상기 식별 정보에 따라 팩스를 전송하는 팩스 전송 머신;
상기 식별 정보에 따라 이메일을 전송하는 이메일 전송 머신 및
상기 식별 정보에 따라 임의의 데이터를 저장하는 데이터 저장 머신을 포함하고,
상기 연락처 정보는, 수신인, 전화 번호, 팩스 번호, 이메일 주소 및 데이터 저장 머신 주소를 포함하며,
상기 식별자는, 상기 수신인에 따라 생성되는 고유 식별자 및 상기 연락처 정보의 항목에 따라 생성되는 항목 식별자 중 어느 하나이고,
