Description

Artificial fur water repellency method}Artificial fur water repellency method

The present invention relates to a water-repellent method for artificial fur, and more particularly, to an artificial fur that is water-repellent treated to increase the water-repellent power of artificial fur, which is a knitted fabric in a form in which the weft, which is a basic weave, is repeatedly formed by hanging the pile yarn in a V-shape. It relates to a method of water-repellent fur.

In general, fur refers to the smooth and soft fur of animals, and has been very valuable to mankind for a long time, not only for warmth, but also for decoration and other purposes.

This fur is called true fur when it is composed of two elements: dense down, called ground hair, and guard hair, which is a long hair that covers the down. It protects the fur and skin underneath and blocks rain and snow.

Among various animals, the fur of sable, chinchilla, weasel, mink, etc. is particularly excellent, and the fur of rabbits and squirrels is of poor quality. Otters, seals, long-haired Persian lambs, woolless goats, and ponies are animals used for fur production. The main producers are the Russian Federation, the United States, Canada, and Scandinavia.

In this way, instead of being usefully used by humans, there are serious problems such as overfishing animals to obtain fur, and animals that can provide fur are in danger of extinction, and there is a limit to the fur available from animals. Recently, artificial fur has been actively developed.

As a representative artificial fur, it may be exemplified by a knitted fabric type in which the basic weaving tissue, the weft, is hung in a V-shape, and the structure of the erected structure is repeatedly constituted.

However, in the case of such artificial fur, since the pile yarn is erected, if it is water-repellent, it is not completely water-repellent until the end of the pile yarn, resulting in a problem of poor water repellency.

In other words, since the pile yarn is standing up, even if treated with a water repellent solution, the water repellent solution does not penetrate to the weaving part to be knitted, but only penetrates from the free end of the pile yarn to a certain length. This will cause the problem of poor water repellency.

In addition, even if the water-repellent liquid penetrates, the fixing power is weak, and there is a disadvantage that the water repellent is removed during the brushing, shearing, and polishing process.

Artificial fur and its manufacturing method and its device

The present invention was created to solve the problems in the prior art as described above, and the water repellency of artificial fur, which is a knitted fabric of a form in which the basic weaving structure, the weft yarn, is hung in a V-shape by a pile yarn is repeatedly constructed. Its main purpose is to provide a water-repellent method for artificial fur that is water-repellent to increase the

The present invention is a means for achieving the above object, and when producing artificial fur by dyeing a knitted fabric having a pile yarn, washing with water, tenta step, hot air step, brushing step, shearing step, polishing step, after washing with water Water-repellent treatment of pile yarn by performing the first water-repellent impregnation step before tenta; After the polishing step, a second water repellent impregnation step is further performed to re-water repellent the pile yarn, and then there is provided a water repellent method for artificial fur, characterized in that the tenta-polishing-shearing treatment is performed once more.

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain the effect of increasing the water repellency of the artificial fur, which is a knitted fabric of a form in which the weft, which is the basic weaving structure, is repeatedly formed by hanging the pile yarn in a V-shape.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described in more detail.

The artificial fur water-repellent method according to the present invention allows the pile yarn to be completely water-repellent by passing water-repellent impregnation once before tenta after washing with water, once again after polishing, and once again before tenta, so that the pile yarn can be completely water-repellent. It is characterized by composition.

More specifically, in the artificial fur water repellent method according to the present invention, the artificial fur is produced by dyeing a knitted fabric having a pile yarn, washing with water, tenta step, hot air step, brushing step, shearing step, and polishing step to produce artificial fur, after washing with water. Water-repellent treatment of pile yarn by performing the first water-repellent impregnation step before tenta; After the polishing step, the second water-repellent impregnation step is further performed to water-repellent the pile yarn again, and then the tenta-polishing-shearing treatment is performed once more.

In this case, the dyeing step is a step for forming colors and patterns on the fabric.

In the present invention, the dyeing method is not particularly limited. Therefore, various dyeing methods can be applied, such as immersion dyeing in which heat is applied in a dyeing machine to uniformly color the entire surface, as well as printing in which desired colors and patterns are freely expressed by mixing dyes or pigments.

And, the washing step is a step of washing, which can be regarded as a kind of rinsing step.

In addition, the tenter step (Tenter Step) is a step for reducing the shrinkage deformation of the fabric by fixing the pile yarn under a high temperature after washing or coating or impregnation.

In addition, the hot air step is a continuous treatment process of the tenta step, and can be processed through the first and second steps. In the present invention, since the first water repellent impregnation step is performed, it is preferable that both the first and second hot air treatment are performed, and the first hot air is It is particularly preferably treated at 180-200°C, and the secondary hot air is treated at 170°C.

