폴리에틸렌(PE) 수지와 폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지의 혼합으로 형성되는 기재 필름(110)과,
상기 기재 필름(110)의 일면에 코팅되는 탄성층(120)과,
상기 탄성층(120)에 점착제에 의해서 코팅되는 제1 점착층(131)과,
상기 기재 필름(110)의 타면에 점착제에 의해서 코팅되는 제2 점착층(132)을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 탄성층(120)은,
폴리우레탄 수지를 주원료로 하는 폴리우레탄 조액을 기재 필름의 일면에 도포하고 경화하여서 코팅한 후에, 숙성하여서 형성되며,
상기 탄성층(120)은, 폴리우레탄 수지, 유기용제를 혼합한 폴리우레탄 조액을 기재 필름의 일면에 도포하고 경화하여서 코팅한 후에 온도 조건 60±1 ℃, 습도 조건 55±2 % 숙성실에서 24 시간 보관하여서 숙성하여서 형성되며,
상기 유기용제로서는 톨루엔(Toluene) 또는 MEK(Methyl Ethyl Ketone)를 사용하며,
상기 폴리우레탄 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 유기용제 1 ~ 50 중량부의 중량비로 혼합되며,
상기 기재 필름(110)의 두께는 0.01 mm이고, 탄성층(120)의 두께는 0.001 ~ 0.1 mm이며,
