The filler (Filler) of the present invention can use a conventional filler used in the synthesis of conventional polymers, silica, calcium carbonate, silica beads, urethane beads in order to reinforce and control the surface touch and flame retardant properties of silicone rubber , MMA (MethylMetaAcrylate) bead, aluminum hydrate, titanium dioxide, organic phosphoric acid ester compound, aliphatic organic metal salt, hydrotalcite, powder silicic acid, etc. are mixed with 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of a silicone coating solution It is preferable to prepare and use it. In addition, a silicone pigment can be used for color realization, and a silicone coating solution having suitable properties can be selected and manufactured according to the use of the finished product and the characteristics required by customers.

이러한 가공 방법(도1)으로 제조되는 실리콘 선루프용 블라인드의 경우는 표 1에서 볼 수 있듯이 자동차용 소재의 시험 방법을 접목하여 시험 진행을 하였으며;In the case of the silicone sunroof blind manufactured by this processing method (Fig. 1), as shown in Table 1, the test was carried out by grafting the test method of the material for automobiles;

It has excellent cold resistance (low temperature stability), heat aging resistance (heat resistance), flame retardancy, light fastness (light resistance), and adhesion. It became possible to manufacture blinds for car sunroofs to which the physical properties of silicone rubber were applied.

The blind products for automobile sunroofs manufactured in this way not only secure physical properties differentiated from products manufactured with existing materials (solution type PU or hot melt method, etc.) It can be expected to expand its application to
