5-클로로인돌의 소나무재선충에 대한 방제 효과를 확인하기 위해 살선충활성 평가 실험을 진행하였다. 아바멕틴(abamectin)은 살재선충활성 평가에 대한 양성 대조군으로 사용되었으며, 메탄올을 음성 대조군으로 사용하였다. 살재선충 효과 검정결과, 5-클로로인돌은 100 ppm의 농도에서 90% 치사율을 보였으며, 10 ppm의 농도에서도 80% 치사율을 보여, 대조구인 아바멕틴 100 ppm(㎍/㎖)보다 우수한 살재선충 활성을 보였다(도 2 및 도 3).In order to confirm the control effect of 5-chloroindole against pine nematodes, a nematode activity evaluation experiment was conducted.
