【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、乳房カップを有する衣料に関する。特に、本発明は着用者の好みにより、乳房の造形性を変化させることが可能な乳房カップを有する女性用衣料に関する。

【従来の技術】
ブラジャー、ブラスリップ、ブラキャミソール、ボディスーツ、水着などの乳房カップを有する衣料は女性用の被服として広く普及している。一般にこれらの女性用衣料は、乳房の形を整え、そのシルエットをできるだけ美しくするために乳房カップのほぼ下半部の湾曲縁、すなわち乳房カップのほぼ前中心側から下側並びに脇側にかけての縁に沿ってほぼ円弧状のカップワイヤーを具備しているものが広く普及しており、前記カップワイヤーの剛性を利用してカップの変形を食い止めて乳房の形を美しく保とうとするものである。

そしてこれらの衣料は、同じ種類の衣料の中においても、その目的などによって、乳房カップの形状が１／２カップや３／４カップの衣料など、着用者の好みでどのようなバストシルエットとしたいかなどによって選ばれて用いられている。そしてバストアップさせたり、乳房を前中心側に寄せて左右の乳房の間の谷間の発現を強調するなどの補整が好んで行われている。一般的には、１／２カップタイプの乳房カップを有する衣料の補整機能は、主としてカップ部がバストを押し上げてバストアップさせる機能、いわゆる「上げ」の機能が主体であり、また、３／４カップタイプの乳房カップを有する衣料の補整機能は、カップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力が作用するので、左右の乳房の谷間が発現しやすくなる、いわゆる「寄せ」の機能が主体のものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
すなわち、従来の乳房カップを有する衣料においては、着用者が「バストアップ」の補整をしたい時は、１／２カップタイプの乳房カップを有する衣料を着用し、着用者が「寄せ」の補整をしたい時は、３／４カップのタイプの乳房カップを有する衣料を着用するなど、２つのタイプの衣料を使い分けることが必要であり、それゆえ各種の乳房カップを有する衣料について、この要求を満足させるためには、各種の乳房カップを有する衣料それぞれについて、２つ以上の異なるカップのタイプの衣料を用意しておく必要がある。

本発明は、一つの衣料で、着用者の目的に応じて、「上げ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたり、あるいは「寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたりすることが出きる、機能を変更することが可能な乳房カップを有する衣料を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するため、本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料は、次のものである。
【０００７】
（１）本発明の乳房カップ付き衣料は、着用状態において、前中心を挟んで左右の乳房カップが互いに成す角度を変更可能に形成された前中心部を有する乳房カップ付き衣料であって、
前記前中心部は、左右の前記乳房カップ周縁部のうち、左右のバストが近接する第１部分同士をそれぞれ回転可能に連結する第１の連結部と、左右の前記乳房カップ周縁部のうち、前記第1の連結部よりも下方に位置し且つ前中心を挟んで互いに対向する第２部分同士をそれぞれ回転可能に連結する第２連結部とを有し、前記第２連結部は、バストアップ機能を主に発揮する第１の着用状態となる角度と、前記第１の着用状態よりも左右の前記乳房カップの前中心部分側が低くなるように左右の前記乳房カップが前中心側に傾斜し前記第１の着用状態よりもバストを前中心側に寄せる機能を発揮する第２の着用状態となる角度との間で、左右の前記乳房カップの互いになす角度を選択的に変更するために前記第２部分同士の間隔が調節可能に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする。

（２）また、前記（１）項に記載の本発明の乳房カップ付き衣料においては、第１の連結部が、糸状物、紐状物、細幅テープ状物から選ばれた部材からなる連結部であることが好ましい。

（３）また、前記（１）項または（２）項のいずれかに記載の本発明の乳房カップ付き衣料においては、第２の連結部が、ロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスターからなることが好ましい。

（４）また、前記（１）項または（２）項のいずれかに記載の本発明の乳房カップ付き衣料においては、第２の連結部が、左右の乳房カップにそれぞれその一端が取り付けられている紐状ないしテープ状物と、左右の紐状ないしテープ状物を所望の位置で併せて係止し得るクリップとを備えている連結部からなることが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態例を挙げて、さらに本発明を具体的に説明するが。本発明はこの実施の形態に記載されているもののみに限定されるものではない。

図１は本発明の、乳房カップを有する衣料であるブラジャーの一実施の形態例の正面図である。

図１において、１が乳房カップ、２が乳房カップのほぼ下半部の湾曲縁であり、この湾曲縁は、乳房カップのほぼ前中心側から下側を通り、脇側にかけてのほぼ下半部の湾曲縁である。そしてこの下半部の湾曲縁２に沿ってカップワイヤー４を具備している。カップワイヤー４は、通常、バイアステープなどが表裏より当てがわれて前記乳房カップのほぼ下半部の湾曲縁２にほぼ沿ってバイアステープに包まれ、バイアステープの縁が縫製された袋状の空間に挿入されており、外部からは見えない様になっている。３は乳房カップ１の最下点である。５は乳房カップの脇上側の縁、６はバック布、７はカップワイヤーのほぼ前中心側の上端部近傍において前記左右の乳房カップ１を連結している第１の連結部であり、第１の連結部は、例えば、糸状物、紐状物、細幅テープ状物などからなるとか、この部分をほぼ中心として、左右の乳房カップ１が少なくとも図の紙面に平行な方向に回動できる（左右の乳房カップ１の相互のなす角度が変えられる）ような屈曲可能性を有していることが必要である。本発明において、「屈曲可能な第１の連結部」の「屈曲可能な」とは、上述の如く、第１の連結部をほぼ中心として、左右の乳房カップ１が少なくとも図の紙面に平行な方向に回動できる（左右の乳房カップ１の相互のなす角度が変えられる）ことを意味しており、これ以外の方向にも更に屈曲可能であってもよいことはもちろんである。８は前記第１の連結部より下側で且つ前記左右の乳房カップ最下点３よりも上の乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分を相互に連結する第２の連結部であり、前記第２の連結部はその長さが調節可能な連結部からなる。ここで「その長さが調節可能な」とは、第２の連結部の左右の乳房カップ間の長さが調節可能であることを意味しており、ゴム弾性体の如く取り付けられている第２の連結部を構成している素材自体の絶対的な長さが伸びたり縮んだりすると言う意味ではない。

尚、点線１１はこのブラジャーを着用していると仮定した場合の乳房のバージスラインの一部を、説明の便宜上、模式的に示したものである。

９ａ、９ｂは肩紐であり、この肩紐は第１部分である９ａとその長さが調節可能になっている第２部分９ｂとからなっており、この肩紐は９ａの第１部分が、乳房カップの脇上側近傍にその両端が固着されて、ループ状に取り付けられていて、肩紐の第２部分９ｂは肩紐第１部分９ａにスライド可能にはめ込まれたリング１０に縫製などによりその一端部が取り付けられている。肩紐の第２部分９ｂの他端はバック布６の端部近傍の上側の縁に通常の肩紐と同様にその長さの調節が可能な状態で取り付けられている。尚、図２は、肩紐第１部分９ａと肩紐第２部分９ｂの結合部近傍を拡大して示した部分平面図である。図２において、２０は肩紐第２部分９ｂの一端がリング１０に通されて反転させた部分の縫合部分を示している。

