Claims (7)
- 무토양 식생기반재(1`)가 오염수에 부유하게 설치되며, 오염수에 포함된 오염물질이 수생식물의 뿌리에 여과되거나 침강작용에 의해 침강되어 제거되는 침강지(100);
무토양 식생기반재(1)가 바닥면에 설치되며, 상기 침강지(100)에서 이송된 오염수가 상기 무토양 식생기반재(1)의 표면으로 유동되면서 오염물질이 여과되는 식생접촉여과산화지(200);
상기 식생접촉여과산화지(200)에서 이송된 오염수가 중심방향으로 유동되면서 오염물질이 여과되는 경사형 구심향습지(300); 및
상기 구심향습지(300)에서 여과된 처리수가 방류되는 방류관(500)을 포함하며,
상기 경사형 구심향습지(300)는,
상기 식생접촉여과산화지(200)에서 이송된 오염수가 저장되며, 내부에 원주방향으로 월류벽(311)이 설치된 저장부(310);
상기 저장부(310)의 내부에 배치되되, 상하면이 밀폐되고, 상면이 구심방향으로 갈수록 낮아지는 경사면으로 형성되며, 외벽과 내벽이 개방된 구조를 가지며, 상기 저장부(310)에 저장된 오염수가 외벽의 원주방향으로 균일하게 공급되고 구심방향으로 유동되면서 오염수에 포함된 오염물질을 여과하여 처리수를 생성하는 여과모듈(320);
상기 여과모듈(320)의 중심에 배치되고, 상단이 개방되며, 상기 여과모듈(320)에서 유입된 처리수가 구심방향으로 유입되어 상부로 배출되는 배출부(330); 및
상기 여과모듈(320)의 상기 경사면의 상부에 형성되고, 상기 방류관(500)이 배치되며, 상기 배출부(330)의 상부로 배출된 처리수가 저장되는 배출연못(340)을 포함하는 인공습지 수처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여과모듈(320)은,
내부에 마련되되, 바이오담체(600)가 수용된 제1여과부(321);
내부에 마련되되, 미생물코팅액으로 코팅된 충진재(700)가 수용된 제2여과부(322); 및
내부에 마련되되, 바이오스톤볼(800)이 수용된 제3여과부(323);를 포함하되,
상기 제1여과부(321)와 상기 제2여과부(322)와 상기 제3여과부(323)는 외벽에서 내벽을 향하여 순차로 배치되며, 상기 제1여과부(321)에서 상기 제3여과부(323)로 갈수록 공극률이 증가되는 인공습지 수처리 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 바이오담체(600)는, 바텀애쉬를 성형 소성한 가벼운 골재의 표면에 천연셀룰로스, 백토와 함께 수처리용 미생물코팅액을 함침시켜 건조 및 코팅처리한 것이며,
상기 충진재(700)는, 암석을 파쇄한 인공골재나 자갈의 표면에 수처리용 미생물코팅액을 함침 또는 분사하여 코팅후 건조한 것이며,
상기 바이오스톤볼(800)은, 자갈, 세라믹, 플라스틱, 유리 및 질석으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 다수의 담체(810)와, 상기 담체(810)들의 표면에 코팅되며, 석유수지 100 중량부에 대하여 유기산 1 내지 20 중량부, 시클로헥실아민아질산염 0.01 내지 10 중량부 및 규산칼슘 0.01 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 제1코팅층(820)와, 상기 담체(810)들의 표면에 코팅된 상기 제1코팅층(820)의 표면에 도포되어 상기 담체(810)들을 상호 접합시키는 접착제층(830)과, 상기 접착제층(830)에 의해 상호 접합된 상기 담체(810)들의 표면에 코팅되며 다공성 구조로 형성된 제2코팅층(840)을 포함하는 인공습지 수처리 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 경사형 구심향습지(300)는,
상기 제1여과부(321), 상기 제2여과부(322) 및 상기 제3여과부(323)의 바닥면에 다수개 설치되어 상기 바이오담체(600), 상기 충진재(700) 및 상기 바이오스톤볼(800)에 걸려있는 슬러지를 세척하는 세척노즐을 더 포함하는 인공습지 수처리 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 경사형 구심향습지(300)는,
상기 배출부(330)에 설치되며 상기 바이오스톤볼(800)이 충진된 여과프레임(350)을 더 포함하는 인공습지 수처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여과모듈(320)의 상기 경사면에는 차수막(324) 및 상면이 웨이브진 웨이브면(1a)으로 형성된 무토양 식생기반재(1)가 순차적으로 설치되는 인공습지 수처리 시스템.
