상기 활성화신호부로부터 인가되는 웨이크업신호에 의해 리셋되어 활성화상태로 전환되고, 상기 센서부로부터 까치감지신호가 입력되면 11~12KHz의 주파수 대역의 초음파를 10분동안 출력하되 전반 5분동안은 연속적인 초음파출력을 수행하고 후반 5분동안은 5초간격으로 단속적인 초음파출력을 수행하는 1단계 초음파출력;