しかして、図１ａが第２の連結部８であるアジャスター３０（図３参照）の長さを図１ｂに比べて短めに調節してその長さが変化しない様に保持した状態を示しており、この状態では、図１ａの左右の乳房カップの例えば上辺縁のラインを比べてみると明らかな様に第１の連結部７を中心とすると両者の角度は１８０度より少し下に凸になる程度の状態であり、この様に調整したブラジャーを着用すると、前述したような１／２カップタイプの乳房カップを有するブラジャーを着用した場合とほぼ同様なバストアップさせる機能、すなわち「上げ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができるブラジャーとして使用できる。

一方、もし図１ｂに示した様に、第２の連結部８であるアジャスター３０（図３参照）の長さを図１ａに比べて長めに調節してその長さが変化しない様に保持した状態では、図１ｂの左右の乳房カップの例えば上辺縁のラインを比べてみると明らかな様に第１の連結部７を中心とすると両者の角度は図１ａに比べて下に凸になって角度が狭くなている。すなわち左右の乳房カップ１が第１の連結部７を中心として図の紙面に平行な矢印Ａで示した方向に回転している状態であり、この様に調整したブラジャーを着用すると、バストの脇側部分に接触する距離が長く、バストの前中心側部分に接触する距離が短くなって胸中央部がよりオープンになり、前述したような３／４カップタイプの乳房カップを有するブラジャーを着用した場合とほぼ同様に、カップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力が作用するので、バージスライン１１で示された如く、左右の乳房の谷間が発現しやすくなる、いわゆる「寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができるブラジャーとして使用できる。この場合に、左右の乳房カップが矢印Ａで示した方向に回転している状態になるので、通常、肩紐は、その分に応じて長さを短めに調整することになる。そして肩紐の第２部分９ｂは肩紐第１部分９ａにスライド可能にはめ込まれたリング１０に取り付けられているので、肩紐の第１部分９ａのような機構を介さずに肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端を直接乳房カップに縫製などにより固定した場合に比べて、矢印Ａの方向に乳房カップが回転した状態でも肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端部が前中心側に寄ってしまう（従って肩紐の第２部分が肩の首側に寄りすぎてしまう）のを防止でき且つカップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力がより好適に発揮される様に補助する機能が発揮され好ましい。また、逆に図１ｂの状態から図１ａの状態に戻した場合においては、矢印Ａと逆方向に乳房カップが回転した状態になるが、その場合に肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端部が脇側に開きすぎてしまう（従って肩紐の第２部分が肩の脇側に開きすぎてしまう）のを防止でき好ましい。

以上説明した様に、図１に示した本発明のブラジャーは、一つの衣料で、着用者の目的に応じて、「上げ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたり、あるいは「寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたりすることができ、着用者の好みに応じて機能を変更することが可能な乳房カップを有する衣料を提供できる。しかも図１ｂの状態では、第２の連結部８の長さが長くなっているので、締め付け感を軽減することができ、楽な状態で着用したい場合には、第２の連結部８の長さを長くした状態にして着用でき好ましい。

図３に、図１のブラジャーの第２の連結部８として用いたアジャスター３０の一実施の形態を示した。図３ａはアジャスター３０の平面図、図３ｂはアジャスター３０の側面図、図３ｃは図３ａの長手方向断面図である。

図３に示すアジャスター３０は、ロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスターの一実施の形態を示すものである。

図３において、３８と３９でロック機構を備えたスライダーを構成している。図３に示すアジャスター３０は、中央長手方向にスリット３１を形成するとともに、該スリット３１の両側に鋸歯状ラック３２を形成し、一端には取付け縫着部３３を形成した可撓性部材からなる薄いスライドバンド３４と、一端部内面に前記スリット３１に位置する弾性脚３５を、また他端部内面に鋸歯状ラック３２に噛合する爪脚３６をそれぞれ形成し、揺動中心軸３７を支点として揺動するようにした係止操作片３８を、スライド方向直角断面をスライドバンド３４が挿通される凹形としたボックス部３９の側壁に揺動自在に保持させ、該ボックス部３９の一端部をスライド方向に延長させて自由端部を縫着片４０とし、スライドバンド３４が摺接する面の両側にはスライド規制突起４１が列設されたカバー帯４２を設けた調節具主体４３とからなり、ボックス部３９に挿通したスライドバンド３４の鋸歯状ラック３２に、係止操作片３８の弾性脚５の弾性により爪脚３６を噛合させ、スライドバンド３４の自由端部を調節具主体４３のカバー帯４２で隠すようにした構造のアジャスターである。

上記のように構成したアジャスター３０は、スライドバンド３４の一端の縫着部３３が、図１などで説明したように、左右の乳房カップの内のいずれか一方の乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分の所定の位置に縫着されるとともに、調節具主体４３の縫着片４０が他方の乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分の所定の位置に縫着される。そしてかかるアジャスター３０を用いて左右のバンドをつないでアジャスター全体の長さを所望の長さに調整するには、スライドバンド３４の自由端を調節具主体４３に挿通して、調節具主体４３に保持された係止操作片３８を、弾性脚３５の弾性によって鋸歯状ラック３２に噛合している爪脚３６の噛合を解除するように押圧操作して、スライドバンド３４が調節具主体４３に対しスライド自在の状態とし、任意の位置で係止操作片３８の押圧を解放すると、爪脚３６が弾性脚３５の弾性よって鋸歯状ラック３２に噛合し、所定の長さに設定され、これによって第２の連結部８として用いたアジャスター３０の左右の乳房カップ間の長さを所望の長さに調節できるのである。この場合、スライドバンド３４は、従来のベルト体と帯体との機能を発揮するようになるとともに、スライドバンド３４の自由端部は、スライド規制突起４１にガイドされてスムーズにスライドしてカバー帯４２の裏面に隠蔽されるようになる。

上記に示したロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスターの詳細は、実用新案登録第２５６１４６２号公報に記載されている。

ロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスターとしては、この図３に示したものに限定されるものではなく、それぞれの一端がそれぞれの左右の乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分の所定の位置に縫着されている左右のバンドないしベルト状物のいずれか一方のバンドないしベルト状物の他端にロック機構を備えたスライダーが設けられており、当該スライダーに他方のバンドないしベルト状物の自由端部を挿通して所望の長さになったところで、他方のバンドないしベルト状物がスライドしないようにロックし得る機構（但し、必要に応じて、ロックを解除して、再度他方のバンドないしベルト状物がスライドし得る状態にできるロック機構）を有するものを、本発明においては「ロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスター」と称しているので、かかる機能を有するロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスターであり、本発明の目的の達成に支障のないものであれば、図３に示したもの以外のものでもよい。ただ図３に示したロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスターは、プラスチックスを用いて比較的安価に製造でき、従って軽く、その長さの調整が着用状態においても容易であり、しかも、所定の長さに調整した場合に、着用中において、その長さを確実に保持でき、着用中における身体の動きによって掛かる応力に対しても、ズレが生じたりせず長さが変化しにくく信頼性が高く、必要な強度を有し、洗濯に対しても耐久性が良好で極めて好ましいアジャスターである。

