Description
The present invention relates to a dehumidifier, and more particularly, to a dehumidifier capable of preventing foreign substances generated from a heat exchanger from being easily identified in a water container.
In general, a dehumidifier includes a housing, a blower fan, a heat exchanger, a condensate tray and a water container.
Here, the condensed water tray (drip tray) is a member that is disposed below the heat exchanger to temporarily accommodate condensed water (dehumidified water) that is generated and dropped in the heat exchanger.
In addition, the water container is configured to be detachable to the housing, and when mounted on the housing, it is configured to store condensed water accommodated in the condensate tray.
In addition, the condensed water tray is formed such that the bottom surface is inclined, and the condensed water dropped from the heat exchanger moves to one side along the inclined surface and then discharged to the water container.
In a conventional heat exchanger, components such as pipes are bonded to each other by welding, and thus, welding oxide is generated in the bonded portion. In addition, these welding oxides (hereinafter referred to as foreign substances) may come off in powder form together with condensed water and flow into the water tank.
By the way, foreign substances that have flowed into the water tank are splashed on the inside wall of the water tank during the process of falling along the condensate and adhere to the inside walls of the water tank. Therefore, in the process of the user taking out the bucket to empty the bucket, foreign substances attached to the inner wall of the bucket are easily identified, causing discomfort to the user.

The
In addition, a
The
Accordingly, the

In addition, the
In addition, the bottom surface of the
Meanwhile, the configuration of the present invention is not limited thereto, and a very narrow gap (not shown) may be formed between one end of the bottom surface and the inner wall of the
In addition, the
As the
Accordingly, the foreign matter is attached to the front inner wall of the
When the condensed water falls directly downward from the center of the
On the other hand, in the dehumidifier according to the present embodiment, condensed water and foreign substances are attached only to the lower side of the

Next, the operation of the dehumidifier according to the present embodiment will be described.
When the dehumidifier is driven, condensed water is generated from the air in contact with the
In this process, the condensed water generated at the welding portion of the heat exchanger (130, 140) falls along with the welding oxide powder (hereinafter referred to as foreign matter) formed in the welding portion, and then flows along the
Then, the condensed water and foreign matter discharged to the outlet water flow into the
The condensed water and foreign substances flowing down to the
The dehumidifier according to the present embodiment having such a configuration suppresses dirty adhesion of foreign substances to the entire inner wall of the water tank even if foreign substances such as welding oxide come off from the welding portion of the heat exchanger. Therefore, it is possible to minimize discomfort that a user may feel due to foreign substances attached to the water container during the process of taking out or washing the water container.
