Description

Method for preparing functional fabric material containing germanium}Method for preparing functional fabric material containing germanium

The present invention relates to a method of melting germanium into a complete solution, not a powder, and a method for manufacturing a textile fabric containing a germanium solution prepared using the same, and more particularly, to an aqueous solution containing germanium powder or germanium powder in the textile fabric. It relates to a method for manufacturing a functional textile fabric with improved antibacterial and brittle properties by immersing each atom in the fiber by completely melting germanium, rather than simply coating it.

In general, germanium is a grayish-white metallic element. In general, germanium is a grayish-white metallic element that is easily brittle, can be obtained as a by-product when smelting sulfide minerals or burning coal, and exhibits physical and chemical properties as a metal only under special conditions. It is a semiconductor and is used as a major material for semiconductor devices, transistors, optical glass, and various alloys.

Since germanium emits far-infrared rays and negative ions, it has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing effects, so it is excellent for preventing athlete's foot and sweat bands by eliminating harmful bacteria to the human body. And when it comes close to the body, the outer electrons penetrate to the capillaries in the subcutaneous tissue of the body due to the penetrating pressure.

Accordingly, in the prior art, various methods have been tried to prepare fibers having antibacterial and anti-brittle properties by mixing a mineral material such as germanium with a fabric. However, when manufacturing a fabric using germanium and minerals as described above, side effects such as skin troubles such as dermatitis and allergies are highly likely to occur to people with sensitive skin, and various techniques for preventing this are being attempted.

In addition, in the conventional technique of mixing germanium into fibers, in the method of mixing germanium powder with fibers, germanium powder is mixed with a coating agent and mixed by coating the fibers, so that the germanium component and the fibers are fixed through a strong bonding force. Rather, since it is simply contained under physical pressure, etc., there is a problem that the germanium component is separated from the fiber even if the fiber containing germanium is washed only a few times, so that the effect such as antibacterial property as described above does not last for a long time.

In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors did not simply physically fix germanium to the fiber by pulverizing germanium, but by immersing the germanium solution in which germanium was completely melted into the fiber by using strong bonding force between germanium and the fiber. By fixing, germanium is prevented from being separated from the fiber, and the fiber fabric containing germanium component provided in the present invention is firmly fixed to the germanium fiber even after washing many times, so the effect of antibacterial and anti-brittle properties of the fiber can be semi-permanent.

The present invention is to solve the above problems, and in the present invention, in order to fix the germanium component and the fiber with a strong bonding force, it is fixed to the fiber using an aqueous solution of germanium in which germanium is completely melted, not germanium powder, and also minerals such as germanium The present invention was completed by further adding specific additives in order to minimize the side effects of the fibers contained therein.

In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing a textile fabric containing germanium provided by the present invention is a method of completely melting germanium rather than simply coating the fibers using germanium powder, which has been mainly used in most conventional techniques. This technique was completed by using a method of immersing a germanium solution in a fiber using a binder.

In addition, in order to minimize the side effects that may be caused by the germanium component, the fiber fabric containing the germanium component provided in the present invention was able to minimize the side effect of the germanium fiber on the skin by further adding a saponin component.

In the textile fabric containing the germanium component provided in the present invention, germanium and the fiber are fixed by a strong bonding force, so even if the product manufactured using the textile fabric provided in the present invention is washed a number of times, the germanium component is not attached to the fiber. As it is fixed as it is, excellent functions such as antibacterial and anti-brittle properties can be semi-permanently maintained. In addition, by adding more saponin, it is possible to prevent skin troubles such as allergies and dermatitis that may occur in people with sensitive skin.

Hereinafter, a method for manufacturing a textile fabric containing germanium to be provided by the present invention will be described in detail.

The method for manufacturing a textile fabric containing germanium component provided by the present invention consists of the following steps.

As the binder compound, water-based polyester, acrylic emulsion or polyurethane polymer may be used, and after the germanium aqueous solution and the binder compound are added, the mixture is reacted by stirring at 25 to 30° C. for 2 to 3 hours. In the above step, the weight ratio of the germanium aqueous solution and the binder compound is preferably 200 to 300 parts by weight of the binder compound per 100 parts by weight of the germanium aqueous solution.

The step of heating and rapid cooling after reacting the germanium aqueous solution with the binder compound is a step of heating at 180 to 200 °C for 10 to 20 minutes and then rapidly cooling in a water bath of 20 to 25 °C.

In another embodiment of the present invention, in the step of mixing the germanium aqueous solution and the binder compound, 10 to 50 parts by weight of saponin may be further added to react with 100 parts by weight of the germanium aqueous solution.

The saponin is to prevent allergies, dermatitis, etc. that may occur in functional fibers to which powders such as germanium and zeolite are added. can

The method for preparing a germanium aqueous solution by completely melting germanium provided in the present invention is to prepare a complete aqueous solution by applying the sol-gel method, and the method is made through the following steps.

It consists of a step of preparing germanium chloride by reacting solid germanium with hydrochloric acid, and preparing an aqueous solution of germanium hydroxide by adding an ammonia hydroxide solution to the germanium chloride solution and reacting it.

In the step of adding the ammonia hydroxide solution in the germanium melting process, since the germanium chloride solution generated in the previous step is acidic, alkaline ammonia hydroxide is reacted to maintain the reaction solution neutral.

Through the above process, germanium hydroxide is generated, ammonia gas and carbon dioxide are generated and evaporated, and germanium and chlorine ions are present in the solution. Through this process, the completely molten germanium solution provided in the present invention can be prepared.

More specifically, the step of preparing germanium chloride is a process of hydrolyzing germanium by mixing 200 to 300 parts by weight of a 10% aqueous hydrochloric acid solution per 100 parts by weight of germanium, and as the next step, 200 to 300 parts by weight of ammonia hydroxide solution in the reactant. By adding and reacting, germanium hydroxide can be obtained.