次に図２６に、アジャスター３０に代わる他のロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスターの一実施の形態の斜視図を示した。例えば必要に応じて、図３のアジャスター３０の代わりに図２６に示すようなアジャスター１１０のようなものを用いてもよいことを示すための代替態様の一例として図２６のアジャスターを示したものである。

図２６において、１１１がロック機構を備えたスライダー（係止金具）であり、１１２は表面に多数の突条１１４が所定間隔置きに設けられている挿入スライドベルトでありその他方の端（突条１１４が設けられていない方の端）は図１などで説明したように、乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分の所定の位置に縫着されている。１１３がもう一方の連結ベルトであり、よく知られた歯形顎を有するベルト固定金具１２２でその一端がスライダー１１１の端部に固定されている。この連結ベルト１１３の他方の端は、図１などで説明したように、挿入スライドベルト１１２が取り付けられている乳房カップと反対側の乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分の所定の位置に縫着されている。スライダー（係止金具）１１１は、底壁１１５及びその上下両端部から表側に向かって突設された起立壁１１６、１１６からなるブラケット１１７と、ブラケット１１７の起立壁１１６、１１６に対して両側側部が回動自在に軸１１８により軸支された係止片１１９からなり、係止片１１９の軸支されている側の先端部にはロック用の係止用顎部１２０が係止片１１９本体に対してほぼ垂直方向に向いて突設されていて、係止片１１９の反対側の先端部には開閉操作部１２１が形成されている。そしてかかるアジャスター１１０を用いて左右のベルトをつないでアジャスター全体の長さを所望の長さに調整するには、スライダー（係止金具）１１１を図示した状態のような開放状態にしておいて、挿入スライドベルト１１２を矢印Ｎで示したように、ブラケット１１７の底壁１１５と係止片１１９の係止用顎部１２０の間の隙間に挿通し、挿入スライドベルト１１２を所望の長さ挿入したところで、係止片１１９の開閉操作部１２１を矢印Ｍの方向に軸１１８を中心軸として回すことにより、ロック用の係止用顎部１２０が挿入スライドベルト１１２の突条１１４、１１４のいずれかの間に食い込み、挿入スライドベルト１１２をロックする機構になっている。従って、挿入スライドベルト１１２の突条１１４、１１４間の所望の位置を選定してロックすれば第２の連結部８として用いたアジャスター１１０の左右の乳房カップ間の長さを所望の長さに調節できるのである。

前述したようにロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスターとしては、この図３や図２６に示したものに限定されるものではなく、それぞれ一端が乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分の所定の位置に縫着されている左右のバンドないしベルト状物のいずれか一方のバンドないしベルト状物の他端にロック機構を備えたスライダーが設けられており、当該スライダーに他方のバンドないしベルト状物の自由端部を挿通して所望の長さになったところで、他方のバンドないしベルト状物がスライドしないようにロックし得る機構（但し、必要に応じて、ロックを解除して、再度他方のバンドないしベルト状物がスライドし得る状態にできるロック機構）を有するものを「ロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスター」と称しているので、かかる機能を有するロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスターであって、本発明の目的の達成に支障のないものであれば、図３や図２６に示したもの以外のものでもよいことは容易に理解されるところであり、例えば、実開昭６１−４０９１４号に示されたサイズ調節具とか、実公平４−３２９７８号に示された止具用ベルトなど各種のものが適用できる。

このような、アジャスターはその長さの調整が容易であり、しかも、所定の長さに調整した場合に、着用中において、その長さを確実に保持でき、着用中における身体の動きによって掛かる応力に対しても、ズレが生じたりせず長さが変化しにくく信頼性が高く、洗濯に対しても耐久性が良好で好ましい。

次に図４に、本発明の、乳房カップを有する衣料であるブラジャーの別の一実施の形態例の正面図を示した。

図４に示したブラジャーは、第２の連結部８の態様が図１に示したブラジャーと異なるが、他の部分は、実質的に図１に示したブラジャーと同一であり、同一部分には同一の符号を付して重複説明を省略した。

図４に示したブラジャーの第２の連結部８は、その部分の平面図を図５に示した様に、左右の乳房カップにそれぞれその一端が取り付けられているチェーン状物５０からなり、一方のチェーン状物５１（以下、第一部分のチェーン状物と称する。）の先端部に他方のチェーン状物５２（以下、第ニ部分のチェーン状物と称する。）のチェーンを構成しているチェーンリングのいずれかと係止しうる係止部５３を有するチェーン状物５０からなるものである。係止部５３はかかるチェーンでは、例えばチェーンのネックレスなどで慣用されている公知のもの（通常、これを「引き輪」と称している）を用いることができ、周知の様に引き輪は、中空パイプ状でその長さ方向にＣ字状（円弧状）に曲げられ開口部を有しているパイプ状物５４と、パイプ状物５４内にスライド可能に挿入されたノブ５５を備えた針金状の開閉針５６（円弧状）を有し、パイプ状物５４の開閉針５６の奥には、バネ（図示せず）が内蔵されており、このバネにより開閉針５６の先端部近傍を押し出すことによってパイプ状物５４のＣ字の開口部を閉じる構造になっており、第一部分のチェーン状物５１と第ニ部分のチェーン状物５２とを連結するには、第一部分のチェーン状物５１の係止部５３のノブ５５を前述のバネの応力に逆らって奥に引いて開閉針５６の先端部をパイプ状物５４の内部に収め、パイプ状物５４のＣ字の開口部が開閉針５６の先端部が引かれることにより開口させ、開口した係止部５３を第ニ部分のチェーン状物５２のチェーンを構成しているいずれかの鎖リングの孔の上にもって行き、ノブ５５を奥に引いていた指を離すことによりバネの反発力により開閉針５６の先端部近傍を押し出し、パイプ状物５４のＣ字の開口部を閉じることによって連結する。尚、パイプ状物５４のノブ５５が存在する近傍には、ノブ５５が上記の様に動くに必要なスリットが設けられていることは当然である。

このようなチェーン状物により、第２の連結部８の左右の乳房カップ間の長さを調整するには、説明するまでもないが、第２の連結部８の左右の乳房カップ間の長さが所望の長さになるように第ニ部分のチェーン状物５２を構成している鎖リングを選定して、第一部分のチェーン状物４１の係止部５３を結合することにより、第２の連結部８の長さを調整することができる。

