상기 덮개천(20)은 깔개천(10)의 어느 일측은 일체로 형성되어지거나 또는 탈착수단에 의하여 고정된 상태에서 개방된 타측에 의하여 절첩되어지는 것이고,
상기 덮개천(20)에는 일정한 중량과 면적을 갖게 되면서 유연성을 갖으면서도 인체에 무해한 중량시트체(30)를 신생아와 밀착되지 않게 장착토록 하고,
상기 중량시트체(30)는 실리콘시트로 사용되고,
상기 실리콘시트에 의한 통기의 차단을 방지하기 위하여 중량시트체(30)에는 일정간격으로 통기를 위한 통기공(32)을 복수로 구비토록 하면서 신생아를 눌림토록 한 상태에서도 눌림되어진 부분으로도 통기가 원활하게 이루어지기 위하여 상기 중량시트체(30)의 일면으로는 덮개천(20)과의 통기의 흐름을 위한 통기유도돌기(33)에 의하여 이격공간(34)을 형성하여 중량시트체(30)의 중량에 의하여 신생아를 눌러줄 경우에도 통기유도돌기(33)의 사이로 통기가 가능토록 하고,
상기 각각의 깔개천(10)과 덮개천(20)의 테두리에는 덧대어진 테두리띠(11,21)를 각각 구비하여
