빗물이 유입될 수 있는 경사진 도로의 양 측 벽면에 인접하게 각각 고정 설치되는 고정축(161)과, 고정축(161)에 회전할 수 있도록 결합되고 접이식으로 형성된 접이식 제1 접이식 차단벽(100-1) 및 제2 접이식 차단벽(100-2)을 평소에는 접이식 차단벽(110)을 접어서 양 측 벽면에 붙여두었다가 빗물 유입을 차단하고저 할 때는 도로를 가로지르도록 회전 및 펼쳐서 양쪽 차단벽을 결합시켜 도로를 따라 유입되는 빗물을 차단하기 위한 접이식 승강 차단장치에 있어서:

고정축(161) 외면에 끼워져 고정축 외면을 따라 회전 및 승강할 수 있도록 결합된 회전승강축(166)과;

결합부재(153)의 암나사부에 나사결합하고 하부는 차단벽프레임(111)에 고정되며 상부는 회전용 핸들(151)이 형성된 나사봉(156)과;

빗물을 차단하기 위하여 제1 접이식 차단벽(100-1) 및 제2 접이식 차단벽(100-2)을 돌려 펼쳐서 설치시 나사봉(156)을 손으로 회전시켜 제1 접이식 차단벽(100-1) 및 제2 접이식 차단벽(100-2)을 하강시켜 도로를 가로질러 형성된 가로홈(215)에 제1 접이식 차단벽(100-1) 및 제2 접이식 차단벽(10-2)의 하단부분이 삽입되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도로를 따라 유입되는 빗물을 차단하기 위한 접이식 승강 차단장치.