図４に示した本発明のブラジャーも、図１に示した本発明のブラジャーと同様に、一つの衣料で、チェーン状物５０により、第２の連結部８の長さを着用者の目的に応じて短めに調整し、「バストアップ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたり（図４ａ参照）、あるいはこの第２の連結部８の長さを長めに調整し、「バストの寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたり（図４ｂ参照）することができ、着用者の好みに応じて機能を変更することが可能な乳房カップを有する衣料を提供できる。しかも図４ｂの状態では、第２の連結部８の長さが長くなっているので、締め付け感を軽減することができ、楽な状態で着用したい場合には、第２の連結部８の長さを長くした状態にして着用でき好ましい。

図６に示した本発明のブラジャーも、図１に示した本発明のブラジャーと同様に、一つの衣料で、リボン状物６０により、第２の連結部８の長さを着用者の目的に応じて短めに調整し、「バストアップ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたり（図６ａ参照）、あるいはこの第２の連結部８の長さを長めに調整し、「バストの寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたり（図６ｂ参照）することができ、着用者の好みに応じて機能を変更することが可能な乳房カップを有する衣料を提供できる。しかも図６ｂの状態では、第２の連結部８の長さが長くなっているので、締め付け感を軽減することができ、楽な状態で着用したい場合には、第２の連結部８の長さを長くした状態にして着用でき好ましい。

ハウジング２００の穴２０４にスプリング２０１を挿入し且つ挿入体２０２が矢印Ｘ、Ｙ方向に摺動可能に、且つ穴２０５と穴２０６の向きが同方向に向くように嵌合されている状態がこのクリップ９３の完成状態の構造であり、その上から見た平面図が図１０（ｃ）に示されている。図９のように、このクリップ９３を本発明の衣料に取り付けて使用するには、左右の２つの紐状物９１、９１（図９参照）のフリーな端部側の部分９２、９２をハウジング２００の穴２０５と挿入体２０２の穴２０６に通した状態で使用される。そして乳房カップ間の距離を調節するには、挿入体２０２を矢印Ｙ方向に摺動させて穴２０５と穴２０６の共通の穴の開口２０９の面積を大きくした状態にすることにより、穴２０５と穴２０６とで挟まれて係止されていた開口２０９中を通っている左右の２つの紐状物９１、９１の係止をゆるめ、左右の２つの紐状物９１、９１の長さを左右の乳房カップ間の長さが所望の長さになるように調整した後、挿入体２０２をスプリング２０１の反発力で矢印Ｘ方向に摺動させて穴２０５と穴２０６の共通の穴の開口２０９の面積を狭め、穴２０５と穴２０６とで左右の２つの紐状物９１、９１を挟んで係止することにより、調整する。

図１１に示したブラジャーの第２の連結部８は、左右の乳房カップ１のそれぞれにおいて、乳房カップ１の第１の連結部７にその一端が固定され他端がそれより下側で且つ乳房カップ最下点３よりも上の乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分に固定されていてその長さがその一端と他端間の乳房カップの縁の長さより長い紐状物１０１（１０１は図１１中にはその符号を付していないが、図１１において１０１ａと１０１ｂの部分の両者を併せて１つで１０１である。）を有し、前記左右の紐状物１０１、１０１を併せて係止し得るクリップ１０３とを備えている連結部８である。すなわち左右の紐状物１０１、１０１は、その両者をまとめてクリップ１０３に通し、係止し得るように設計されている。左右の紐状物１０１のそれぞれの長さは図示されているように１０１ａと１０１ｂの部分の合計長さになるが、この長さがその一端と他端間の乳房カップの縁の長さより長くしてある。そして図１１（ａ）で示した状態は、クリップ１０３が比較的下方に位置して固定されている状態を示しており（左右の紐状物の１０１ｂの部分の長さが、図１１（ｂ）に比べて長くなっている状態）、左右の紐状物の１０１ａ、１０１ａの部分の長さの合計が、図１１（ｂ）に比べて短くなっている状態を示している。従って、この状態では、図１（ａ）で説明したと同様の状態であり、図１１（ａ）の左右の乳房カップの例えば上辺縁のラインを比べてみると明らかな様に第１の連結部７を中心とすると両者の角度は１８０度より少し下に凸になる程度の状態であり、この様に調整したブラジャーを着用すると、前述したような１／２カップタイプの乳房カップを有するのブラジャーを着用した場合とほぼ同様なバストアップさせる機能、すなわち「上げ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができるブラジャーとして使用できる。

一方、もし図１１（ｂ）に示した様に、クリップ１０３を図１１（ａ）に示した状態から、クリップ１０３の係止を解除してクリップ１０３を上方にスライドさせて係止させると、１０１ｂの部分の長さは短くなるが、１０１ａ、１０１ａの部分の長さが長くなり、図１１（ｂ）の左右の乳房カップの例えば上辺縁のラインを比べてみると明らかな様に第１の連結部７を中心とすると両者の角度は図１１（ａ）に比べて下に凸になって角度が狭くなっている。すなわち左右の乳房カップ１が第１の連結部７を中心として図の紙面に平行な矢印Ａで示した方向に回転している状態であり、この様に調整したブラジャーを着用すると、バストの脇側部分に接触する距離が長く、バストの前中心側部分に接触する距離が短くなって胸中央部がよりオープンになり、前述したような３／４カップタイプの乳房カップを有するのブラジャーを着用した場合とほぼ同様に、カップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力が作用するので、バージスライン１１で示された如く、左右の乳房の谷間が発現しやすくなる、いわゆる「バストの寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができるブラジャーとして使用できる。

一方、図１３（ａ）に示した状態から、紐状物９４ｂを連結調整具９４ａの鉤部９９ｂから外した図１３（ｂ）に示した様な状態にすると、紐状物９４ｂの左右の端部間の直線距離、すなわち紐状物９４ｂが乳房カップに取り付けられている取り付け位置間の左右の乳房カップ間の長さが、図１３（ａ）の状態に比べて長くなり、図１３（ｂ）の左右の乳房カップの例えば上辺縁のラインを比べてみると明らかな様に第１の連結部７を中心とすると両者の角度は図１３（ａ）に比べて下に凸になって角度が狭くなっている。すなわち左右の乳房カップ１が第１の連結部７を中心として図の紙面に平行な矢印Ａで示した方向に回転している状態であり、この様に調整したブラジャーを着用すると、バストの脇側部分に接触する距離が長く、バストの前中心側部分に接触する距離が短くなって胸中央部がよりオープンになり、前述したような３／４カップタイプの乳房カップを有するのブラジャーを着用した場合とほぼ同様に、カップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力が作用するので、バージスライン１１で示された如く、左右の乳房の谷間が発現しやすくなる、いわゆる「バストの寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができるブラジャーとして使用できる。

