Abstract
특히, 히터의 국부적인 과열 또는 온도감지수단의 고장 시에도 히터의 과열 여부를 정확히 판단할 수 있으며, 과열 시 전원을 차단함으로써 히터의 손상 및 화재를 방지할 수 있는 차량용 복사열 히터의 안전 제어 방법에 관한 것이다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 복사열 히터를 나타낸 일예.
도 3은 본 발명의 첫 번째 실시예에 따른 복사열 히터의 안전 제어 방법을 나타낸 순서도.
도 4는 복사열 히터의 과열 여부 판단을 위한 히터 온도에 따른 소비전류를 나타낸 그래프.
도 5는 본 발명의 두 번째 실시예에 따른 복사열 히터의 안전 제어 방법을 나타낸 순서도.
도 6은 복사열 히터의 과열 여부 판단을 위한 시간에 따른 히터 온도 및 시간에 따른 소비전류를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (6)
- 차량 내에 설치되어 전압이 인가됨에 따라 복사열 온기를 방사하는 복사열 히터의 과열을 감지하고 복사열 히터로 인가되는 전압을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,
a) 상기 복사열 히터에 전압을 인가하여 상기 복사열 히터가 발열되도록 하는 단계;
b) 상기 복사열 히터에서 소비되는 소비전류를 모니터링하여, 상기 복사열 히터의 과열 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 b)단계에서 과열로 판단된 경우, 상기 복사열 히터로 인가되는 전압을 차단하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 b)단계는,
b-1') 상기 복사열 히터로 인가되는 소비전류 기울기(시간당 소비전류 변화량(ΔA/Δt))를 측정하는 단계;
b-2') 상기 복사열 히터의 발열 온도 기울기(시간당 발열 온도 변화량(ΔT/Δt))를 측정하는 단계; 및
b-3') 상기 소비전류 기울기 및 상기 발열 온도 기울기를 정상 작동 시의 기울기와 비교하여 과열 여부를 판단하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 차량용 복사열 히터의 안전 제어 방법.

상기 소비전류 기울기 및 상기 발열 온도 기울기 측정 시, 측정 시간(Δt)은 0.1초 내지 0.5초인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 복사열 히터의 안전 제어 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 b-3')단계는,
상기 소비전류 기울기 및 발열 온도 기울기가 각각 정상 작동 시의 소비전류 및 온도 기울기의 15 내지 30%를 초과할 경우, 과열로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 복사열 히터의 안전 제어 방법.
