Description
The present invention relates to an automatic sliding door system, and more particularly, to an automatic sliding door system in which a wire tension capable of maintaining a taut state of the wire is maintained even if the wire used in the automatic sliding door is increased.
In recent years, thanks to the development of interior technology, sliding doors are often installed in the interior of apartments or houses, and in particular, automatic sliding doors that automatically open and close the sliding doors are also increasing.
However, in the case of a conventionally installed automatic sliding door indoors, since a motor, a pulley connected to the motor, and a belt surrounding the pulley are used as the power source, there is a limit to miniaturization due to the predetermined width and thickness of the belt. There was a problem in that the rail installed on the upper side was thickened, and the aesthetics was deteriorated due to this.
In order to solve this problem, techniques for miniaturization by using a thin wire instead of a belt have been proposed. However, when the wire is used for a long time, the wire is stretched and the tension is not maintained, so there is a problem that the operation stability of the sliding door is lowered. .
The present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the prior art, and provides an automatic sliding door system that maintains wire tension that can secure the operation stability of the sliding door by maintaining the wire in a taut state even if the wire is stretched. but it has a purpose.
An automatic sliding door system in which wire tension is maintained according to the present invention for solving the above problems includes: a motor installed inside a rail; a driving pulley unit including a driving pulley rotating by receiving rotational force from the motor; a driven pulley unit including a driven pulley disposed to be spaced apart from the driving pulley by a predetermined distance; a wire rotating around the driving pulley and the driven pulley and having one side fixed to the sliding door; It is configured to include; a wire tension retainer for holding the tension of the wire constant by pulling the driven pulley to the opposite side of the driving pulley.
Here, the driven pulley unit includes a sliding bracket slidably disposed inside the rail; a driven pulley disposed on the upper surface of the sliding bracket; and a central pin passing through the center of the driven pulley and fastened to the sliding bracket so that the driven pulley rotates on the sliding bracket.
In addition, the wire tension retainer includes a fixing bracket fixed to the rail; a coupling bolt coupled to an end of the sliding bracket after passing through the fixing bracket; A spring that surrounds the outer surface of the coupling bolt between the fixing bracket and the coupling bolt and pulls the driven pulley to the opposite side of the driving pulley by pushing the head of the coupling bolt to the opposite side of the driven pulley.
In addition, at least one of the driving pulley and the driven pulley is made of a synthetic resin material.
In addition, a wire insertion groove is formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the driving pulley and the driven pulley.
In addition, a sensor for detecting the contact of the sliding door is installed in front of the driving pulley unit, and a controller for operating the motor by receiving a contact signal from the sensor is installed behind the motor.
In the automatic sliding door system in which the wire tension of the present invention is maintained, configured as described above, even if the wire is stretched, the wire is always kept in a taut state by the wire tension retainer, so the wire rotates when the motor rotates and the drive pulley rotates. There is an advantage in that it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the operational stability of the sliding door, such as the sliding door does not move because it does not move.
In addition, since at least one of the driving pulley and the driven pulley is made of a synthetic resin material, there is an advantage in that noise generated during operation of the sliding door can be reduced.
In addition, since the structure of the wire tension retainer is simple, there is an advantage that it can be easily applied to a conventional automatic sliding door.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of an automatic sliding door system maintaining wire tension according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 and 2 are views showing an automatic sliding door system in which wire tension is maintained according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a view showing a wire of the automatic sliding door system in which wire tension is maintained according to the present invention is connected to the sliding door 4 and 5 are views showing the driven pulley unit and the wire tension retainer of the automatic sliding door system in which the wire tension is maintained according to the present invention.
The automatic sliding door system in which wire tension is maintained according to the present invention includes a rail (10), a motor (20) installed inside the rail (10), and a driving pulley unit (30) installed inside the rail (10) And, a driven
The
In more detail, the
The
The
Meanwhile, the
The driven
The driven
The
The driven
The
Meanwhile, at least one of the driving
The
In other words, the
The
In more detail, it is composed of a
The fixing bracket (61) is installed directly behind the sliding bracket (41) in a state spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance. Similar to the
In addition, the fixing
The
The
As a result, since the elastic force of the