９ａ、９ｂは肩紐であり、この肩紐は第１部分である９ａとその長さが調節可能になっている第２部分９ｂ（図１５においては、部分図のみ示した。）とからなっており、この肩紐は９ａの第１部分が、乳房カップの脇上側近傍にその両端が固着されて、ループ状に取り付けられていて、肩紐の第２部分９ｂは肩紐第１部分９ａにスライド可能にはめ込まれたリング１０に縫製などによりその一端部が取り付けられている。肩紐の第２部分９ｂの他端は胴部１３０ａ、１３０ｂのバック側の脇側寄りの上側の縁に通常のブラキャミソールの肩紐と同様にその長さの調節が可能な状態で取り付けられている。尚、この肩紐第１部分９ａと肩紐第２部分９ｂの結合部近傍の構成については、この部分を拡大して示した部分平面図である図２で示したものと同様である。胴部１３０ａ、１３０ｂはその前側で左右にセパレートし得る胴部となっており、着用者基準で、１３０ａが右側の胴部であり、１３０ｂが左側の胴部である。また、１３１ａが右側の胴部の前縦縁、１３０ｂが左側の胴部の前縦縁であり、胴部１３０ａ、１３０ｂは、前側で胴部１３０ｂの一部が内側に隠れるように、胴部１３０ａの一部が胴部１３０ｂの一部と前側でオーバーラップして存在し、前記右側の胴部の前縦縁１３１ａと、左側の胴部の前縦縁１３０ｂの部分は互いに縫製されていないので、この部分を左右に開くと胴部が前側でセパレートできるようになっている。胴部１３０ａ、１３０ｂは、図１６に示した様に、背面側では、後中心１３３で互いに接ぎ合わされている。なお、胴部１３０ａ、１３０ｂの脇上側の部分１３２ａ、１３２ｂの部分は、伸縮性の良好な生地が使用されている。

一方、もし図１５ｂに示した様に、第２の連結部８であるアジャスター３０（図３参照）の長さを図１５ａに比べて長めに調節してその長さが変化しない様に保持した状態では、図１５ｂの左右の乳房カップの例えば上辺縁のラインを比べてみると明らかな様に第１の連結部７を中心とすると両者の角度は図１５ａに比べて下に凸になって角度が狭くなっている。すなわち左右の乳房カップ１が第１の連結部７を中心として図の紙面に平行な矢印Ａで示した方向に回転している状態であり、この様に調整したブラキャミソールを着用すると、乳房カップ１においてバストの脇側部分に接触する距離が長く、バストの前中心側部分に接触する距離が短くなって胸中央部がよりオープンになり、３／４カップタイプの乳房カップを有するブラキャミソールを着用した場合とほぼ同様に、カップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力が作用するので、バージスライン１１で示された如く、左右の乳房の谷間が発現しやすくなる、いわゆる「寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができるブラキャミソールとして使用できる。この場合に、左右の乳房カップが矢印Ａで示した方向に回転している状態になるので、通常、肩紐は、その分に応じて長さを短めに調整することになる。そして肩紐の第２部分９ｂは肩紐第１部分９ａにスライド可能にはめ込まれたリング１０に取り付けられているので、肩紐の第１部分９ａのような機構を介さずに肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端を直接乳房カップに縫製などにより固定した場合に比べて、矢印Ａの方向に乳房カップが回転した状態でも肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端部が前中心側に寄ってしまう（従って肩紐の第２部分が肩の首側に寄りすぎてしまう）のを防止でき且つカップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力がより好適に発揮される様に補助する機能が発揮され好ましい。また、逆に図１５ｂの状態から図１５ａの状態に戻した場合においては、矢印Ａと逆方向に乳房カップが回転した状態になるが、その場合に肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端部が脇側に開きすぎてしまう（従って肩紐の第２部分が肩の脇側に開きすぎてしまう）のを防止でき好ましい。

胴部１４０の前側から脇側の一部にかけての上縁は乳房カップ１の湾曲縁２に沿って縫合されて取り付けられており、胴部１４０は前側においては乳房カップ１より下側に伸びて、大腿部の鼠径溝をカバーし、後ろ側においては着用者の背中の大部分が露出するよう背部上縁ライン１４６から下側並びにヒップをカバーして、前身頃１４１と後身頃１４２がクロッチ部１４４で合体するようになっている。胴部１４０の前身頃１４１は、左右の乳房カップの第２の連結部の取り付け部分より少なくとも脇側の乳房カップ１の縁で湾曲縁２に沿って縫合されて取り付けられており、第１の連結部７と第２の連結部８の間は何も存在せずスペースとなっているが、第２の連結部８の下側にもＶ字状の開口スペース１４５を有している。また乳房カップ１には、前述の図１などで示したブラジャーと同様の伸縮性素材からなるバック布６が乳房カップ１の脇側の湾曲縁２に沿って縫合されて取り付けられている。バック布６の背面側中央では、ブラジャーと同様の雌雄ホックで、左右のバック布６、６同士を開閉可能に係止し得る構造になっている。バック布６は乳房カップ１の脇側の湾曲縁２に沿って縫合されて取り付けられ、且つ胴部の後身頃１４２と重なる部分で背部上縁ライン１４６にほぼ沿って後身頃１４２にも縫着されている。

９ａ、９ｂは肩紐であり、この肩紐は第１部分である９ａとその長さが調節可能になっている第２部分９ｂ（図２０〜図２２においては、部分図のみ示した。）とからなっており、この肩紐は９ａの第１部分が、乳房カップの脇上側近傍にその両端が固着されて、ループ状に取り付けられていて、肩紐の第２部分９ｂは肩紐第１部分９ａにスライド可能にはめ込まれたリング１０に縫製などによりその一端部が取り付けられている。肩紐の第２部分９ｂの他端はバック布６の端部近傍の上側の縁に通常の肩紐と同様にその長さの調節が可能な状態で取り付けられている。尚、この肩紐第１部分９ａと肩紐第２部分９ｂの結合部近傍の構成については、この部分を拡大して示した部分平面図である図２で示したものと同様である。胴部１４０は伸縮性の生地から構成されており、前身頃１４１と後身頃１４２とからなり、左右の脇側のライン１４３で前身頃１４１と後身頃１４２が接ぎ合わされている。１４４はクロッチ部を示す。

また乳房カップ１には、前述の図１などで示したブラジャーと同様の伸縮性素材からなるバック布６が乳房カップ１の脇側の湾曲縁２に沿って縫合されて取り付けられている。バック布６の背面側中央では、ブラジャーと同様の雌雄ホックで、左右のバック布６、６同士を開閉可能に係止し得る構造になっている。

