Description
The present invention relates to a liquid material discharging device, and more specifically, by configuring a stirrer including a motor in the discharging device provided to discharge a predetermined amount of medium and high viscosity liquid material, smooth mixing of the liquid material and preventing the phenomenon of sticking, , to a liquid substance discharging device capable of discharging a predetermined amount easily.
In general, a liquid material discharging device is a device used for discharging a viscous liquid in a quantitative manner, and is mainly used for molding, bonding, and sealing operations in various fields such as semiconductors, optical products, and general home appliances.
Such a liquid material discharging device typically uses a solenoid valve and an actuator to momentarily open a nozzle to discharge a liquid material, and a motor and a rotor to rotate a rotor in a passage filled with liquid material to transfer the liquid material. It can be divided into a method of discharging the transferred liquid material. In particular, when a more or less precise operation is required in a field that requires precision such as semiconductors, optical products, and home appliances, the method of discharging the liquid material using a motor and a rotor for continuous quantitative discharge of the liquid material among the above discharge methods is preferred. has been mainly used.
In general, such a liquid material discharging device is generally filled with a medium-viscosity liquid material.
The conventional dispensing device is configured to mix the internal filling solution by rotating the discharging device in the vertical direction to mix the filled liquid material after filling the discharging device with the filling solution, but the filling solution is filled inside the dispenser. Even if the dispenser is rotated up and down in a cold state, there is a problem in that it is difficult to smoothly mix the filling liquid.
In addition, the liquid substances generally used are anaerobic adhesives that are blocked from air by metal-to-metal contact and are cured, and these adhesives are solidified when in contact with air, so that the discharge port of the discharge device is blocked, making uniform application impossible As a result, the defect rate is increased, and the replacement cycle of the dispenser needle is short, resulting in great economic loss.
Patent Document 1 relates to a liquid mixing and discharging device, the liquid mixing and discharging device comprising: a raw material supply device for supplying two or more liquid raw materials to separate supply paths; One end is a stirrer coupling member coupled to the raw material supply device; a stirrer nozzle having an inlet coupled to the other end of the stirrer coupling member; an inter-nozzle coupling member having an inlet coupled to a discharge port of the agitator nozzle; And the inlet is coupled to the discharge port of the coupling member between the nozzles, characterized in that it comprises an application nozzle having a discharge port formed at the end.
Accordingly, Patent Document 1 can reduce the raw material discarded during the process, as well as reduce the cost by minimizing the replacement parts, it is possible to precisely control the discharge amount.
However, Patent Document 1 does not describe a configuration for smooth mixing of the filling liquid, a configuration for solving the needle clogging phenomenon of the dispenser needle portion, and a configuration for forming a continuous flow to maintain a uniform mixing state of the filling solution.
Therefore, it is possible to smoothly mix the filling liquid, to prevent the clogging of the needle part due to the solidification of the filling liquid, and to reduce the defect rate with a configuration that forms a continuous flow to maintain a uniform mixing state of the filling liquid There is a demand for the development of a liquid material discharging device for
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention configures a stirrer including a motor in the main body of the dispensing device, and configures a solenoid between the motor and the stirrer to rotate the stirrer by driving the motor to ensure smooth mixing of liquid materials and a bridge An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid material discharging device capable of preventing fire and discharging liquid material easily by opening and closing the discharge port of the nozzle by operating the agitator forward/backward through the operation of a solenoid.

Here, the stirrer includes: a rotating shaft rotating by driving the motor to extrude the liquid material accommodated in the receiving space along the discharge port of the nozzle; It characterized in that it comprises a stirring blade protruding in the shape of a screw around the rotation shaft.
In this case, it is characterized in that a caulking capable of blocking the flow of the liquid material along the discharge port when the rotation shaft is advanced by the solenoid is provided at an end of the rotating shaft that opens and closes the discharge port.
In addition, a needle is formed at an end of the rotating shaft that opens and closes the discharge port to adjust the amount of liquid material discharged along the discharge port when the rotating shaft is retracted by the solenoid.
