Description

이음새 고정부재를 이용한 저수조의 라이닝 방법{Reservoir Lining Method}Lining method of reservoir using joint fixing member{Reservoir Lining Method}

The present invention relates to a lining method of a water storage tank used in a water supply facility including a drainage basin, a settling basin, and a filter paper.

Reservoirs used in water supply facilities, including drainage basins, sedimentation basins, and filter basins, are generally formed of concrete structures.

The water tank made of such a concrete structure is unsuitable as drinking water, such as harmful substances contained in concrete are dissolved in water, foreign substances freeze and cracks easily occur according to repeated greening, resulting in problems such as continuous leakage and penetration of bacteria. There is this.

Therefore, a water tank made of a concrete structure is usually waterproof lining.

Here, a representative technology among the technologies related to the waterproof lining of the water storage tank that has been published in the related art is Registration Patent No. 10-0927316, and the Registration Patent No. 10-0927316 is used in the water tank waterproofing method; A plurality of fixtures with an adhesive layer on the top surface are installed on the inner wall of the reservoir, and an antibacterial waterproof sheet is placed so that the back surface of the fixture is in contact, and high frequency by induction heating is applied in front of the antibacterial waterproof sheet. The antimicrobial waterproof sheet is high-frequency fused to the fixture by irradiating the fixture, but the antibacterial waterproof sheet has a silver-based antibacterial film laminated on the upper and lower surfaces around a base layer made of linear low density polyethylene 35-50wt% and ethylene vinyl acetate 50-65wt%. It is characterized by that.

The above Patent No. 10-0927316 has the effect of shortening the construction time of the waterproof layer by attaching an antimicrobial waterproof sheet by high-frequency induction heating using a fixture, but the adhesive and the waterproof sheet adhered to the fixture by high-frequency fusion, The adhesive and waterproof sheet are different materials, and the adhesive strength is lower than the adhesive strength by fusion of the same material, and when the waterproof sheet and fixture are not accurately fixed and eccentrically heated, they are often heated in the air, thus guaranteeing the rear fusion performance. There is a problem that water leakage occurs because the waterproof sheet falls off and flows from the fixture as the contraction and expansion are repeated according to the change of the water level and the water level cannot be changed.

Figures 2 and 3 are exemplary views showing a preferred form of sealing between the sealing plate through the finishing sheet and the finishing layer of the present invention.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, specific details for the implementation of the present invention will be described in more detail.

1 is an exemplary view showing a preferred form of the present invention, the present invention relates to a method for lining a water storage tank used for a water supply facility including a drainage basin, a settling basin, and a filter paper, and steps 1 to 5 are sequentially performed.

The first step is a step of preparing a joint fixing member that is lined in the water storage tank, and the joint fixing member has a double structure in which a reinforcing body 11 which is a stainless steel plate and a soft body 13 which is a polyethylene plate are adhered to each other, and the width It consists of a strip-shaped reinforcing plate 10 of 15 to 25 cm, and a sealing plate 20 made of a polyethylene plate of 1 to 2 m in width.

In the second step, the reinforcing plate 10 is fixed to the water tank wall 1 among the joint fixing members prepared in the first step, and a plurality of reinforcing plates 10 are in contact with the water tank wall 1 ) Is fixed at intervals of 1 to 2m.

That is, the reinforcing body 11, which is a stainless steel plate of the reinforcing plate 10, is located in contact with the reservoir wall 1 to improve the reinforcing force of the reservoir wall 1, as well as anchor bolts (b) in the third step to be described later. ), the fixing force with the wall surface 1 of the water storage tank is increased, and the soft body 13, which is a polyethylene plate of the reinforcing body 10, maintains the flexibility of the reinforcing plate 10, while maintaining the flexibility of the reinforcing plate 10, the sealing plate in the fourth step described later. Through the fusion process with (20), the sealing property of the water tank wall (1) is provided.

Here, the thickness ratio of the reinforcing body 11 and the soft body 13 for each of the reinforcing strength and flexibility of the reinforcing plate 10 is 1: 1.5 to 4, and such a reinforcing body 11 ) Through the thickness ratio of the soft body 13, the strength and flexibility of the reinforcing plate 10 can be maximized.

The third step is to fasten the anchor bolt (b) through the reinforcing plate 10 so that the end of the anchor bolt (b) is inserted into the reservoir wall (1), so that the reinforcing plate (10) is attached to the reservoir wall (1). It is a step to stably fix on.

