Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a gel nail label and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, a lower end in which a printed layer is formed on one surface of a base layer and an upper end for forming a gel made of an ultraviolet curable resin composition by an adhesive layer formed on the lower end are laminated. , An eco-friendly layer in which the UV semi-cured gel layer is formed without odor with a solvent-free UV solution as the upper part is provided in a laminated structure of a UV fully cured top blocking layer, a UV semi-cured gel layer, and a UV fully cured bottom blocking layer according to UV curing conditions In a semi-cured state, it provides the unique volume of the gel and is easy to apply to the curved surface of the user's nails. It relates to a gel nail label and a method for manufacturing the same, which prevents melting of the layers constituting the lower end with high energy of ultraviolet light by the bottom blocking layer to ensure interlayer stability.
With the rapid expansion of the beauty market since the 20th century, nail art has recently been rapidly developed as an essential element of expressive art for the body regardless of age or gender.
Nail art is a makeup applied to the nail. You can draw a creative picture in a small space of the nail, attach artificial jewels or decorations, attach an already-finished sticker in the form of a design, and put parts on it. you can also raise
It is not an exaggeration to say that the development of such nail art has been developed from a method of applying a liquid pigment to nails or toenails and then curing them in a classical way to improve the inconvenience that takes a lot of time.
In addition, even when attaching a conventional accessory, it takes time until the adhesive is completely hardened, and another problem that the accessory easily falls off due to a small impact even after the attachment is completed has been pointed out, and various efforts have been made to solve this problem. .
Therefore, in order to overcome the problems of liquid products such as nail polish, dry sticker methods have been proposed, but most dry sticker methods have a fixed shape or apply a natural curing method after adhesion to nails. In most cases, it was impossible.
In addition, most of them are made of the same raw material as nail polish, so the durability before and after drying is weak, so the durability is not good. There was a downside.
Therefore, as one of the efforts to solve this problem, a gel nail method in which a UV curing resin is applied to a pigment and then forcibly cured using a UV light emitting device has been proposed.
However, the gel nail method also has a complicated problem in the process of forcibly curing using a UV light emitting device after applying a liquid pigment to the nails and toenails. Problems have been pointed out.
For example, after applying a liquid gel nail to the nail, curing it, attaching various shapes of patterns, etc. in the form of a sticker or drawing directly on it, and then applying a strength reinforcing agent such as a top coat again on it The process is cumbersome and takes a long time, and in particular, there is a problem in that the difference in satisfaction of the final product increases depending on the skill level.
Therefore, in order to solve these problems, a method of attaching a nail label is used instead of a method of directly applying a pigment to a user's fingernail or toenail. According to this method, the user can decorate the nails and toenails by simply attaching a sticker to the nails or toenails without waiting for the user to apply and harden the pigment, so the user can nail the nails much more quickly and easily compared to the conventional method. art could be done.
However, in the present invention, the top gel layer is completed by mixing 60 to 90% of the thermosetting resin with 10 to 40% of the UV curing resin, and in the manufacturing method, the top gel is coated with a thermosetting method to cure the thermosetting resin contained in the top gel coating composition. It forms a gel layer and thus still involves the question of time.
In addition, since the surface layer of the semi-hardened gel nail sticker for nail art is provided in a semi-cured state, there is a risk of being damaged by external environment or prolonged exposure.
However, in the present invention, except for the formation of the UV gel coating layer, the LED gel coating layer provided on the UV gel coating layer should be formed by drying the LED gel coating solution at 60 to 100° C. for about 30 to 60 minutes, and again on the LED gel coating layer. The high-point optical top coating layer is also prepared by applying a optical top coating solution in which a monomer, oligomer, cellulose and a long-wavelength initiator are mixed and drying.
Therefore, there is a problem that the curing time is long, and there is no consideration of whether the layer below the UV gel coating layer formed by the UV curing method is stable under UV conditions.