そしてこのボディスーツにおいては、胴部１４０の前身頃１４１には、乳房カップ１は縫合されておらず、前身頃１４１は、乳房カップ１とは分離している。すなわち、前身頃１４１の上縁１５１は乳房カップ１の湾曲縁２に縫合されておらず乳房カップ１の湾曲縁２の脇側に連設されているバック布６と後身頃１４２が重なる部分で背部上縁ライン１４６にほぼ沿って後身頃１４２がバック布６に縫着されている。胴部１４０は前側においては前身頃１４１の上縁１５１は、脇側から下縁に沿って斜めに前中心側に向かって若干下がり、第２の連結具の下方に至っている。前身頃１４１は上縁１５１より下側に伸びて、大腿部の鼠径溝をカバーし、後ろ側においては着用者の背中の大部分が露出するよう背部上縁ライン１４６から下側並びにヒップをカバーして、前身頃１４１と後身頃１４２がクロッチ部１４４で合体するようになっている。

しかして、図２０ａが第２の連結部８であるアジャスター３０（図３参照）の長さを図２０ｂに比べて短めに調節してその長さが変化しない様に保持した状態を示しており、この状態では、図２０ａの左右の乳房カップの例えば上辺縁のラインを比べてみると明らかな様に第１の連結部７を中心とすると両者の角度は１８０度より少し下に凸になる程度の状態であり、この様に調整したボディスーツを着用すると、１／２カップタイプの乳房カップを有するボディスーツを着用した場合とほぼ同様なバストアップさせる機能、すなわち「上げ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができるボディスーツとして使用できる。

一方、もし図２０ｂに示した様に、第２の連結部８であるアジャスター３０（図３参照）の長さを図２０ａに比べて長めに調節してその長さが変化しない様に保持した状態では、図２０ｂの左右の乳房カップの例えば上辺縁のラインを比べてみると明らかな様に第１の連結部７を中心とすると両者の角度は図２０ａに比べて下に凸になって角度が狭くなている。すなわち左右の乳房カップ１が第１の連結部７を中心として図の紙面に平行な矢印Ａで示した方向に回転している状態であり、この様に調整したボディスーツを着用すると、乳房カップ１においてバストの脇側部分に接触する距離が長く、バストの前中心側部分に接触する距離が短くなって胸中央部がよりオープンになり、３／４カップタイプの乳房カップを有するボディスーツを着用した場合とほぼ同様に、カップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力が作用するので、バージスライン１１で示された如く、左右の乳房の谷間が発現しやすくなる、いわゆる「バストの寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができるボディスーツとして使用できる。この場合に、左右の乳房カップが矢印Ａで示した方向に回転している状態になるので、通常、肩紐は、その分に応じて長さを短めに調整することになる。そして肩紐の第２部分９ｂは肩紐第１部分９ａにスライド可能にはめ込まれたリング１０に取り付けられているので、肩紐の第１部分９ａのような機構を介さずに肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端を直接乳房カップに縫製などにより固定した場合に比べて、矢印Ａの方向に乳房カップが回転した状態でも肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端部が前中心側に寄ってしまう（従って肩紐の第２部分が肩の首側に寄りすぎてしまう）のを防止でき且つカップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力がより好適に発揮される様に補助する機能が発揮され好ましい。また、逆に図２０ｂの状態から図２０ａの状態に戻した場合においては、矢印Ａと逆方向に乳房カップが回転した状態になるが、その場合に肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端部が脇側に開きすぎてしまう（従って肩紐の第２部分が肩の脇側に開きすぎてしまう）のを防止でき好ましい。尚、前述したように、胴部１４０は伸縮性の生地から構成されており、しかも、前身頃１４１は乳房カップとは縫合されていないので、矢印Ａ方向に乳房カップを回転する事が容易にできる様になっている。また背面側においてもバック布６の後中心の下方には、背部上縁ライン１４６に至るまでの間に空間があるので、後身頃などの存在が乳房カップの回動を余り妨げない様になっている。

以上説明した様に、図２０〜図２２に示した本発明のボディスーツは、一つの衣料で、着用者の目的に応じて、「バストアップ（上げ）」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたり、あるいは「バストの寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたりすることができ、着用者の好みに応じて機能を変更することが可能な乳房カップを有する衣料を提供できる。しかも図２０ｂの状態では、第２の連結部８の長さが長くなっているので、締め付け感を軽減することができ、楽な状態で着用したい場合には、第２の連結部８の長さを長くした状態にして着用でき好ましい。

次に図２３に本発明の、乳房カップを有する衣料である乳房カップ付きテディの一実施の形態例の正面図を示した。また、図２４にその右側面図（図２３ａの状態の右側面図）、図２５にその背面図（図２３ａの状態の背面図）を示した。尚、これらの図において肩紐は、一部を省略して図示している。また正面図はその後側に見えるはずの図２５におけるバック布６など、図示するとかえって図が複雑になり理解しづらくなるので図示を省略している。同様に背面図はその後側に見えるはずの図２３における乳房カップ１や第２の連結部８であるアジャスター３０など、図示するとかえって図が複雑になり理解しづらくなるので図示を省略している。

この乳房カップ付きテディは、ブラジャー部分に相当する部分は、図１で説明したブラジャーとほぼ同様であり、更に乳房カップより下側に股部まで延在している胴部を有している衣料である。この乳房カップ付きテディは、胴部が乳房カップの下側に連なって取り付けられている胴部であり、前記胴部は前側の左右の乳房カップの第２の連結部の取り付け部分より少なくとも脇側の乳房カップの縁で連なって取り付けられている胴部であり、第２の連結部の下側も胴部の前身頃の上側の縁とは、結合されていない態様のカップ付きテディである。

すなわち、図２３〜図２５において、１が乳房カップ、２が乳房カップのほぼ下半部の湾曲縁であり、この湾曲縁は、乳房カップのほぼ前中心側から下側を通り、脇側にかけてのほぼ下半部の湾曲縁である。そしてこの下半部の湾曲縁２に沿ってカップワイヤー４を具備している。カップワイヤー４は、通常、バイアステープなどが表裏より当てがわれて前記乳房カップのほぼ下半部の湾曲縁２にほぼ沿ってバイアステープに包まれ、バイアステープの縁が縫製された袋状の空間に挿入されており、外部からは見えない様になっている。３は乳房カップ１の最下点である。５は乳房カップの脇上側の縁、７はカップワイヤーのほぼ前中心側の上端部近傍において前記左右の乳房カップ１を連結している第１の連結部であり、第１の連結部は、例えば、糸状物、紐状物、細幅テープ状物などからなるとか、この部分をほぼ中心として、左右の乳房カップ１が少なくとも図の紙面に平行な方向に回動できる（左右の乳房カップ１の相互のなす角度が変えられる）ような屈曲可能性を有していればよい。８は前記第１の連結部より下側で且つ前記左右の乳房カップ最下点３よりも上の乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分を相互に連結する第２の連結部であり、前記第２の連結部はその長さが調節可能な連結部からなる。第１の連結部７と第２の連結部８の間は何も存在せずスペースとなっている。

