The adhesive constituting the joint portion is not particularly limited as long as it can adhere more strongly than the adhesive portion for fixing underwear, and for example, a thermoplastic resin adhesive, a thermosetting resin adhesive, or a synthetic rubber adhesive may be used. The adhesive constituting the bonding portion has a stronger adhesive force than the pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion for fixing the undergarment, but unlike the pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion for fixing the undergarment, once peeled off, it is difficult to adhere again.

The release sheet is a sheet used to cover and protect the adhesive portion for fixing undergarments, and at least one surface of the release sheet has a property of being easily peelable even after bonding to the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion for fixing undergarments. Specific examples of the release sheet include those subjected to release processing by applying a solvent-type, non-solvent-type or emulsion-type silicone resin or the like to a base sheet such as paper or a plastic sheet.

The packaging sheet is not particularly limited as long as it can wrap an absorbent article, and examples thereof include a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, paper, a plastic film, and the like, and among them, a nonwoven fabric is preferably used.

The absorbent article according to the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is attached to the crotch portion of an undergarment, and for example, a sanitary napkin, a panty liner, and an incontinence pad. In addition, although the absorbent article shown in the figure does not have a wing|blade, the absorbent article which concerns on this invention may have a wing|blade, and may have a bottom flap. Moreover, the absorbent article which concerns on this invention may have a side sheet, and may have a leak prevention gather.

Next, the manufacturing method of the individual package of this invention is demonstrated. However, the manufacturing method of the individual package of this invention is not limited to what is shown below.

First, the tissue is unwound from the tissue fabric roll 21 , the crushed pulp and the superabsorbent polymer are laminated on the tissue by the pattern drum 22 , and wrapped with the tissue by the sailor 23 to form an absorbent body. The absorber is formed to a predetermined thickness by an absorber embossing roll (24), and is cut to a predetermined size and shape by an absorber cutter (25).

Separately, the topsheet is unwound from the topsheet fabric roll 26, the topsheet is coated with a hot melt adhesive by a coater 27, and the topsheet coated with the hotmelt adhesive is joined to the main line and joined to the absorber. .

In the absorber to which the topsheet is joined, a compression groove of a predetermined shape is formed on the topsheet side by the hinge seal 28 .

Separately, the back sheet is unwound from the back sheet fabric roll 29, a hot melt adhesive is applied to the back sheet by the coater 30, and the hot melt adhesive coated back sheet joins the main line, and the back side of the absorber is bonded to

Separately, the release sheet is unwound from the release sheet fabric roll 32 , and the adhesive for forming the adhesive portion for fixing the underwear is coated on the surface on which the release sheet has been peeled by the coater 33 in a predetermined pattern. After the adhesive-coated release sheet is cut to a predetermined length by the cutter 34, it joins the main line and is joined to the back sheet side of the laminate. At this time, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is transferred to the back sheet surface.

The laminate to which the release sheet was bonded is cut into an absorbent article shape by the end cutter 35 to form an absorbent article. The formed absorbent article is conveyed to a packaging process.

The formed absorbent article 41 is rotated 90 degrees.

Separately, the packaging sheet 43 is coated with an adhesive 44 for forming a bonding portion and an adhesive 45 for forming a second bonding portion, on which the absorbent article 42 rotated by 90 degrees is joined and overlapped, and the packaging sheet ( 43) and the release sheet 46 are bonded via adhesives 44 and 45, so that a bonding portion 47 and a second bonding portion 48 are formed.

The absorbent article 42 is folded together with the packaging sheet 43 from the rear end side of the absorbent article to the surface side of the absorbent article (49 in Fig. 8). Then, it is folded from the front end side of the absorbent article to the surface side of the absorbent article, and is folded into three (50 in Fig. 8). A lead tape 51 is bonded to the opening opening, and both sides of the individual package body are sealed with heat seals 52 and cut to form a finished product of the individual package body 53 .

The individual package of the absorbent article of the present invention can be suitably used as an individual package such as a sanitary napkin, a panty liner, and an incontinence pad.
