Abstract

If the transferor finally agrees to the transfer of the vehicle (YES direction), the procedure moves to step S150. On the other hand, if the transferor does not agree to the transfer of the vehicle (direction NO), all transfer and transfer procedures of the vehicle are terminated.
In the above, the procedure for determining whether to proceed with the transfer and registration has been exemplarily described. However, this procedure can also be carried out in a way that only asks the assignee. That is, it will be well understood that the progress of step S145 may be omitted. In addition, it will be well understood that the described procedure is merely exemplary, and the determination of whether to proceed with transfer and registration is not limited to the above description.
6 is a flowchart illustrating step S160 of FIG. 3 in more detail. Referring to FIG. 6 , the transfer management server 120 pays the transfer cost according to the payment method selected by the transferee.
In step S161, the transfer management server 120 requests the transferee to select a payment method for processing the cost required for the transfer and registration of the vehicle. The transferee will select a desired payment method and notify the transfer management server 120 . At least one of account transfer, credit card, and various online payment methods may be selected as the payment method. For example, the transferee may pay for the transfer through wire transfer or credit card payment.
In step S163, the previous management server 120 may sequentially guide the payment procedure using the payment method selected by the transferee. When a credit card is selected as a payment method, the transfer management server 120 may guide the transferee's user terminal to proceed with payment using a payment app provided by the credit card company.
In step S165, the previous management server 120 monitors whether payment of the cost by the transferee is completed. When the previous management server 120 receives a message of completion of deposit to the designated account by the transferee or completion of card payment (YES direction), the procedure moves to step S165. On the other hand, if there is no payment completion message from the assignee (direction NO), the procedure may return to step S163 to retransmit a guide by the selected payment method to the assignee.
In the above, the payment procedure for the transfer fee has been briefly described. However, it will be well understood that the payment procedure for the previous cost may be variously changed according to the payment method.
7 is a flowchart exemplarily illustrating step S190 of FIG. 3 . Referring to FIG. 7 , the transfer management server 120 may register with the electronic document authentication authority 170 (refer to FIG. 1 ) and receive a distribution certificate.
In step S191 , the previous management server 120 transmits the transfer certificate to the electronic document certification authority 170 . The electronic document certification authority 170 is an organization that provides storage and certification services related to electronic documents designated by the government, and may be, for example, an authorized electronic document center. The transfer management server 120 registers the transfer certificate with the electronic document authentication authority 170 and issues a distribution certificate that legally authenticates that the distribution of the vehicle is normally executed. The issued distribution certificate will be transferred to the previous management server 120 .
In step S193, the transfer management server 120 attaches a distribution certificate (or transfer certificate), a payment receipt, and personal information of the transferor and the transferee to understand the transfer and registration procedure of the vehicle prepaid by the transfer management server 120 may be requested to proceed. If the vehicle transfer and registration procedure can be automatically performed online, it will be well understood that the transfer management server 120 may directly perform the vehicle transfer and registration procedure.
The above are specific embodiments for carrying out the present invention. In addition to the above-described embodiments, the present invention will include simple design changes or easily changeable embodiments. In addition, the present invention will include techniques that can be easily modified and implemented using the embodiments. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the above-described embodiments, and should be defined by the claims and equivalents of the claims of the present invention as well as the claims to be described later.

Claims (5)

A method of transferring ownership of a vehicle using a transfer management server online:
receiving, by the previous management server, vehicle information of the vehicle and personal information of a customer;
calculating transfer and registration costs of the vehicle by accessing a public institution server and a bond unit price and purchase rate management server using the vehicle information and the personal information;
providing the calculated transfer and registration costs to a user terminal of the customer;
paying the transfer and registration fees online;
generating a transfer certificate for the vehicle when payment of the transfer and registration fees is completed;
transmitting the transfer certificate to an authorized electronic document certification authority and requesting storage;
requesting the authorized electronic document certification authority to issue a distribution certificate for the vehicle based on the transfer certificate; and
attaching the certificate of transfer or the certificate of distribution instructing a transfer authority to process the transfer and registration of the vehicle;

The public institution server includes a vehicle information database, a vehicle price database, a transferee information database, a transferor information database, a sales status database, and a local government bond management database,
