상기 외장하우징의 하부에 설치되는 지지패널과;
상기 지지패널 하부에 결합되는 바닥지지부재를 포함하며,
상기 지지패널과 바닥지지부재 사이에는 탄성부재가 배치되되,
상기 탄성부재는 상기 지지패널에 접촉되는 상부보강부재와;
상기 상부보강부재 하부에 배치되는 하부보강부재와;
상기 상부보강부재와 하부보강부재 사이에 배치되는 중간탄성부재를 포함하며,
상기 중간탄성부재는 발포성 합성수지재를 압축하여 형성되되, 난연제가 혼합되어 형성되고,
상기 바닥지지부재는 "ㄷ" 형상 측단면을 갖도록 형성되며,
상기 상부보강부재와 하부보강부재 및 중간탄성부재에서 서로 접촉되는 표면에는 격자 형태의 요철부가 형성되고,
상기 상부보강부재와 하부보강부재는 난연제가 혼합된 열경화성 합성수지재로 형성되며,
