COR-2 균주의 경우, 음성대조군인 무처리구 대비 활력지수값(SVI)은 무려 121%, 발근력은 108% 우수하며, 유사한 특성을 나타낼 것으로 예상한 동일 속의 비교 실험군인 포르피로박터 콜림비 KCTC 32078 균주에 비해서도 활력지수값(SVI) 및 발근력이 모두 60% 이상 우수한 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이로부터, 본 발명의 광합성세균인 포르피로박터 sp.
