Claims (10)

음료 수납공간(1a)이 마련된 컵(1)의 상측 개구를 덮어주는 본체부(110);
상기 본체부(110)의 일측 외부에 음료의 식힘공간(S)을 마련해줄 수 있도록 상측으로 돌출 형성되며, 제1음용구(123)가 구비되는 음용부(120);
상기 본체부(110)의 타측에 구비된 제2음용구(125); 및
상기 음용부(120)와 접하는 본체부(110)의 상면 일측을 선택적으로 개방해줄 수 있도록 힌지부(131b)를 기준으로 상하 선회 가능한 개폐판(131)이 구비되는 개폐부(130);를 포함하며,
상기 개폐판(131)은,
상기 본체부(110)의 상면에 구비된 반원형상의 절개선(131a)에 의해 테두리가 형성되고,
상기 절개선(131a)은, 상기 본체부(110)의 상측만 절개되도록 칼집이 형성된 구조를 가져서 상기 절개선(131a)의 하부에는 상기 본체부(110)와 연결된 상태를 유지해줄 수 있도록 연결부위가 형성되고, 상기 절개선(131a)의 연결부위를 손으로 뜯어냄으로써 상기 개폐판(131)의 선회 개방이 가능하며,
상기 개폐판(131)의 상면은 상기 제1음용구(123) 측으로 하향 경사지게 형성되고,
상기 개폐판(131)의 상면에는 상기 개폐판(131)의 상하 방향 선회 조작 및 상기 제2음용구(125)에 끼움 결합이 가능하도록 상방향으로 돌출된 개폐손잡이(133);가 구비되며,
상기 개폐손잡이(133)는, 상기 개폐판(131)의 선회 개방 시 상기 본체부(110)의 타측에 구비된 상기 제2음용구(125)에 끼움 결합되어 상기 개폐판(131)의 개방 상태를 유지해주는 것인 컵 뚜껑.

상기 개폐판(131)의 상면은 상기 제1음용구(123) 측으로 하향 경사지게 형성되고,
상기 개폐판(131)의 상면에는 상기 개폐판(131)의 상하 방향 선회 조작 및 상기 제2음용구(125)에 끼움 결합이 가능하도록 상방향으로 돌출된 개폐손잡이(133);가 구비되며,
상기 개폐판(131)은 선회 개방 시 상기 제2음용구(125)가 구비된 본체부(110)의 타측 테두리에 걸림 고정되어 상기 개폐판(131)의 개방 상태를 유지해주는 것인 컵 뚜껑.