９ａ、９ｂは肩紐であり、この肩紐は第１部分である９ａとその長さが調節可能になっている第２部分９ｂ（図２３〜図２５においては、部分図のみ示した。）とからなっており、この肩紐は９ａの第１部分が、乳房カップの脇上側近傍にその両端が固着されて、ループ状に取り付けられていて、肩紐の第２部分９ｂは肩紐第１部分９ａにスライド可能にはめ込まれたリング１０に縫製などによりその一端部が取り付けられている。肩紐の第２部分９ｂの他端はバック布６の端部近傍の上側の縁に通常の肩紐と同様にその長さの調節が可能な状態で取り付けられている。尚、この肩紐第１部分９ａと肩紐第２部分９ｂの結合部近傍の構成については、この部分を拡大して示した部分平面図である図２で示したものと同様である。胴部１４０は先に示したボディスーツと異なり、身体に密着しないようなタイプの胴部からなりナイロンやポリエステル繊維からなる生地など身体にピッタリと密着しないような生地から構成されており、前身頃１４１と後身頃１４２とからなり、左右の脇側のライン１４３で前身頃１４１と後身頃１４２が接ぎ合わされている。１４４はクロッチ部を示す。

胴部１４０の前身頃１４１の上縁１６１は乳房カップ１の湾曲縁２の最下点３近傍から脇側において、乳房カップ１の湾曲縁２に沿って縫合されて取り付けられており、前身頃１４１の上縁１６１の乳房カップ１の湾曲縁２の最下点３近傍から前中心側の部分は、乳房カップ１の湾曲縁２には縫合されていない。胴部１４０は前側においては前身頃１４１が乳房カップ１より下側に伸びて、大腿部の鼠径溝をカバーし、後ろ側においては後身頃１４２の背部上縁ライン１４６から下側並びにヒップをカバーして、前身頃１４１と後身頃１４２がクロッチ部１４４で合体するようになっている。

胴部１４０の前身頃１４１はその上縁１６１近傍でギャザー１６２が設けられて上縁１６１に沿ってその裏側に伸縮性テープが取り付けられている。また後身頃１４２においても、その上縁１４６近傍でギャザー１６３が設けられて上縁１４６に沿ってその裏側に伸縮性テープが取り付けられている。

また乳房カップ１には、前述の図１などで示したブラジャーと同様の伸縮性素材からなるバック布６が乳房カップ１の脇側の湾曲縁２に沿って縫合されて取り付けられている。バック布６の背面側中央では、ブラジャーと同様の雌雄ホックで、左右のバック布６、６同士を開閉可能に係止し得る構造になっている。バック布６は乳房カップ１の脇側の湾曲縁２に沿って縫合されて取り付けられているが、胴部の前身頃１４１や後身頃１４２と重なる部分、例えば接ぎライン１４３の上部などの部分においては、バック布６と前身頃１４１や後身頃１４２は縫合されていない。また背部上縁ライン１４６がバック布６と重なる部分においてもバック布６と後身頃１４２は縫合されていない。ただ、必要に応じて、これらの部分が互いに縫合される態様を採用することも可能である。

一方、もし図２３ｂに示した様に、第２の連結部８であるアジャスター３０（図３参照）の長さを図２３ａに比べて長めに調節してその長さが変化しない様に保持した状態では、図２３ｂの左右の乳房カップの例えば上辺縁のラインを比べてみると明らかな様に第１の連結部７を中心とすると両者の角度は図２３ａに比べて下に凸になって角度が狭くなっている。すなわち左右の乳房カップ１が第１の連結部７を中心として図の紙面に平行な矢印Ａで示した方向に回転している状態であり、この様に調整した乳房カップ付きテディを着用すると、乳房カップ１においてバストの脇側部分に接触する距離が長く、バストの前中心側部分に接触する距離が短くなって胸中央部がよりオープンになり、３／４カップタイプの乳房カップを有する乳房カップ付きテディを着用した場合とほぼ同様に、カップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力が作用するので、バージスライン１１で示された如く、左右の乳房の谷間が発現しやすくなる、いわゆる「バストの寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができる乳房カップ付きテディとして使用できる。この場合に、左右の乳房カップが矢印Ａで示した方向に回転している状態になるので、通常、肩紐は、その分に応じて長さを短めに調整することになる。そして肩紐の第２部分９ｂは肩紐第１部分９ａにスライド可能にはめ込まれたリング１０に取り付けられているので、肩紐の第１部分９ａのような機構を介さずに肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端を直接乳房カップに縫製などにより固定した場合に比べて、矢印Ａの方向に乳房カップが回転した状態でも肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端部が前中心側に寄ってしまう（従って肩紐の第２部分が肩の首側に寄りすぎてしまう）のを防止でき且つカップ部がバストをサイドからプッシュする応力がより好適に発揮される様に補助する機能が発揮され好ましい。また、逆に図２３ｂの状態から図２３ａの状態に戻した場合においては、矢印Ａと逆方向に乳房カップが回転した状態になるが、その場合に肩紐の第２部分９ｂの先端部が脇側に開きすぎてしまう（従って肩紐の第２部分が肩の脇側に開きすぎてしまう）のを防止でき好ましい。尚、前述したように、胴部１４０はギャザー１６１、１６３が設けられ上縁に沿って伸縮性テープも設けられており、また胴部１４０は先に示したボディスーツと異なり、身体に密着しないようなゆとりを持ったタイプの胴部からなっているので、矢印Ａ方向に乳房カップを回転する事が容易にできる様になっている。すなわち、上記の態様とすることにより、乳房カップが前述の様に回動した場合でも、前身頃または後身頃に設けられたギャザーなどのいずれか一方が伸ばされることにより、カップ位置の変化に胴部の身頃生地が追従することができる。また背面側においてもバック布６と後身頃１４２とは縫合されていないので、後身頃などの存在が乳房カップの回動を余り妨げない様になっている。

以上説明した様に、図２３〜図２５に示した本発明の乳房カップ付きテディは、一つの衣料で、着用者の目的に応じて、「バストアップ（上げ）」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたり、あるいは「バストの寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたりすることができ、着用者の好みに応じて機能を変更することが可能な乳房カップを有する衣料を提供できる。しかも図２３ｂの状態では、第２の連結部８の長さが長くなっているので、締め付け感を軽減することができ、楽な状態で着用したい場合には、第２の連結部８の長さを長くした状態にして着用でき好ましい。

以上、図１５〜図２５に示した、ブラキャミソールやボディスーツ、乳房カップ付きテディにおいては、第２の連結部８として、いずれも図３で説明したような、アジャスター３０を用いた例を示したが、第２の連結部８として、図４〜図１４並びに図２６で説明したような別の態様の第２の連結部を用いてもよい。

