The present invention relates to an adhesive composition used in the manufacture of automotive interior materials, and if this is described in more detail, it is used for laminating interior materials such as an automobile sheet or a ceiling cover of an automobile interior. The present invention relates to an adhesive composition of an automobile interior material, which is excellent and has good flexibility, so as not to affect the texture change of the fabric after lamination bonding, and a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus for the interior material using the same.

In general, interior materials such as automobile sheets coated on seats in automobiles or automobile covers coated on indoor ceilings are bonded by heat-sealing a skin fabric made of leather or synthetic resin and a cushion fabric made of polyurethane or polyethylene on the inside. Or, as published in Korean Patent Application Publication No. 93950 2005 (published on September 26, 2005) as a conventional automobile interior material, it is manufactured by being laminated with a hot melt adhesive, etc., for automobile ceilings, door trims, and seats. In the interior materials such as, etc., and the manufacturing method thereof, the nonwoven cushion material for automobile interior materials is a technology that is attached to the back side of the interior material by replacing polyurethane foam (PU-Foam) and polyethylene foam (PE-Foam) previously used. Instead of polyurethane foam and polyethylene foam as cushioning materials, different fibers are supplied in the form of a web to form two different fiber layers, and a technology has been developed to bond these two fiber layers together with the skin material and hot melt. However, it has a problem that the cushioning power is not good than that of the existing polyurethane foam or polyethylene foam, so most of the present cases are using polyurethane foam as a cushioning material for automobile interior materials.

When bonding the skin fabric and the cushion fabric in such automobile interior materials, a hot melt resin film is used as published in Korean Utility Model Publication No. 64175 (published on November 25, 1998), or Public Patent No. 50104, 2018. As published in (Publication on May 14, 2018), a technology using polyester-based adhesive powder has been developed, but as published in Registration Patent No. 18 55924 (announced on May 9, 2018). The adhesive is applied to adhere polyurethane foam to the skin fabric, and solvent-type hot melt adhesives or water-based adhesives are used as adhesives, and web hot melts containing a web (WEB) in the hot melt film are mainly used. There is a situation.

When the skin fabric and the cushion fabric are directly melt-bonded by thermal fusion during the manufacture of the automobile interior material, dust and harmful substances are generated, the texture of the fabric to be bonded is changed, the thickness is not constant, and the material loss and flame retardancy of the fabric are reduced, etc. There were a number of problems, and most of them were adhered by the hot melt adhesive method, but in the case of the solvent-type hot melt in the hot melt adhesive, environmental problems arise due to the volatilization of the organic solvent, and the amount of adhesive applied was not uniform. There was a problem of poor quality uniformity due to the work process, and in the case of water-based adhesives, when drying by heat after coating the adhesive, the cost is due to environmental problems due to volatilization of residual solvents and additives, as well as a long drying time depending on the temperature at which the adhesive is dried. While having problems of increase and decrease in productivity, it has a problem of low adhesion due to low adhesion and permeability to the cushion fabric because it is water-based. In the case of web hot melt, it is heat-sealed after temporary adhesion to one side of the fabric. In addition to the problem of increasing the unit price as this decreases, fabrics such as leather are damaged by high-temperature work, and expensive web hot-melt adhesives are imported. It had a number of problems, such as changing the texture.

According to a specific means for solving the above-described problems, the adhesive composition of the automobile interior material and the manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus of the interior material using the same according to the present invention are melt-extruded through an extruder of the adhesive granules made of small particles (granules), the skin fabric or As to be evenly applied to the cushion fabric, the adhesive composition of the present invention is an eco-friendly thermoplastic resin in which a viscosity modifier, a softening modifier, an adhesion modifier, and an additive are mixed in a main base produced using fatty acids. It is used for bonding the inner cushion fabric and is environmentally harmless to the human body when used as an interior material of a car, and has the effect of providing beneficial effects to the human body, such as not causing headaches due to the smell of the adhesive inside the car.