Accordingly, as a result of the present inventors' efforts to solve the conventional problems, the lower end in which a printed layer is formed on one surface of the base layer and the upper end for forming a gel made of an ultraviolet curable resin composition are laminated by an adhesive layer formed on the lower end, and the ultraviolet curing conditions As it is provided in a laminated structure of a UV fully cured top blocking layer, an UV semi-cured gel layer, and a UV fully cured bottom blocking layer, the UV semi-cured gel layer is an eco-friendly layer formed without odor with a solvent-free UV solution, and the gel is semi-cured with a unique feeling of volume. and easy to apply to the curved surface of the user's nail, and when the user completes the finished product by curing the second UV after application, the top blocking layer prevents direct damage to the UV semi-cured gel layer, and the bottom blocking layer By preventing melting of the layers constituting the lower end with high energy of ultraviolet rays to secure interlayer stability, the present invention has been completed.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
In the present invention, the upper end for forming a gel made of an ultraviolet curable resin composition is laminated by a lower end having a printed layer formed on one surface of the base layer and an adhesive layer formed on the lower end,

UV semi-cured gel layer and
Provided is a gel nail label with a structure in which a UV fully cured floor blocking layer is laminated.
1 is a schematic diagram of a gel nail label according to a first embodiment of the present invention, a
In the gel nail label (1) of the present invention, the
In the above, the UV curable resin composition has at least one (meth)acrylate-based functional group in one molecule, is a solvent-free UV solution, and is cured by UV irradiation, so it is environmentally friendly because the odor problem caused by solvent volatilization is fundamentally prevented.
In addition, products obtained by the UV curing method, which are usually printed or coated using UV light, are cured at a low temperature because the curing means is completed by UV curing in a very short time, not heat. It is excellent in insulation, etc., and the productivity is several times or tens of times higher, so the added value is also increased. In particular, the UV curing method has the advantage that the surface hardness is strong enough not to be scratched by nails or everyday tools.
More specifically, the ultraviolet curable resin composition according to the present invention comprises: a) 40 to 90 wt% of a monomer and oligomer having at least three (meth)acrylate-based functional groups in one molecule, b) 0 to 20 wt% of an oligomer, c) ) 5 to 25% by weight of a UV-reactive diluent, d) 2 to 15% by weight of a photopolymerization initiator, and e) 0 to 3% by weight of an additive.
In the above, a) monomers and oligomers having at least three (meth)acrylate-based functional groups in one molecule constitute the main component of the UV-curable resin composition, and are components that determine the curing rate and mechanical or chemical properties of the cured coating film. Specific examples include acrylic such as dipentaerythritol penta (meth) acrylate, dipentaerythritol hexa (meth) acrylate, xylitol penta (meth) acrylate, glyceryl dipentaerythritol hepta (meth) acrylate, etc. The ultraviolet curable material etc. which have 3 or more functional groups with a rate monomer, a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer, a polyester (meth)acrylate oligomer, etc. are mentioned.
The urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer includes, as a repeating unit, a urethane bond generated by addition reaction of a hydroxyl group and an isocyanate group, and the cured product is generally excellent in hardness, flexibility, adhesion and low temperature characteristics, so it has a wide range. It is used in the field, and the polyester (meth)acrylate oligomer has low viscosity and excellent weather resistance.
The above polyfunctional UV curing materials may be used alone or as a mixture of two or more.
또한, 90중량%를 초과하면, 경화 속도는 증가하나 경화 도막의 유연성이 감소하여 균열이 발생하기 쉬워진다. a) The preferred content of the component is 40 to 90% by weight, preferably 60 to 80% by weight, based on the total composition. At this time, when the amount is less than 40% by weight, the curing rate is increased and the surface hardness and abrasion resistance of the final cured coating film are reduced. Moreover, when it exceeds 90 weight%, although a hardening rate increases, the softness|flexibility of a cured coating film decreases, and it becomes easy to generate|occur|produce a crack.
In the above, b) the oligomer is used to enhance flexibility and adhesion to the substrate in the cured coating film, and representative examples include epoxy (meth)acrylate, polyether (meth)acrylate, polyester (meth)acrylate And urethane (meth) acrylate can be used, and in the present invention, an aliphatic urethane (meth) acrylate oligomer having two functional groups is preferred, which has no yellowing, has excellent durability, and has two functional groups in order to improve the flexibility of the cured coating film. Preferred content of component b) is 0 to 20% by weight based on the total composition. At this time, when it exceeds 20% by weight, the flexibility is increased, but the viscosity of the composition is increased, the curing rate is increased, and the surface hardness and abrasion resistance of the final cured coating film are reduced.
