Abstract
The mist shower device for sterilization and disinfection capable of controlling the spray state according to the present invention generates a sterilizing mist using electrolysis, and sterilizes it by spraying it on a person to be quarantined by making the sterilizing mist into a sterilizing mist. Since sterilizing water is generated using electrolysis, it is not necessary to supply sterilized water in individual containers, so it is economical and convenient, and maintenance is simple. In particular, the spray state control unit provided in the mist outlet can simply adjust the mist discharge state. In addition to the straightness of the mist, it is possible to efficiently perform sterilization and disinfection according to various situations by comprehensively controlling the spray state such as spray direction, thickness, and spreadability.
Description
The present invention relates to a mist shower device for sterilization and disinfection capable of controlling the spray state, and more particularly, it is installed in a place where a large number of people enter and exit, and sprays a sterilizing mist to a person passing through the inside, It can remove various viruses and bacteria.
Recently, as the Corona-19 virus spreads around the world, it has a great impact on daily life, and effective quarantine measures for a large number of people who enter and exit a specific place in daily life are more urgent than anything else.
Unlike the livestock epidemic, COVID-19 spreads from person to person throughout the region, so it is necessary to prevent entry and exit from most places where people come and go.
In this regard, the conventional disinfection room that is installed in a limited place such as a livestock barn and performs whole-body disinfection and sterilization for visitors is not easy to install and is cumbersome to use, so it is difficult to efficiently use it in many places.
In addition, since a large number of visitors cannot wear protective clothing individually, sterilization and disinfection must be performed while wearing everyday clothes. In this process, depending on the composition or condition of the material used for sterilization, it may be harmful to the human body. There should not be any side effects such as harming or contaminating clothes.
Regarding the sterilization and disinfection device for visitors, the 'outdoor walking-through sterilizer' of Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2191093 is installed outdoors and forms an atmosphere of disinfectant water as a person passes through it, thereby sterilizing the entire body of a passer by virus. make it possible
However, most of the conventional sterilization and disinfection apparatuses such as Patent Registration No. 10-2191093 use sterilization water that is separately manufactured and distributed in individual containers.
For example, since the disinfection water used in Patent Registration No. 10-2191093 is distributed while being stored in the disinfection water storage unit (canister), the contents must be periodically refilled or the entire barrel must be refilled before use.
In this way, when the disinfection water distributed in individual containers is used, the supply and management of disinfection water is very inconvenient. It takes a lot of time and manpower to periodically supply sterilization water to sterilization devices installed in multiple places, and inevitably it is costly.
With respect to the technology for generating sterile water that can be used for sterilization, an electrolysis method may be used.
For example, Republic of Korea Patent Registration No. 10-2161372 discloses a 'portable beauty hydrogen sterilizing water mist device' that generates sterilizing water by discharging raw water underwater and discharging it to the outside in the form of mist.
However, as in Patent Registration No. 10-2161372, the conventional technology of generating sterilizing water using electrolysis is mainly used for generating small-scale sterilization water such as for cosmetic purposes, and sterilizing a large amount of sterilization such as prevention of a large number of people It is not actively used in fields that require numbers.
Since the electrolysis method can conveniently and economically supply sterilizing water, it is necessary to properly utilize it according to the situation in which quarantine is performed in daily life due to the pandemic of COVID-19.
On the other hand, a mist shower device that performs sterilization and disinfection by spraying mist to a target for quarantine in a specific area needs to spray the mist in an optimal state to the person to be quarantined according to various situations.
The straightness of the mist can be strengthened to increase the mist spraying efficiency, but if only the straightness is strengthened, the spread of the mist will be weakened, and the mist may not be able to sufficiently contact the body of the person to be quarantined.
If the mist is not sprayed properly and evenly, the sterilization and disinfection power does not reach the entire body of the person to be quarantined, and the prevention effect may be reduced.
Accordingly, the present invention has been devised to meet the above needs, and it is possible to conveniently and economically supply sterilizing water using electrolysis, and to simply control the spray state such as the direction, thickness, and spreadability of the mist. A mist shower device for sterilization and disinfection capable of controlling a spray state according to the present invention sprays a mist with sterilization power to perform sterilization and disinfection on a person subject to quarantine.
Since sterilizing water is generated using electrolysis, it is not necessary to supply sterilized water in individual containers, so it is economical and convenient, and maintenance is simple.
In particular, according to the rising/falling of the spray state control unit, the mutual arrangement relationship with both sides forming the mist outlet is changed, and the direction in which the mist is discharged, thickness, spreadability, etc. may be variously changed.

