수평으로 형성되는 레일(100)과; 상기 레일(100)을 따라 모터(M)에 의해 이송되는 플레이트(200)와; 상기 플레이트(200) 하부에서 상하이송 가능하도록 형성되되 하측에 스크린도어(D)의 상부가 결합되는 브라켓(300)을; 포함하는 것이며,
상기 플레이트(200)는 후면 상측에 상부롤러(210)가 구비되어 레일(100) 상측을 따라 슬라이딩 가능한 것이며, 상기 플레이트(200) 후면 하측에는 하부롤러(220)가 구비되어 레일(100) 하측을 따라 슬라이딩되면서 스크린도어(D)가 유동되지 않고 개폐되도록 지지하는 것이고,
상기 플레이트(200)는 일측으로 절곡되는 형태의 고정부(230)가 형성되고, 상기 브라켓(300) 일측에는 고정부(230)의 하면과 대응되는 형상의 높이조절부(310)가 절곡 형성되어 조절나사(B1)에 의해 브라켓이 상하조절되는 것이며,
상기 조절나사(B1)의 나사산부 일측에는 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 다수개의 이물질제거부(P)가 방사형으로 형성되어 높이조절부(310) 상면의 이물질을 회전하면서 외부로 쓸어내도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하철 승강장 안전도어용 행거롤러.