In addition, in the case of conventional aqueous hot melt adhesives or solvent-type hot melt adhesives, it is difficult to evenly apply the adhesive to the cushion fabric through the application roller because it is in a liquid state. In order to solve this problem, a web-type hot-melt adhesive or a film-type hot-melt adhesive was developed, but this requires temporary bonding to the skin or cushion fabric and then re-adhesive, resulting in increased volume of the device and cumbersome bonding process. However, according to the manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus of the interior material using the adhesive composition of the present invention, the adhesive granules are supplied to the coating roller by having a certain viscosity through an extruder, and the adhesive is supplied to the surface of the coating roller at a predetermined thickness. When the adhesive is applied by the application roller, the cushion fabric is pressed by the lower pressing roller, and the adhesive is evenly and sufficiently applied to the cushion fabric so that adhesion failure can be minimized when the skin fabric is later bonded to the cushion fabric. Etc. to provide a number of effects.

In addition, the adhesive composition of the present invention is excellent in adhesion and has good flexibility, so it does not affect the change in the texture of the fabric after lamination adhesion, and the process is significantly reduced when manufacturing automobile interior materials using the adhesive composition of the present invention, thereby reducing adhesion failure. It is intended to provide an adhesive composition of an automobile interior material that can be bonded by using the same, and a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus for the interior material using the same, which will be described in more detail with the drawings below, but the accompanying drawings are the technical idea of the present invention. The content and scope of are not limited thereto, and the terms used are also intended to specifically describe the embodiments and should not be construed to be limited to the corresponding terms.

The adhesive composition of the automobile interior material of the present invention is a mixture of a viscosity control agent, a softening control agent, an adhesion control agent, and an additive in a main base.

The main base is made of dimer acid prepared using fatty acids as the main raw material, and this dimer acid is a secondary product using fatty acids and is used as a major raw material for special paints, adhesives, lubricants, and epoxy resins, Compared to fatty acids, it has better reactivity and viscosity, and fatty acids are produced with glycerin when edible oil is physicochemically decomposed, and it is easy to react in structure and is widely used industrially using this property.

As the name suggests, the viscosity modifier is a composition that adjusts the viscosity of the entire adhesive composition, and the viscosity is adjusted by the amount of mixing in the main base, and the softening modifier is the softening point (=material) of the entire adhesive composition. As a composition that controls the temperature at which deformation and softening occurs by heating), the softening point is controlled by the amount of mixing in the main base, and the adhesion control agent is a composition that controls the adhesion force of the entire adhesive composition, This is also made so that the adhesion is controlled by the amount of mixing mixed with the main base.

In the adhesive composition of the present invention, additives are further mixed together with a viscosity modifier, a softening modifier, and an adhesion modifier mixed in the main base, and the additive has an additional function of removing bubbles, improving and imparting adhesion to the adhesive composition, and preventing oxidation. It is made to be added to have several.

When explaining the adhesive composition of the present invention in more detail, the main base is provided with 40 to 60% by weight of dimer acid produced by applying heat and pressure to the fatty acid so that the reactivity and viscosity are improved compared to the fatty acid. Tall oil fatty acid (TOFA) (C 19 H 32 O 4 ), which is a member of oleic acid, has a sticky property and adjusts the viscosity when mixed, and consists of 1 to 3% by weight. If the amount of dissipation is less than 1% by weight, there is a possibility of Gell, and if it exceeds 3% by weight, the flowability is excessive, so it is desirable to set the mixing amount to 1 to 3% by weight based on 40 to 60% by weight of dimer acid, which is the main base. Do.

The softening control agent is a white powder, which is adipic acid (C 6 H 10 O 4 ) 3 to 8% by weight, which controls the softening point when mixed, and a small plate or leaf-shaped crystal to control the softening point when mixing. It consists of 8 to 15% by weight of hexamethylenediamine (C 6 H 16 N 2 ), and when adipic acid is less than 3% by weight or more than 8% by weight, the required softening point does not come out, and hexamethylene If diamine is less than 8% by weight, the possibility of unreacted increases, and if it is more than 15% by weight, the required softening point does not come out properly. Therefore, the mixing amount is 3 to 8% by weight and hexamethylene for adipic acid based on 40 to 60% by weight of the main base. Diamine is 8 to 15% by weight.

The adhesion control agent is made of colorless needle-like crystals, which increases adhesion when mixing, piperazine (C 4 H 10 N 2 ) 2 to 7% by weight and polyoxy, which is a member of the polyamine group and is in a liquid state to increase adhesion when mixing. It consists of 20 to 35% by weight of propylenediamine (Polyoxypropylenediamine, Jeffamine® D-2000 of Huntsman Corporation), and when piperazine is less than 2% by weight or more than 7% by weight, the adhesion is significantly lowered, and polyoxypropylenediamine is 20% by weight.