As another example, the
When configured as in the former example, since the
2 shows an example of the

In FIG. 1, six

The
The
The mist discharge passage may be configured in various ways as needed. For example, if the mist is configured to be sprayed from the top of the person's head toward the floor, the mist outlet (H1), which is the end of the mist discharge passage, may be configured to face the ground.
The mist outlet (H1) through which the mist flowing along the mist discharge passage is discharged to the outside may be configured in various shapes and sizes.
For example, if the mist is sprayed from the top of the person's head to the floor along the tunnel-shaped path, the mist outlet (H1) has a constant width and may be formed as a long hole.
The
As an embodiment for the efficient discharge of the mist, the wind applied from the
The
As shown in the illustrated example, if the
The wind generated by the
When the wind direction in the water tank is processed in this way, the
The mist communication port 141 through which the mist generated in the
A method for applying wind by biasing the
As another example in which the
4 is an embodiment in which the flow of air is discharged together on both sides of the mist, respectively adjacent to both sides of the mist discharged from the
The
As in this embodiment, if the mist is configured to be sprayed with the air flow on both sides, the straightness of the mist can be improved, flexible pressure control is possible, and sterilization can be performed more evenly and efficiently.
The flow of the mist discharged through the mist outlet (H1), and the flow of each air discharged through the first air outlet (H2) and the second air outlet (H3) are configured to be discharged to the outside through the
5 and 6 show a specific implementation example of an embodiment in which the flow of air is discharged together on both sides of the mist, FIG. 5 is a perspective view viewed from below, and FIG. 6 is an example viewed from above. In order to show the inside of the water tank, the upper cover and the
A plurality of fans on both sides of the upper end along the longitudinal direction constitute the
The water tank is divided into several sections by a

Referring to FIG. 7 , the
To this end, the
7 is only to help the understanding of the description, and the space in the form of a tunnel is not limited thereto and may be configured in various ways.
In the embodiment in which the tunnel-shaped
And, the mist outlet (H1) through which the mist is discharged is formed long along the longitudinal direction through which the person to be quarantined passes on the lower surface of the upper housing 100-1, and may be configured to spray the mist from top to bottom.
Considering the nature of the mist made of sterilizing water into fine particles, it is preferable to spray the mist from the ceiling toward the floor rather than spraying it from the side of the space in the tunnel to increase the sterilization effect.
On the other hand, the spray
The spray
Then, according to the current position of the spraying
Referring to FIG. 8 , when the spray
If the spray
That is, the direction, thickness, spreadability, etc. of the mist finally discharged to the outside may be adjusted according to the position of the spray
In order to form such a mist discharge path, both sides 131-5 forming the mist discharge port H1, and the spray
9 shows an embodiment of the spray
Since the spray control bar 160-1 controls the mist discharged through the mist outlet H1, it is related to the shape of the mist outlet H1.
If the mist outlet (H1) is formed to be elongated along the tunnel-type path, the spray control bar (160-1) may also be formed to be elongated along the center of the mist outlet (H1).
The shape of the spray control bar 160-1 may be configured in various ways in order to appropriately control the spray state of the mist. As a specific example, the spray control bar 160-1 may be configured in a form having an
Then, it is possible to adjust the state in which the mist flows while minimizing the resistance to the mist flowing toward the mist outlet (H1).
That is, the mist exiting the mist outlet (H1) due to the
The mounting plate 160-2 allows the spray
Two or
An example in which
Since a plurality of each
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is only one example, and the structure for supporting and raising/lowering the spray
Referring back to FIG. 8 , the condensed water collection grooves 131-3 and 160-3 are condensed at the end of the
That is, even if the mist is formed of very fine particles, the mist may be condensed and water droplets may be formed in the portion of the
Therefore, when the condensed water collecting grooves 131-3 and 160-3 are formed at the ends of the
The water flowing down to the condensate collecting grooves 131-3 and 160-3 may be treated in various ways, such as drying it as it is, discharging it through another path, or treating it to return to the inside of the water tank.
