The system of claim 1, further comprising a display pushing module in signal communication with the transceiver module and the resource docking module, for acquiring and matching the order requirement of the buyer and the user data of the seller merchant, and pushing the matched information of the seller merchant to the buyer terminal.
4. The system of claim 3, further comprising a communication module for establishing a communication channel with the seller merchant selected by the buyer according to the communication requirement sent by the buyer terminal.
5. The all-media advertisement placement transaction system according to claim 1, wherein the electronic placement sheet includes buyer identification information, buyer order requirements, seller identification information, seller merchant information, transaction content and transaction benefit distribution.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein after the payment module establishes a payment channel with the payment authority, the payment authority opens a fund transparent channel to the buyer terminal and the seller terminal, and the seller and the buyer track the fund going through the fund transparent channel.
7. A full media advertisement placement transaction method, comprising:
step S1: acquiring a merchant parking request sent by a seller terminal, and establishing a data docking channel with the seller terminal according to the merchant parking request;
step S2: receiving an order demand and a transaction demand sent by a buyer terminal, establishing a transaction relation with a seller according to the transaction demand, generating an electronic delivery sheet according to the order demand and sending the electronic delivery sheet to a corresponding seller terminal; wherein the order requirements include placement data;
step S3: informing the seller terminal to check the electronic delivery bill after receiving the electronic delivery bill, and executing the step S4 after the check is passed;
step S4: detecting whether a buyer terminal pays and deposits the deposit funds to a third-party payment mechanism within a set time, if so, pushing the deposit data to a seller terminal through a data butt-joint channel, informing the seller terminal to start a deposit process according to the deposit data, and informing the third-party payment mechanism to transfer the deposit funds to the seller terminal after the deposit process is finished; if not, the transaction process is terminated.
8. The full-media advertisement delivery transaction method according to claim 7, wherein in step S1, after establishing the data docking channel with the seller terminal, the user data of the seller merchant is obtained, the user data of the seller merchant is paired with the order requirement of the buyer, and information of the seller merchant paired with the seller merchant is pushed to the buyer terminal.
9. The full-media advertisement delivery transaction method according to claim 8, wherein after acquiring the merchant parking request sent by the seller terminal in step S1, the seller identity information and the seller merchant information are verified, and if the verification is successful, a corresponding merchant electronic seal is generated for the seller terminal; and the merchant electronic seal is added into the electronic release bill after the seller verifies and confirms that the electronic release bill is correct.
10. An electronic device, comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the full media advertisement delivery transaction method according to any one of claims 7 to 9.
