제형예 1, 2, 3과 비교제형예 1, 2, 3의 사용감 차이를 확인하기 위하여 관능테스트를 실시하였다. 상기 관능테스트는 피실험자 20명이 참가했으며, 동량의 각 제형예를 얼굴에 사용한 후, 발림성, 흡수력, 밀착력, 끈적임에 대하여 평가하도록 하였다. 평가는 발림성, 흡수력, 밀착력의 경우 매우 좋음을 5점, 매우 나쁨을 1점으로 하였으며, 끈적임은 매우 끈적임을 5점, 전혀 끈적이지 않음을 1점으로 하였다.In order to confirm the difference in feeling of use between Formulation Examples 1, 2, and 3 and Comparative Formulation Examples 1, 2, and 3, a sensory test was performed. 본 발명에 따른 조성물의 안전성과 관련한 피부 자극성을 알아보기 위하여 인체 첩포 시험을 하였다. 피부가 건강한 여성 30명의 상박 부위에 제형예 1과 비교제형예 1, 대조군으로 프로필렌 글리콜 및 정제수를 각각 일정량(약40㎍)씩 24시간 동안 첩포 하였다. 이어서, 이를 제거하고 피부자극을 측정한 후, 24시간, 48시간 경과 후에 다시 피부 반응을 조사하였다. 피부 자극의 판정 기준 및 자극도 계산식은 다음과 같으며, 그 결과를 하기 표 6에 나타내었다.In order to examine the skin irritation related to the safety of the composition according to the present invention, a human patch test was performed.
