Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a planar heating element, and more specifically, it induces heat generation by electric force using a fabric impregnated with carbon particles. It relates to a planar heating element and a method of manufacturing the same.
Planar heating element refers to a heating element in which the heating part has a cotton shape. Conventionally, a method of installing the heating wire in a zigzag form inside the mat was used. According to this, heating is performed from the point where the electric heating wire passes, and there is a disadvantage in that there is a lot of power consumption and a high risk of fire. Various types of planar heating elements have been proposed for the problem of such heating wires. As part of that, the'manufacturing method of fabric-type planar heating element' according to Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0974272 was proposed. This prior art thus uses a carbon-impregnated fabric as a heating element instead of a heating wire.
The present invention complements the problem of the planar heating element provided through the technology of Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0974272. The problem recognized by the present inventor is that an induced current is generated during use. Since this induced current causes inconvenience to the user, various measures have been taken to prevent this. However, measures to prevent induced current have to go through a cumbersome process, causing a problem of increasing the price of the planar heating element.
An object of the present invention with respect to the above problem is to provide a method for removing the induced current generated in the planar heating element. The
The
The
For details of the
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the
