Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 티록신 유도체를 선별하기 위해 갑상선 호르몬 수용체 반응 실험에서 사용한 플라스미드의 모식도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 티록신 유도체 후보물질의 도파민 신경세포로의 분화 증진 효과 및 갑상선 호르몬 수용체에 대한 친화도를 확인한 결과이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 티록신 유도체를 처리한 래트 중뇌 도파민 신경전구세포에서의 TH 발현 및 도파민 신경세포 관련 유전자의 mRNA 발현 정도를 면역형광염색 및 RT-PCR을 통해 확인한 결과이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 티록신 유도체를 처리한 사람 신경전구세포에서의 TH 발현 및 도파민 신경세포 관련 유전자의 mRNA 발현 정도를 면역형광염색 및 RT-PCR을 통해 확인한 결과이다.
도 6은 도파민 신경세포로의 분화시 본 발명의 티록신 유도체의 처리에 따른 신경독성물질에 대한 도파민 신경세포의 사멸 예방 효과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 7은 도파민 신경세포로의 분화시 래트 신경전구세포, 래트 중뇌 도파민 신경전구세포 및 사람 신경전구세포에서의 본 발명의 티록신 유도체의 처리에 따른 신경독성물질에 대한 도파민 신경세포의 손상 회복 효과를 나타낸 것이다.

약제학적으로 허용가능한 염은 옥살산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 말산, 타르타르산, 시트르산 및 벤조산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 유기산이거나; 또는 염산, 황산, 인산 및 브롬화수소산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 무기산에 의해 형성되는 산부가염의 형태인 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 도파민 결핍으로 인한 뇌신경계 질환은 파킨슨병, 신경인지기능 장애, 주의력결핍 과잉행동 장애, 하지불안증후군 및 불안증으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 약학 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
약제학적으로 허용가능한 염은 옥살산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 말산, 타르타르산, 시트르산 및 벤조산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 유기산이거나; 또는 염산, 황산, 인산 및 브롬화수소산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 무기산에 의해 형성되는 산부가염의 형태인 약학 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
