Description

향균기능을 가진 불투명 무반사 강화유리를 이용한 학생용 안전책상 및 그 제조방법{.}Safety desk for students using opaque non-reflective tempered glass with antibacterial function and its manufacturing method{.}

The present invention relates to a safety desk for students using an opaque non-reflective tempered glass having an antibacterial function and a manufacturing method thereof, and in more detail, the top plate of the student safety desk is manufactured by attaching an opaque non-reflective tempered glass having an antibacterial function on a plywood. , The opaque non-reflective tempered glass having the antibacterial function forms a coating printed layer on the opaque non-reflective tempered glass, and the coated printed layer relates to a method of manufacturing by coating and printing a mixed ink mixed with rock powder emitting far-infrared rays.

In general, desks used in schools at each level are made of wood, so students are severely damaged by carving letters or scribbles with a knife, and in this case, durability problems such as replacing the desk top or disposing of the entire desk. There was a problem that the cost of maintenance and maintenance were consumed, and there was a problem that the students used the damaged desk until such replacement was carried out.

In order to solve this problem, schools have recently begun to use tempered glass plates on their desks, but general tempered glass is used to wash the original plate, etching the washed original plate, or spraying high-pressure sand to form emmo, and then remove impurities again. It is made in a way that is washed and coated.

The tempered glass made in this way had problems such as severe reflections or scratching with a knife, leaving a cut on the coated surface.

In order to solve this problem, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2150123 has been proposed as a prior art.

The prior art relates to a method of manufacturing a low-reflective tempered glass school desk, and in the manufacture of a low-reflective opaque glass plate to be fixed to the upper surface of the substrate of the desk top, sand particles are projected on a transparent glass plate at high pressure to transform it into an opaque glass plate. No, since one surface of the transparent glass plate is corroded with hydrogen fluoride or the like to transform it into an opaque glass plate, the manufacturing process is simple, and it is suitable for mass production, so there is an effect of high economic efficiency. In addition, the present invention does not use the color vinyl sheet used to impart color to the desk top plate, but when the color is printed on the lower surface of the tempered glass plate by silk printing and then heated and aged in a sintering furnace, the color of the desk top plate is permanent. There is an effect that does not change to.

However, the glass top plate manufactured by the prior art has a problem such as that the surface is not smooth, and when graffiti ink adheres to the rough surface, it becomes difficult to erase.

Now, the need for opaque non-reflective tempered glass for desk tops with smooth surfaces has emerged.
