control and security system for senior citizen, home alone kids, the banking system which is use for an anti-thief activity to provide security and safety to the house and helps to restrict the entries of an unauthorized person into the secured area without knowing to admin.
Background of the invention:

The IOT based door access control and security system is designed to provide security to house, lockers that can be used in banks, as this system will reduce the efforts of manually checking of the authenticity of the person. Keeping this into mind the present invention is developed to provide security wherever needed. Particularly the door security of homes, banks and other such secured places are the critical issues. These are required more security from several threats and keep your family and valuables safe from potential break-ins by '0 burglars. With modem technological developments, internet-based technologies attract more. IOT is Cutting-Edge technology which solves many security-related problems.
[002] IOT can ability to handles the number of sensors which can be controlled from any comer of the world. Here in this invention, the IOT based door lock system is proposed. system has a wireless module which connects through the internet and communicates with the admin by internet from anywhere in the world. The Invention "IOT-C-CRIME" is to provide the Soft RI.R is the private space for the user where person Hel She can share anything suspicious near their location but Authority won't get notified (but they can access if they want to or if the user is victim or criminal or if that suspicious event is reported by many users (+4) then the authority will get notified here the location will also represent in #tag so that if the investigation is going on is related to that location then they will get notified that someone has noticed suspicious at the same location or nearby. It is also helpful for females he or she can do soft F.I.R if he or she is teased by someone or they can even send proper F.I.R directly from the application. At the time of emergency, females can directly send the alert to the nearest police station .The modem times, Senior citizens live away from their near and dear due to various reasons. In such a scenario, there is a requirement for the support of the elderly population in their daily activities. A comprehensive support management system to cater to the needs of senior citizens would be a great requirement sooner. Hence it is necessary that the Senior Citizen support management in India must reach a level to provide accessible and affordable support to elderly people in all aspects of life such as health care, transportation, personal care, daily needs, house needs, and miscellaneous supports. The Senior Citizen Support Management System facilitates the above-stated supports based on Internet of Things (IoT), encryption and blockchain technologies so that Senior Citizens can lead a Stress-free and Comfortable life.
[003] Although various attempts are made before, for providing an anti-thief activity security and safety to the house. and few of them are such as- US9716595B discloses security and management, 201841037086 discloses a intelligent door lock system, US9767267B2 discloses authentication decisions on a credential, 201821036698 discloses a sms based door locking and unlocking
.0 [004] There exist many drawbacks in the door access control and security system. So, there is a need to develop IOT based door access control and security system which is used for an anti-thief activity to provide security and safety to the house.
Objective of the invention
[005] An objective of the present invention is used for an anti-thief activity to provide security and safety to the house.
[006] In a preferred embodiment, the present invention improves security and can be utilize for senior citizen, home alone kids, the banking system
[007] It is therefore an object of the invention is to restrict the entries of an unauthorized person into the secured area without knowing to admin.

[009] Accordingly following invention provides IOT based door access control and security system. Detailed description of the invention:
[0013] The present invention relates to IOT based door access control and security system. More particularly the proposed invention improves security and can be utilize for senior citizen, home alone kids, the banking system.
[0014] The preferred embodiment comprises of web cam, Beaglebone black, screen inside the home, firebase database, person's face, relay module, speaker, remote access, solenoid lock, door, and buzzer/alarm.
[0015] In the exemplary embodiment the present invention relates to optimization of IOT '0 based door access control and security system having restrict the entries of unauthorized person in the secured area without permission of the admin present system.

[0017] Webcam: It is used to capture the images of a person standing in front of the door.
[0018] Beaglebone Black:.Using the Beaglebone Black whole system functionalities has operated. Webcam is used to capture images and send the clicked images to the Beaglebone Black. The LBPH algorithm will match the pattern of captured clicks with database. If the pattern gets matched, the solenoid lock gets unlocked with a voice note welcoming the person.
[0019] Relay Module:- After matching the images captured by webcam with the images stored in the database if the image get matched then relay gets activated and solenoid lock gets opened.
[0020] Speaker: The speaker is used to notify the person who is standing outside the door as the person is allowed to enter into house if images get matched then voice note generated for welcoming the person If pattern is not matched, the solenoid lock is supposed to stay locked and not let the door open until permission from admin is granted if the permission is not granted then "Sorry, you are new to the system" voice message will be generated.
[0021] Solenoid Lock: will get opened when the captured images of person and images in dataset get matched if not matched then solenoid lock gets unlock.
'0 [0022] A IOT based door access control and security system utilizes the web camera which is mounted on the door and will capture the images of person standing in front of it, the images then transferred to Beaglebone Black in order to verify whether the person is authorized or not. It can be done by verifying images of person with the images which is stored in the firebase database. The parameters required for recognition are iris and face. If the captured images are exactly match with the database images then the door gets automatically opened with the welcome message, but if the images doesn't match with those of stored images in database then access to that person get blocked. Here in this invention admin plays important role if the person's data is not present in the database then images of unregistered person will send to admin, admin will verify the person. Admin wish to give access to the person. Then admin can send command to security system to allow access to the person standing in front of door. Admin is equipped with the different functionalities such as granting permission and blocking the access.
[0023] In present invention if admin denied access of person then system by using speaker notify the person standing in front it as once the data is stored in the database, the person will have access to the door. Unless the person have been blocked by admin. The admin can monitor the system through the mobile app or through the personal computer with the help of login ID and password. If the access denied person found with any suspicious activities, then the device will record the video of unauthorized person who is denied entry by admin and send these recorded video to five emergency contacts which includes admin, nearby police station and neighbors whose numbers are already stored in the database. Additionally, if admin and/or inside persons observed any chances of forceful entry/suspicious moves on the camera by the unauthorized person, the admin and/or members inside the house/office can blow the buzzer outside the door.
[0024] The proposed IOT based access control security system provides security to kids when they are alone, automation is achieved in opening door, restricted access to unauthorized people, security from anywhere of the world, mobile app so that door can be accessed remotely.
Claims (5)
1. A IOT based door access control and security system comprises of; web cam, Beaglebone Black, Screen inside the home, Firebase Database, Person's face, Relay Module, Speaker, remote access, solenoid lock, door, and Buzzer/alarm.
2. A IOT based door access control and security system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the IOT based security system which identifies the authorized person by matching the real time captured images with stored images. Firebase database is used so that Admin can give permission or restriction of anyone from anywhere.
3. Smart door access control system as claimed in claim 1 wherein web camera will be used to capture images and captured images then send to Beaglebone Black which acts as a microprocessor and operates entire functionalities of the system by interfacing between database, admin and Relay.
4. Smart door access control system as claimed in claim 1 wherein solenoid lock is used which will get opened if relay sends an indicator to it.
5. Smart door access control system as claimed in claim 1 comprises; Speaker and firebase database; Speaker gets activated in both the condition when an authorized person stands in front of the door by welcoming note and in case of an unauthorized person it notifies with sorry restricted entry note.