In addition, the brushing step is a detangling process, which is a step to untangle the pile yarns generated in the pre-treatment process.

In addition, the shearing step (Shearing Step) is a step to cut the end of the pile yarn to the same height. In other words, it refers to the uniform heightening operation.

And, the polishing step (Polishing Step) is a step of giving gloss to the knitted fabric.

The first water-repellent impregnation step and the second water-repellent impregnation step carried out during such a treatment process are steps in which the water repellent solution is permeated by immersing the knitted fabric including pile yarn in the water repellent solution. 15-18% by weight of polymer (Perfluoroalkyl ethylacrylate copolymer), 10-12% by weight of Acrylicacid Copolymer, Polyoxyethylene glycol alkyl ether (CAS NO. 78330-21-9) 1-3 % by weight, dipropylene glycol methyl ether (DiPropylene Glycol Methyl Ether, CAS NO. 34590-94-8) 1-3% by weight and the remainder of water.

At this time, the perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate copolymer is added to enhance water repellency, and the acrylic acid copolymer is added to enhance fixing power (adhesion power).

And, polyoxyethylene glycol alkyl ether is added to modify the surface of the knitted fabric to maximize the adhesion of the water repellent solution.

In addition, dipropylene glycol methyl ether has excellent degreasing power and is added to induce the water-repellent solution to penetrate sufficiently deep into the weaving part of the pile yarn.

In addition to this, in the present invention, a waterproofing liquid spraying step of spraying a waterproofing solution to a pile yarn after curing before washing with water after the dyeing step may be further performed.

The waterproof liquid spraying step is to spray the waterproof liquid on the pile yarn so that the pile yarn has a moisture-proof function.

At this time, if bangsuaek is configured to also equipped with antistatic properties and the file use flexibility further good, To this end, the bangsuaek is LiPF 6 10% by weight, 15% by weight of liquid silicone, isopropyl ether 10% by weight, 2-acrylamido-amino- 2-methylpropanesulfonic acid 10% by weight, hydroxyproline 10% by weight, and the rest is composed of NMP (N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone).

Here, LiPF 6 is added to suppress the generation of static electricity due to antistatic properties, and liquid silicone is an eco-friendly material that enhances water resistance and waterproofness while increasing flexural strength.

And, isopropyl ether (Iso-PropylEther) induces antifouling properties by increasing the slip property of the pile yarn surface through a crosslinking function.

In addition, 2-acrylamino-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid (2-Acrylamino-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid) is added to suppress the deformation of the weft by increasing the fixing force of the liquid silicone as an emulsifier to prevent separation.

In addition, hydroxyproline is added as a Reineke salt in the hydrolyzate of gelatin to further enhance the surface flexibility of the pile yarn.

뿐만 아니라, NMP(N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone)는 용매이다.In addition, N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) is a solvent.

On the other hand, in the present invention, 50 parts by weight of the following water repellent treatment agent may be further added to 100 parts by weight of the water repellent solution in order to further strengthen the water repellent properties.

The water repellent treatment agent according to the present invention is 100 g of carboxylic acid, 15 g of oleamide, 50 g of trimethylamine, 10 g of glycol-2-ethylhexanol, 20 g of anhydrous dichloromethane based on 1 liter of water. After stirring at 50° C. for 30 minutes, 55 g of diphenylphosphoryl azide was slowly added thereto, stirred for 15 minutes, and then 250 g of a water-soluble polyurethane resin was added.

Here, mixing of carboxylic acid, oleamide, trimethylamine, glycol-2-ethylhexanol and anhydrous dichloromethane enhances water repellency and tackiness by enhancing the contact angle and water resistance to water, in particular.

In particular, oleamide enhances slip property and improves uniform dispersibility, and glycol-2-ethylhexanol suppresses foaming and improves treatment efficiency.

In addition, carboxylic acid and trimethylamine enhance the surface microstructure and hydrophobicity with low surface energy.

In addition, anhydrous dichloromethane and diphenylphosphoryl azide are mixed with the polyurethane resin to increase the water pressure resistance.

In order to check the waterproofness and water repellency of the artificial fur sample having such treatment characteristics, 100 ml of water was evenly sprayed on the top of the pile yarn, and then it was checked whether the pile yarn was wet.

As a result of checking, water droplets were formed only on the surface, and it was not wet at all.

Through this, it was confirmed that there is water repellency and waterproofness.

In addition, to check the antistatic properties, after rubbing the pile yarn dozens of times, it was measured and confirmed whether there was an antistatic effect using a resistance tester according to the standard of JIS T8 103.

As a result of the measurement, it was confirmed to be 0.19×10 7 Ω, which was much smaller than the standard 1.0×10 7 Ω, and thus it was confirmed that there was a very good antistatic property.
