Description
The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment method, and more particularly, to a wastewater treatment method using microbubbles that can improve work efficiency by supplying but mixing microbubbles and raw water, flotation and separation of microparticles, and discharging them separately. it's about
In general, wastewater treatment refers to the removal of foreign substances present in the dissolved and particulate state in raw water, and by solidifying the foreign substances by various methods such as chemicals and microorganisms and separating the solidified foreign substances using a physical method, the treated water and It refers to the process of separating into sludge.
As a method of this wastewater treatment process, a pressure flotation method is used to improve the disadvantages of the precipitation method used previously.
The principle of this pressurized flotation is that air is dissolved in raw water at atmospheric pressure and exists as dissolved oxygen. When raw water is put into a container and air is injected while the pressure is raised, the air is dissolved more than atmospheric pressure, and molecules are not dissolved. It exists in the original water as a state.
In this state, when the pressure is lowered to atmospheric pressure, the air that was in the molecular state in the water is released back into the atmosphere.
When pressurized water is supplied to the raw water using this, the fine air of the pressurized water and the coagulated sludge coagulate, and the sludge has buoyancy, so that it floats on the water, and the floating sludge is removed.
Looking at the conventional pressurized flotation tank, as disclosed in Patent Registration No. 10-0797197, microbubbles are generated in wastewater (raw water) by air injection to activate the separation of floating foreign substances, and the floating sludge is scraped by a scraping device. will be ejected
However, when air bubbles are generated by simply spraying air, there is a problem in that it is difficult to generate microbubbles and thus the efficiency is lowered, which leads to a decrease in the overall separation efficiency.
Accordingly, there is an urgent need to develop a technology capable of effectively separating fine particles from raw water by uniformly and effectively generating and supplying microbubbles.