また、第２の連結部８としては、図１〜図２６で説明したようなもののみに限られるものではなく、その長さが調節可能で、且つ第２の連結部８で連結された部分の乳房カップ間の距離が所定の長さに調節された際に、当該部分の乳房カップ間の距離がそれ以上開いてしまわないように、係止可能な機能を有するものであって、本発明の目的を達成しうるものであれば特に限定されるものではない。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した通り、本発明は、次の様な優れた効果を有する乳房カップを有する衣料を提供できる。
【０１５０】
（１）本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料は、乳房カップのほぼ前中心側から下側並びに脇側にかけてのほぼ下半部の湾曲縁に沿ってカップワイヤーを具備している乳房カップを有する女性用衣料であって、前記衣料は、カップワイヤーのほぼ前中心側の上端部近傍において前記左右の乳房カップが連結されており、前記左右の乳房カップの連結部は屈曲可能な第１の連結部であり、更に前記第１の連結部より下側で且つ前記左右の乳房カップ最下点よりも上の乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分を相互に連結する第２の連結部を有し、前記第２の連結部はその長さが調節可能な連結部からなっている。

従って、第２の連結部の長さを着用者の目的に応じて短めに調整し、「バストアップ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたり、あるいはこの第２の連結部８の長さを長めに調整し、第１の連結部をほぼ中心として、左右の乳房カップをその外側の縁が上方に回動するような方向で回転させた位置で固定して着用する事により、「バストの寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたりすることができ、着用者の好みに応じて機能を変更することが可能な乳房カップを有する衣料を提供できる。従って一つの衣料で、あたかも１／２カップの乳房カップを有する衣料の様な「バストアップ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたり、あるいは３／４カップの乳房カップを有する衣料の様な「バストの寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させる様にしたりすることができ、一つの衣料で２つ以上の乳房カップを有する衣料の役割を果たすことができる。しかも、第２の連結部の長さを長くした状態で着用すると、締め付け感を軽減することができ、楽な状態で着用できる乳房カップを有する衣料を提供できる。

（２）また、本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料において、第１の連結部が、糸状物、紐状物、細幅テープ状物から選ばれた部材からなる連結部である本発明の好ましい態様とする事により、糸状物、紐状物、細幅テープ状物は、柔軟性があって容易に屈曲可能であり、従って、第１の連結部をほぼ中心として左右の乳房カップが容易に回動でき、肌触りもよく、着用感も良好な、乳房カップを有する衣料を提供でき好ましい。

（３）また、本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料において、第２の連結部が、ロック機構を備えたスライダーを有するアジャスターからなる本発明の好ましい態様とする事により、第２の連結部としてかかるアジャスターは、その長さの調整が容易であり、着用したままでも比較的容易に長さを変更することができ、しかも、所定の長さに調整した場合に、着用中において、その長さを確実に保持でき、着用中における身体の動きによって掛かる応力に対しても、ズレが生じたりせず長さが変化しにくく信頼性が高く、洗濯に対しても耐久性が良好で好ましい。

（４）また、本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料において、第２の連結部が、左右の乳房カップにそれぞれその一端が取り付けられているリボン状物からなる本発明の好ましい態様とする事により、リボン状物は、かかる種類の女性用衣料に華やかな女性らしい装飾効果を付与すことができ、しかも第２の連結部としての長さの調整も容易であり、肌触りもごつごつしたところがなく良好で、安価であって好ましい。

（５）また、本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料において、第２の連結部が、左右の乳房カップにそれぞれその一端が取り付けられているチェーン状物からなり、一方のチェーン状物の先端部に他方のチェーン状物のチェーンを構成しているチェーンリングと係止しうる係止部を有するチェーン状物からなる本発明の好ましい態様とする事により、チェーン状物は金属からなっていて、光り輝く特有の金属光沢を有するので、かかる種類の女性用衣料にきらびやかな装飾効果をもたらすことができ、チェーン状のネックレスともマッチして着用でき、しかも長さの調整が可能であり第２の連結部としての機能を十分に発揮でき、また、比較的細いものであるので、じゃまにならず好ましい。

（６）また、本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料において、第２の連結部が、左右の乳房カップにそれぞれその一端が取り付けられている紐状ないしテープ状物と、左右の紐状ないしテープ状物を所望の位置で併せて係止し得るクリップとを備えている連結部からなる本発明の好ましい態様とする事により、かかる第２の連結部は、着用中においても容易にその長さの調整がしやすく好ましい。

（７）また、本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料において、第２の連結部が、一つの紐状ないしテープ状物からなり、左右の乳房カップを当該紐状ないしテープ状物でループ状に連結して、その紐状ないしテープ状物のフリーな両端部側の部分を所望の位置で併せて係止し得るクリップとを備えている連結部からなる本発明の好ましい態様とする事により、第２の連結部を構成する紐状物ないしテープ状物が、洗濯などによって劣化して破損部分が生じ、交換する必要が生じた場合でも、紐状物ないしテープ状物を縫製などにより衣料本体に取り付ける手間を必要とせず、紐状物ないしテープ状物さえあれば簡単に取り替えることができ好ましい。

（８）また、本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料において、第２の連結部が、左右の乳房カップのそれぞれにおいて、各々の乳房カップの前中心側縁の上方部分または第１の連結部にその一端が固定され他端がそれより下側で且つ乳房カップ最下点よりも上の乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分に固定されていてその長さがその一端と他端間の乳房カップの縁の長さより長い紐状ないしテープ状物を有し、前記左右の紐状ないしテープ状物を併せて係止し得るクリップとを備えている連結部からなる本発明の好ましい態様とする事により、クリップの係止を解いて、クリップを上下方向にスライドさせて係止させるだけで、容易に第２の連結部で連結された乳房カップの前中心側の縁近傍部分間の距離をきわめて簡単に調整できる。従って、衣料を着用したままでも極めて容易に上記距離を調整でき好ましい。

（９）また、本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料において、乳房カップの脇上側近傍に長さの調節が可能な肩紐が取り付けられている本発明の好ましい態様とする事により、第２の連結部の長さの調整に応じて、肩紐の長さを調整することにより、具体的には、第２の連結部の長さを長めに調整し、乳房カップの外側の縁が上方に回転するように乳房カップを回動させた際には、その分に応じて肩紐の長さを短めに調整することにより、３／４カップタイプの乳房カップを有する衣料を着用した場合とほぼ同様な「バスト寄せ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができる状態を、肩紐が補助することになり、第２の連結部の長さを短めに調整し、乳房カップの外側の縁が上記と逆方向に回転するように乳房カップを回動させた際には、その分に応じて肩紐の長さを長めに調整することにより、１／２カップタイプの乳房カップを有するの衣料を着用した場合とほぼ同様な「バストアップ」の機能を主体に発揮させることができる状態を、肩紐が補助することになり好ましい。

（１０）また、本発明の乳房カップを有する衣料において、肩紐が、乳房カップの脇上側近傍にループ状に取り付けられた第１部分と、第１部分のループにスライド可能に取り付けられ且つ長さの調節が可能な第２部分とからなる肩紐である本発明の好ましい態様とする事により、上記（９）項に記載の効果が発揮されると共に、第２の連結部の長さを長めに調整した際に、肩紐の第２部分が肩の首側に寄りすぎたり、第２の連結部の長さを短めに調整した際に、肩紐の第２部分が肩の脇側に開きすぎてしまうことを防止でき好ましい。