In addition, c) the UV-reactive diluent is mainly a monomer having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less, and is used for the purpose of lowering the viscosity of the UV-curable composition, enhancing adhesion to the substrate, and improving the flexibility of the cured coating film.
The UV-reactive diluent has the following characteristics according to the number of functional groups contained in one molecule. The monofunctional monomer enhances adhesion to the substrate and flexibility, but has low reactivity, so that non-curing may occur when used in excess. Bifunctional monomers are generally used due to their moderate viscosity, reactivity and flexibility, and 3 to tetrafunctional monomers have good reactivity and high crosslinking density after curing, so that surface hardness can be increased, but flexibility is poor. In order to increase reactivity and crosslinking density within a range that does not impair flexibility, it is preferable to use a mixture of the above monomers.
Specific examples of the UV-reactive diluent that can be used in the present invention include 2-hydroxyethyl (meth) acrylate, 2-hydroxypropyl (meth) acrylate, diethylene glycol mono (meth) acrylate, polyethylene glycol mono (meth) ) acrylate, polypropylene glycol mono (meth) acrylate, isobornyl (meth) acrylate, ethylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, 1,3-propylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, 1,4-butadiol Di (meth) acrylate, 1,6-hexadiol di (meth) acrylate, (tri, tetra or poly) ethylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, tripropylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, ethoxylated bisphenol A Di (meth) acrylate, trimethylolpropane tri (meth) acrylate, pentaerythritol (tri or tetra) (meth) acrylate, pentaglycerol tri (meth) acrylate, and the like.
The preferred amount of the component c) is 5 to 25% by weight based on the component for forming a film excluding the non-reactive solvent, based on the total composition. In this case, if the amount of the UV-reactive diluent used is less than 5% by weight, there is little dilution effect, so a problem may occur due to high viscosity, and the flexibility of the cured coating film may be deteriorated. In addition, if the amount used exceeds 25% by weight, the curing rate is slowed, so that a complete coating film cannot be obtained, and the surface hardness and abrasion resistance of the cured coating film may be reduced.
In the ultraviolet curable resin composition of the present invention, d) the photopolymerization initiator acts to initiate a reaction by absorbing ultraviolet rays to generate free radicals. In the present invention, a low-yellowing type α-hydroxyalkylphenone-based compound is preferable to improve reactivity, and specific examples include 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, α,α-dimethoxy-α-hydroxy Acetophenone and 1-[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-propan-1-one are used, and one or a mixture of two or more is used.
The preferred content of the component of d) is 2 to 15% by weight, preferably 5 to 10%, based on the total composition. At this time, if the photopolymerization initiator is less than 2% by weight, the curing rate is slow and a complete coating film cannot be obtained due to a decrease in the reaction rate.
The UV curable resin composition may contain 0 to 3% by weight of gauze, such as UV absorbers, light stabilizers, antistatic agents, release agents, slip agents, leveling agents, defoamers, antioxidants, and flame retardants in some cases.
The
At this time, the UV fully cured top blocking

In addition, the UV fully cured top blocking
Therefore, the

3 shows an example in which the
In addition, at least one selected from the
The wavelength change-type additive includes azobenzene, diarylethene, spiropyran, and the like, and may be employed in known materials.
In addition, the color or design can be changed by inserting a thin sheet between each layer constituting the
In this case, the thickness of the sheet to be formed by being inserted into each layer is preferably 5 to 50 μm, specifically, a thin film PET of 8 μm or less is used.
The present invention satisfies the contact angle of 70 to 80 degrees of the
The contact angle needs to be adjusted in order to adhere smoothly without separation from the lower layer, and in the present invention, it is controlled by using a silicone slip agent. At this time, if the contact angle is less than 70, there is a problem that the user's preference is lowered because the nail surface is too stiff after the gel nail is completed. By using , the contact angle can be adjusted within the maximum contact angle of 80 degrees.
In addition, in the
