중앙의 지퍼부(10)와 지퍼부(10) 양쪽에 덧대어지는 탄성부(2A,2B)로 이루어지며, 신축 후 복원력이 우수한 실리콘 또는 합성수지로 제작되고,
상기 지퍼부(10)는 치차(110,120)가 측면에 형성되며, 치차를 잠그는 기능을 하는 지퍼(150)를 더 포함하고,
상기 지퍼부(10)와 탄성부(2A,2B)는 동일한 재질로 일체로 제작되어 탄성부(2A,2B)의 변형에 비례하여 지퍼부(10)도 늘어나며,