The fourth step is to abut the ends of the plurality of sealing plates 20 among the joint fixing members on the reinforcing plate 10 fixed to the water tank wall 1 at intervals of 1 to 2 m, and using a hot air fusion machine The soft body 13 of (10) and the sealing plate 20 as well as the sealing plate 20 in contact with the end are fused together so that the head of the anchor bolt (b) is buried in the sealing plate 20 In this step, the lining process is completed on the water tank wall 1 through the fusion process of the soft body 13 of the reinforcing plate 10 and the sealing plate 20, so that even if the contraction and expansion are repeated according to the water level change, the sealing force This is excellent to prevent deterioration of the water stored in the water storage tank, and to have the effect of improving workability by simply completing the lining work by welding and fastening the anchor bolt (b).

In addition, the entire interior of the water tank is sealed through the sealing plate 20, and the air layer between the sealing plate 20 and the reservoir wall 1 is formed through the positions of the plurality of reinforcing plates 10 fixed at intervals of 1 to 2 m. It is formed to have the effect of improving the sealing power inside the reservoir.

In addition, as the end of the anchor bolt (b) is inserted into the water tank wall (1), the head of the anchor bolt (b) improves the fixing force with the reinforcing plate (20) with the water tank wall (1), and the anchor bolt (b) The head of the water tank is not rubbed against the water stored in the water tank, so that corrosion of the anchor bolt (b) is prevented as much as possible, so that the reinforcing plate 10 is stably fixed to the water tank wall surface (1) for a longer time.

As shown in FIG. 2, the fifth step is based on 100 parts by weight of polyurea by placing the finishing sheet 30, which is a polyethylene plate, between the sealing plates 20 where the fourth step has been completed, and using a hot air splicer. As a curing agent 30 to 50 parts by weight, 10 to 30 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent, and 5 to 15 parts by weight of a fluorine water-repellent agent is mixed to include coating and curing the finishing layer 40.

That is, the finishing sheet 30 seals between a plurality of sealing plates 20 to further improve the sealing power, as well as the finishing sheet 30 is fused between a plurality of sealing plates 20 using a hot air fusion machine to reinforce When the plate 10 and the sealing plate 20 are fused together, the same operation is performed so that the operation is conveniently performed.

In addition, it is possible to seal between a plurality of sealing plates 20 by applying the finishing layer 40 together with the finishing sheet 30, where the finishing layer 40 is 30 to 50 parts by weight of a curing agent based on 100 parts by weight of polyurea. Parts, 10 to 30 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent, and 5 to 15 parts by weight of a fluorine water repellent are mixed.

Polyurea is an elastomer derived from the reaction product of an isocyanate component and a synthetic resin mixture component. It is applied between the sealing plates 20 and at the same time is instantly completely bonded and has a very high strength. It will improve the sealing power of the.

In addition, polyurea has no odor and does not emit volatile organic compounds (VOC), so it is safe in the environment and improves the working environment of workers, and it forms a resilient and smooth layer with excellent waterproof properties, so that the work can be performed beautifully.

The curing agent does not flow down even if the finishing layer 40 is applied between the sealing plates 20 by spraying due to the proper curing effect while 30 to 50 parts by weight of the curing agent is mixed based on 100 parts by weight of polyurea, and is applied without dripping, especially on a vertical surface. Since the work can be carried out, the construction is not only convenient, but also the desired thickness is possible.

The silane coupling agent maintains the adhesion and viscosity of the finishing layer 40 so that it can have a function of bonding between the sealing plates 20.

The fluorine water repellent imparts water repellency of the finishing layer 40 to prevent water in the water storage tank from permeating between the sealing plates 20.

That is, by appropriately mixing the finishing sheet 30 and the finishing layer 40, the sealing plate 20 is sealed between the sealing plates 20 to further improve the sealing power inside the reservoir, while selectively finishing the finishing sheet 30 and finishing according to the working conditions. By constructing the layer 40, there is an effect that the operation becomes convenient.

In addition, in the fifth step, a finishing sheet 30, which is a polyethylene plate, is seated between the sealing plates 20 in which the fourth step is completed, as shown in FIG. 3 in order to seal the sealing plates 20 more firmly. After fusion using a hot air splicer, finish the finishing layer 40 formed by mixing 30 to 50 parts by weight of a curing agent, 10 to 30 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent, and 5 to 15 parts by weight of a fluorine water repellent based on 100 parts by weight of polyurea. It is configured to cure by applying it so as to cover the sheet 30.

In other words, by sealing between the sealing plate 20 in the double of the finishing sheet 30 and the finishing layer 40, the effect of implementing a completely sealed structure is exhibited.
