용기의 외주면에 용접 또는 리벳팅되어 부착되며, 일측 상면에 걸이공(111)이 있는 수평지지부(110)가 구비된 브라켓(100);
브라켓(100)에 힌지핀(211)으로 결착되는 힌지부(210)가 일단에 구비되고,
수평지지부(110) 선단에 접촉되어 걸리는 걸림턱(220)과 보턴공(230)이 구비된 손잡이부(200);
걸이공(111)에 끼워져 걸리는 걸이부(310)가 일단에 절곡되고, 타단은 손잡이부(200) 저면에 부착수단(320)으로 부착되는 판스프링(300a);
손잡이부(200)의 보턴공(230)을 통해 돌출되도록 판스프링(300a)에 설치되어 판스프링(300a)의 걸이부(310)를 걸이공(111)에서 이탈시키는 보턴(400);
